To date,the Large Sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope(LAMOST)has been in operation for 12 *** improve the telescope's astronomical observation accuracy,the original open-loop fiber positioning system of LAMOST is in urgent need of *** upgrade plan is to install several fiber view cameras(FVCs)around primary mirror B to build a closed-loop feedback control *** FVCs are 20 m from the focal *** reduce a series of errors when the cameras detect the positions of the optical fibers,we designed fiducial fibers on the focal surface to be fiducial points for the *** the number of fiducial fibers can improve the detection accuracy of the FVC system,but it will also certainly reduce the number of fiber positioners that can be used for ***,the focus of this paper is how to achieve the quantity and distribution that meet the requirements of system *** this paper,we introduce the necessity of using fiducial fibers,propose a method for selecting their number and present several methods for assessing the uniformity of their ***,we implement particle swarm optimization to find the best distribution of fiducial fibers.

＜正＞G-Protein-Coupled Receptor（GPCRs） play a key role in cellular signaling networks that regulate various physiological *** functions of many of GPCRs are unknown,because they are difficult to crystallize and most of them will not dissolve in normal *** difficulty has motivated and challenged the development of a computational method which can predict the classification of the families and subfamilies of GPCRs based on their primary sequence so as to help us classify *** this paper the adaptive K-nearest neighbor algorithm and protein cellular automata image（CAI） is *** on the CAI,the complexity measure factors derived from each of the protein sequences concerned are adopted for its Pseudo amino acid *** were categorized into nine *** overall success rate in identifying GPCRs among their nine family classes was about 83.5%.The high success rate suggests that the adaptive k-nearest neighbor algorithm and protein CAI holds very high potential to become a useful tool for understanding the actions of drugs that target GPCRs and designing new medications with fewer side effects and greater efficacy.

BACKGROUND The lack of effective pharmacotherapies for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is mainly attributed to insufficient research on its *** pathogenesis of TM6SF2-efficient NAFLD remains unclear,resulting in a lack of therapeutic strategies for TM6SF2-deficient *** To investigate the role of TM6SF2 in fatty acid metabolism in the context of fatty liver and propose possible therapeutic strategies for NAFLD caused by TM6SF2 *** Liver samples collected from both NAFLD mouse models and human participants(80 cases)were used to evaluate the expression of TM6SF2 by using western blotting,immunohistochemistry,and quantitative polymerase chain ***-seq data retrieved from the Gene Expression Omnibus database were used to confirm the over-expression of *** and overexpression of TM6SF2 were performed to clarify the mechanistic basis of hepatic lipid accumulation in ***-4074 administration was used as a therapeutic intervention to evaluate its effect on NAFLD caused by TM6SF2 *** Hepatic TM6SF2 levels were elevated in patients with NAFLD and NAFLD mouse ***6SF2 overexpression can reduce hepatic lipid accumulation,suggesting a protective role for TM6SF2 in a high-fat diet(HFD).Downregulation of TM6SF2,simulating the TM6SF2 E167K mutation condition,increases intracellular lipid deposition due to dysregulated fatty acid metabolism and is characterized by enhanced fatty acid uptake and synthesis,accompanied by impaired fatty acid *** to the potential effect of TM6SF2 deficiency on lipid metabolism,the application of an acetyl-CoA carboxylase inhibitor(MK-4074)could reverse the NAFLD phenotypes caused by TM6SF2 *** TM6SF2 plays a protective role in the HFD condition;its deficiency enhanced hepatic lipid accumulation through dysregulated fatty acid metabolism,and MK-4074 treatment could alleviate the NAFLD phenotypes caused by TM6SF2 deficiency.

Minimal surface is extensively employed in many areas. In this paper, we propose a control mesh representation of a class of minimal surfaces, called generalized helicoid minimal surfaces, which contain the right helicoid and catenoid as special examples. We firstly construct the Bézier-like basis called AHT Bézier basis in the space spanned by {1, t, sint, cost, sinht, cosht}, t∈[0,α], α∈[0,5π/2]. Then we propose the control mesh representation of the generalized helicoid using the AHT Bézier basis. This kind of representation enables generating the minimal surfaces using the de Casteljau-like algorithm in CAD/CAGD mod- elling systems.

单一混沌系统输出数据有限,且传统时空混沌系统输出分布不均易发生弱混沌现象,无法直接用于隐私图像加密。针对上述问题,利用Henon映射和耦合映像格(CML)提出一种新型时空混沌系统,即基于Henon映射的伪随机置乱耦合映像格系统(PRSCML-Henon)。该系统底层为二维离散混沌Henon映射,其中一维作为输出,另一维则作为控制信号,控制系统中的格子实现伪随机置乱,同时系统引入初等元胞自动机的输出作为系统的扰动,提高系统输出的随机性并削弱混沌系统动力学退化的不利影响,该系统相比于单一Henon映射和传统CML系统具有更强的混沌特性和随机性。在此基础上,利用PRSCML-Henon系统的输出序列设计一种隐私图像加密算法。实验结果表明,该算法不仅在实现上较为简单,且加密结果相比其他混沌图像加密算法拥有更好的统计特性和安全性,同时具备较好的鲁棒性和加密效率,适用于图像的私有加密。

Protecting the skin from UV light irradiation in wet and underwater environments is challenging due to the weak adhesion of existing sunscreen materials but highly *** we report a polyethyleneimine/thioctic acid/titanium dioxide(PEI/TA/TiO_(2))coacervate-derived hydrogel with robust,asymmetric,and reversible wet bioadhesion and effective UV-light-shielding *** PEI/TA/TiO_(2)complex coacervate can be easily obtained by mixing a PEI solution and TA/TiO_(2)*** fluid PEI/TA/TiO_(2)coacervate deposited on wet skin can spread into surface irregularities and subsequently transform into a hydrogel with increased cohesion,thereby establishing interdigitated contact and adhesion between the bottom surface and ***,the functional groups between the skin and hydrogel can form physical interactions to further enhance bioadhesion,whereas the limited movement of amine and carboxyl groups on the top hydrogel surface leads to low ***,the coacervate-derived hydrogel exhibits asymmetric adhesiveness on the bottom and top ***,the PEI/TA/TiO_(2)hydrogel formed on the skin could be easily removed using a NaHCO3 aqueous solution without inflicting *** importantly,the PEI/TA/TiO_(2)hydrogel can function as an effective sunscreen to block UV light and prevent UV-induced MMP-9 overexpression,inflammation,and DNA damage in animal *** advantages of PEI/TA/TiO_(2)coacervate-derived hydrogels include robust,asymmetric,and reversible wet bioadhesion,effective UV light-shielding ability,excellent biocompatibility,and easy preparation and usage,making them a promising bioadhesive to protect the skin from UV light-associated damage in wet and underwater environments.
