Enhancing the Performance of Perovskite Light-Emitting Diodes via Synergistic Effect of Defect Passivation and Dielectric Screening

Metal halide perovskites,particularly the quasi-two-dimensional perovskite subclass,have exhibited considerable potential for next-generation electroluminescent materials for lighting and ***,the presence of defects within these perovskites has a substantial influence on the emission efficiency and durability of the *** this study,we revealed a synergistic passivation mechanism on perovskite films by using a dual-functional compound of potassium *** dual functional potassium bromide on the one hand can passivate the defects of halide vacancies with bromine anions and,on the other hand,can screen the charged defects at the grain boundaries with potassium *** approach effectively reduces the probability of carriers quenching resulting from charged defects capture and consequently enhances the radiative recombination efficiency of perovskite thin films,leading to a significant enhancement of photoluminescence quantum yield to near-unity values(95%).Meanwhile,the potassium bromide treatment promoted the growth of homogeneous and smooth film,facilitating the charge carrier injection in the ***,the perovskite light-emitting diodes based on this strategy achieve a maximum external quantum efficiency of~2.%and maximum luminance of~60,000 cd m^(-2..This work provides a deeper insight into the passivation mechanism of ionic compound additives in perovskite with the solution method.

How neonatal diet affects the long-term development of rumination behavior,rumen fermentation and feed digestion in dairy calves fed a high milk level?

This study was to investigate growth performance,rumination development,rumen fermentation and feed digestion in young calves provided high volumes(about 2.%of calf birth weight)of milk with or without forage inclusion and how these parameters correlate with each *** after birth,160 newborn Holstein female calves(41.6±4.2.kg of initial BW)were randomly divided into 2.treatments:1)starter(CON,only starter)and 2.starter and hay(HAY,both starter and hay).The calves were fed their respective experimental diets from d 4 to 84,after which they were all introduced to similar diets until the end of the experiment on d *** had no effect on growth and structural measurements throughout the experimental ***,treatment had an effect on the other parameters,mainly during the post-weaning *** supplementation tended to reduce starter dry matter intake(P=0.05),while increasing the forage intake(P1)and the feed-to-gain ratio(P1).HAY calves had increased neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and physically effective NDF(peNDF)intakes(P1)starch intake compared to CON *** HAY calves had a higher rumination time(P1),ruminal pH(P1),and acetate-to-propionate ratio(P=0.05)compared to the CON *** correlation analysis showed that rumination time was positively related to the ruminal p H at d 84(P=0.01)and 196(P=0.02..The HAY calves had similar apparent total-tract digestibility of dry matter(DM),NDF and ether extract(EE),but lower digestibility of organic matter(OM,P=0.03.,crude protein(CP,P1)and starch(P1)compared to those of the CON calves at week ***,there were no positive relationships between rumination time and nutrient digestibility or between rumination time per kilogram DM and nutrient *** conclusion,feeding hay to calves fed a high milk level improved rumination during the post-weaning period only,without a concomitant effect on growth performance thro

Diabetic nephropathy(DN)is a severe complication of diabetes,characterized by changes in kidney structure and *** natural product rosmarinic acid(RA)has demonstrated therapeutic effects,including anti-inflammation and anti-oxidative-stress,in renal damage or *** this study,we characterized the heterogeneity of the cellular response in kidneys to DN-induced injury and RA treatment at single cell *** results demonstrated that RA significantly alleviated renal tubular epithelial injury,particularly in the proximal tubular S1 segment and on glomerular epithelial cells known as podocytes,while attenuating the inflammatory response of macrophages,oxidative stress,and cytotox-icity of natural killer *** findings provide a comprehensive understanding of the mechanisms by which RA alleviates kidney damage,oxidative stress,and inflammation,offering valuable guidance for the clinical application of RA in the treatment of DN.

The Xushen gas field,located in the north of Songliao Basin,is a potential giant gas area for China in the *** proved reserves have exceeded 1000×10 8 m 3.by the end of ***,the origin of natural gases from the deep strata is still in *** rocks as a potential gas source are widely spreading in the northern basement of Songliao *** to pyrolysis experiments for these rocks in the semi-confined system,gas production and geochemistry of alkane gases are discussed in this *** Carboniferous-Permian epimetamorphic rocks were heated from 3.0℃to 550℃,with temperature interval of 50℃.The gas production was quantified and measured for chemical and carbon isotopic *** show thatδ13. 1 is less than?2.‰,carbon isotope trend of alkane gas isδ13. 1 13. 2.13. 3.orδ13. 1 13. 2.>δ13. 3.,these features suggest that the gas would be coal-type gas at high-over maturity,not be inorganic gas with reversal trend of gaseous alkanes (δ13. 1 >δ13. 2.>δ13. 3.).These characteristics of carbon isotopes are similar with the natural gas from the basin basement,but disagree with gas from the Xingcheng ***,the mixing gases from the pyrolysis gas with coal-typed gases at high-over maturity or oil-typed gases do not cause the reversal trend of carbon *** gas generation intensity for epimetamorphic rocks is 3.0×10 8 ―2..8×10 8 m 3./km 2.,corresponding to Ro from 2.0%to 3.5%for organic matter.

By using a high-precision LaCoste-Romberg (D-12.#) gravimeter,continuous and precise measurements were carried out during the March 9,1997 total solar eclipse in the Mohe region in Northeast *** gravity variations were digitally recorded during the total solar eclipse so as to investigate the possible anomaly of the sun and the moon’s gravitational fields on the *** the careful processing and analysis of the observed data,no significant anomaly during the very solar eclipse has been ***, there are two ’gravity anomaly valleys’ with near symmetrical decrease of about 6—7μGal at the first contact and the last contact This is the anomaly phenomenon observed and reported for the first time in the *** note presents some analyses and discussions.

Sediment cores from desert lakes serve as good records of the frequency and intensity of sandstorms in his- tory. By multi-proxy analysis of grain-size, magnetic suscep- tibility, TOC and Rb/Sr ratio, the paleosandstorm character- istics and lake evolution history in yulin Area for the past 80 years. are discussed in this article. It is revealed that Hong- jiannao Lake formed in about 192. A.D. and in its initial stage sandstorms were prevalent with three extremes taking place in 193. A.D., 193. A.D. and 1941 A.D.. During the ex- pansion period of 1952.1960 A.D., inflow waters to the lake increased sharply and a lot more weathered materials were carried into the lake. The frequency and intensity of sand- storms have reduced a lot since 1960s and the “double peaks” feature of the grain-size frequency curve has changed into the “single peak” feature. Study on the catchment ecol- ogy of the lake shows that the occurrence of sandstorms has been effectively restrained by the forest plantation and water and soil conservation.

Sheep were domesticated in the Fertile Crescent and then spread globally,where they have been encountering various environmental *** Tibetan sheep has adapted to high altitudes on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau over the past 3.00 *** explore genomic variants associated with high-altitude adaptation in Tibetan sheep,we analyzed Illumina short-reads of 994 whole genomes representing∼60 sheep breeds/populations at varied altitudes,PacBio High fidelity(HiFi)reads of 13.breeds,and 96 transcriptomes from 12.sheep *** testing between the inhabited altitudes and 3.,2.8,967 variants was conducted to investigate the genetic architecture of altitude *** accurate HiFi reads were used to complement the current ovine reference assembly at the most significantly associatedβ-globin locus and to validate the presence of two haplotypes A and B among 13.sheep *** haplotype A carried two homologous gene clusters:(1)HBE1,HBE2.HBB-like,and HBBC,and(2.HBE1-like,HBE2.like,HBB-like,and HBB;while the haplotype B lacked the first *** high-altitude sheep showed highly frequent or nearly fixed haplotype A,while the low-altitude sheep dominated by haplotype *** further demonstrated that sheep with haplotype A had an increased hemoglobin–O2.affinity compared with those carrying haplotype *** highly associated genomic region contained the EGLN1 gene which showed varied expression between high-altitude and low-altitude *** results provide evidence that the rapid adaptive evolution of advantageous alleles play an important role in facilitating the environmental adaptation of Tibetan sheep.

DISCOVERY OF THE LATEST MARINE NON-CARBONATE SEDIMENT WESTERN TINGRI, SOUTHERN TIBET

The marine non\|carbonate sediment is exposed at the southwestern flank of the Zhepure Syncline where it lies about 4 km east to the typical cross\|section, Gongzha cross\|section (Hao and Wan, 1985; Willems et al., 1993. 1996) and ca.75km north to the Qomolangma. There are few people who can approach the place of the cross\|section, even so are endemic Tibetan. The cross\|section is named of the Qumiba cross\|section in this abstract. The new discovery, conformed on the massive Zhepure Formation limestone, here is named of Qumiba Formation. It is composed of two series of terrigenous sediments: Enba Member—lower gray shales intercalating with sandstones, and Zhaguo Member—upper reddish shales interbedding with sandstones. Abundant nannofossils with chronological meanings are first found *** Member Common calcareous nannofossils in the Lutetian such as Chiastozygus barbatus, Chiasmolithus sp., Discoaster barbadiensis, Helicosphaera compacta, Reticulofenstra bisecta, Sphenolithus radians are processed in sample S12.1\|S17W1, in which the Helicosphaera compacta and Sphenolithus radians are part of the indicators of the nannofossil zone NP15. So it is proposed that Units S12.|17, 110 m in thickness, could have been deposited during Middle\|Late Lutetian.
