BACKGROUND Post-stroke epilepsy is a common and easily overlooked complication of acute cerebrovascular ***-term seizures can seriously affect the prognosis and quality of life of ***(EEG)is the simplest way to diagnose epilepsy,and plays an important role in predicting seizures and guiding *** To explore the EEG characteristics of patients with post-stroke epilepsy and improve the detection rate of inter-seizure epileptiform *** From January 2017 to June 2020,10 patients with post-stroke epilepsy in our hospital were *** clinical,imaging,and EEG characteristics were *** stroke location,seizure type,and ictal and interictal EEG manifestations of the patients with post-stroke epilepsy were then retrospectively *** In all 10 patients,epileptiform waves occurred in the side opposite to the stroke lesion during the interictal stage;these manifested as sharp wave,sharp-wave complex,or spike discharges in the anterior head lead of the side opposite to the *** In EEG,epileptiform waves can occur in the side opposite to the stroke lesion in patients with post-stroke epilepsy.

促性腺激素释放激素(gonadotropin-releasing hormone,GnRH)是生殖过程中起重要调节作用的激素.近年来的研究发现,Ⅰ型GnRH(GnRHⅠ)和Ⅱ型GnRH(GnRHⅡ)在胎盘和胎盘来源的滋养层细胞中发挥生理功能.利用人滋养层细胞模型人绒毛膜上皮癌细胞系(JEG-3)细胞,探讨GnRHⅠ和GnRHⅡ对人滋养层细胞侵润的调节作用.荧光实时定量PCR证实,GnRHⅠ和GnRHⅡ可调节JEG-3细胞中经典GnRH受体(GnRHRⅠ)的表达.RNA干扰实验显示,特异性针对GnRHRⅠ的siRNA可显著阻断GnRHⅠ对JEG-3细胞的促侵润作用,但不能影响GnRHⅡ的促细胞侵润功能,提示GnRHⅡ可能通过经典GnRH受体以外的其他受体介导,以发挥促进滋养层细胞侵润的功能.对信号通路的进一步研究表明,GnRHⅠ和GnRHⅡ通过ERK和JNK激酶级联促进基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)的表达,以调节细胞的侵润.

Tomato(Solanum lycopersicum) stress resistance and fruit total soluble solid(TSS) content have changed dramatically during selective breeding, and transcriptome variation has played a critical role in this rewiring. However, the single tomato reference genome impedes characterization of whole-transcriptome variation during domestication and breeding at the population level. Here, we constructed a pan-transcriptome of orange-stage tomato fruit, and investigated global expression presence/absence variation(e PAV) and differentially expressed genes(DEGs) based on RNA sequencing(RNA-seq) data from 399 tomato accessions. A total of 7 181 genes absent from the reference genome were identified, 6 122 of which were e PAV genes during tomato domestication and breeding including resistance genes such as late blight resistance gene PIM_DN29746_c0_g3_i1 and peroxidase P7-like gene PIM_DN30274_c0_g2_i1. In addition, 3 629 genes were significantly differentially expressed during tomato selection, among which 19 genes were associated with the reduced fruit TSS content of modern tomato cultivars, including LIN5, TIV1, and seven novel sugar transporter genes. Our results indicate that natural and artificial selection greatly shaped the tomato transcriptome, thereby altering the fruit TSS content and resistance to abiotic and biotic stresses.

Gas-solid bubbling fluidized beds are widely used in chemical,energy,construction,and other industrial fields due to their excellent fluidization performance.2D-fluidized beds with planar rectangular columns of finite thickness are widely used in fluidized bed studies,and it is essential for understanding the hydrodynamics of gas-particle ***,the distributor(porous medium)at the bottom of the bed has a crucial influence on the fluidization performance of the 2D-fluidized *** this work,the fluidization mechanism and gas-solid dynamic characteristics of the fluidized bed under three porous media are studied by CFD-DEM coupled with the porous medium model,and the accuracy of numerical simulation is verified by a high-speed photography *** show that with the increase in the flow resistance of the porous medium,the average and standard deviation of the bubble diameter decrease,and the time and position of particles in the dead zone to participate in the core-annular flow *** a low fluidization velocity,the dead zone in the bed can be considerably reduced by increasing the flow resistance.

In this paper, the diffusive nutrient-microorganism model subject to Neumann boundary conditions is considered. The Hopf bifurcations and steady state bifurcations which bifurcate from the positive constant equilibrium of the system are investigated in details. In addition, the formulae to determine the direction of Hopf and steady state bifurcations are derived. Our results show the existence of spatially homogeneous/nonhomogeneous periodic orbits and steady state solutions, which indicates the spatiotemporal dynamics of the system. Some numerical simulations are also presented to support the analytical results.

BACKGROUND Gastric cancer(GC)is the most common malignant tumor and ranks third for cancer-related deaths among the *** disease poses a serious public health problem in China,ranking fifth for incidence and third for *** of the invasive depth of the tumor is vital to treatment *** To evaluate the diagnostic performance of double contrast-enhanced ultrasonography(DCEUS)for preoperative T staging in patients with GC by comparing with multi-detector computed tomography(MDCT).METHODS This single prospective study enrolled patients with GC confirmed by preoperative gastroscopy from July 2021 to March *** underwent DCEUS,including ultrasonography(US)and intravenous contrast-enhanced ultrasonography(CEUS),and MDCT examinations for the assessment of preoperative T *** of GC were identified on DCEUS and criteria developed to evaluate T staging according to the 8th edition of AJCC cancer staging *** diagnostic performance of DCEUS was evaluated by comparing it with that of MDCT and surgical-pathological findings were considered as the gold *** A total of 229 patients with GC(80 T1,33 T2,59 T3 and 57 T4)were *** accuracies were 86.9%for DCEUS and 61.1%for MDCT(P<0.001).DCEUS was superior to MDCT for T1(92.5%vs 70.0%,P<0.001),T2(72.7%vs 51.5%,P=0.041),T3(86.4%vs 45.8%,P<0.001)and T4(87.7%vs 70.2%,P=0.022)staging of *** DCEUS improved the diagnostic accuracy of preoperative T staging in patients with GC compared with MDCT,and constitutes a promising imaging modality for preoperative evaluation of GC to aid individualized treatment decision-making.
