WITH the increase of heating temperature, phase of pyrophyllite will undergo a series of transformations. Former scholars have done some work in this respect; the temperature spans,however, were normally not more than 1.50℃ and no relatively comprehensive results have been reported. Thus, the features of the phases from indoor temperature to melting point (1.1.℃±) for pyrophyllite and the entire evolutionary process of the phases are uncertain.

Traditional expert-designed branching rules in branch-and-bound(B&B) are static, often failing to adapt to diverse and evolving problem instances. Crafting these rules is labor-intensive, and may not scale well with complex *** the frequent need to solve varied combinatorial optimization problems, leveraging statistical learning to auto-tune B&B algorithms for specific problem classes becomes attractive. This paper proposes a graph pointer network model to learn the branch rules. Graph features, global features and historical features are designated to represent the solver state. The graph neural network processes graph features, while the pointer mechanism assimilates the global and historical features to finally determine the variable on which to branch. The model is trained to imitate the expert strong branching rule by a tailored top-k Kullback-Leibler divergence loss function. Experiments on a series of benchmark problems demonstrate that the proposed approach significantly outperforms the widely used expert-designed branching rules. It also outperforms state-of-the-art machine-learning-based branch-and-bound methods in terms of solving speed and search tree size on all the test instances. In addition, the model can generalize to unseen instances and scale to larger instances.

A novel method was developed to enhance the utilization rate of steel slag(SS).Through treatment of SS with phosphoric acid and aminopropyl triethoxysilane(KH550),we obtained modified SS(MSS),which was used to prepare MSS/wood-plastic composites(MSS/WPCs)by replacing talcum powder(TP).The composites were fabricated through melting blending and hot *** mechanical and combustion properties,which comprise heat release,smoke release,and thermal stability,were systematically *** can improve the mechanical strength of the composites through grafting reactions between wood powder and ***,MSS/WPC#50(1.wt%MSS)with an MSS-to-TP mass ratio of 1.1.exhibited optimal comprehensive *** with those of WPC#0 without MSS,the tensile,flexural,and impact strengths of MSS/WPC#50 were increased by 1..5%,1..8%,and 1..0%,***,the MSS/WPC#50 sample achieved the highest limited oxygen index of 2..5%,the highest vertical burning rating at the V-1.level,and the lowest horizontal burning rate at 44.2.mm/*** formation of a dense and stable char layer led to improved thermal stability and a considerable reduction in heat and smoke releases of MSS/WPC#***,the partial replacement of TP with MSS slightly compromised the mechanical and flame-retardant properties,possibly due to the weak grafting caused by SS powder *** findings suggest the suitability of MSS/WPCs for high-value-added applications as decorative panels indoors or outdoors.

Inflammation is closely related to stroke prognosis, and high inflammation status leads to poor functional outcome in stroke. DNA methylation is involved in the pathogenesis and prognosis of stroke. However, the effect of DNA methylation on stroke at high levels of inflammation is unclear. In this study, we constructed a hyperinflammatory cerebral ischemia mouse model and investigated the effect of hypomethylation and hypermethylation on the functional outcome. We constructed a mouse model of transient middle cerebral artery occlusion and treated the mice with lipopolysaccharide to induce a hyperinflammatory state. To investigate the effect of DNA methylation on stroke, we used small molecule inhibitors to restrain the function of key DNA methylation and demethylation enzymes. 2.3,5-Triphenyltetrazolium chloride staining, neurological function scores, neurobehavioral tests, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, quantitative reverse transcription PCR and western blot assay were used to evaluate the effects after stroke in mice. We assessed changes in the global methylation status by measuring DNA 5-mc and DNA 5-hmc levels in peripheral blood after the use of the inhibitor. In the group treated with the DNA methylation inhibitor, brain tissue 2.3,5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride staining showed an increase in infarct volume, which was accompanied by a decrease in neurological scores and worsening of neurobehavioral performance. The levels of inflammatory factors interleukin 6 and interleukin-1.beta in ischemic brain tissue and plasma were elevated, indicating increased inflammation. Related inflammatory pathway exploration showed significant overactivation of nuclear factor kappa B. These results suggested that inhibiting DNA methylation led to poor functional outcome in mice with high inflammation following stroke. Further, the effects were reversed by inhibition of DNA demethylation. Our findings suggest that DNA methylation regulates the inflammatory response in stroke

Aging is an inevitable physiological process,often accompanied by age-related bone loss and subsequent bone-related diseases that pose serious health *** on skeletal diseases caused by aging in humans is challenging due to lengthy study durations,difficulties in sampling,regional variability,and substantial ***,mice are preferred for such studies due to their similar motor system structure and function to humans,ease of handling and care,low cost,and short generation *** this review,we present a comprehensive overview of the characteristics,limitations,applicability,bone phenotypes,and treatment methods in naturally aging mice and prematurely aging mouse models(including SAMP6,POLG mutant,LMNA,SIRT6,ZMPSTE2.,TFAM,ERCC{2.WERNER,and KL/KL-deficient mice).We also summarize the molecular mechanisms of these aging mouse models,including cellular DNA damage response,senescence-related secretory phenotype,telomere shortening,oxidative stress,bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell(BMSC)abnormalities,and mitochondrial ***,this review aims to enhance our understanding of the pathogenesis of aging-related bone diseases.

Lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries mainly rely on the reversible electrochemical reaction of between lithium ions(Li^(+))and sulfur species to achieve energy storage and conversion,therefore,increasing the number of free Li^(+)and improving the Li^(+)diffusion kinetics will effectively enhance the cell ***,Mo-based MXene heterostructure(MoS_(2.@Mo_(2.C)was developed by partial vulcanization of Mo_(2.C MXene,in which the introduction of similar valence S into Mo-based MXene(Mo_(2.C)can create an electron delocalization *** theoretical simulations and electrochemical characterisation,it is demonstrated that the MoS_(2.@Mo_(2.C heterojunction can effectively promote ion desolvation,increase the amount of free Li^(+),and accelerate Li^(+)transport for more efficient polysulfide *** addition,the MoS_(2.@Mo_(2.C material is also capable of accelerating the oxidation and reduction of polysulfides through its sufficient defects and vacancies to further enhance the catalytic ***,the Li-S battery with the designed MoS_(2.@Mo_(2.C electrocatalyst performed for 500 cycles at 1.C and still maintained the ideal capacity(664.7 mAh·g^(−1.),and excellent rate performance(567.6 mAh·g^(−1.at 5 C).Under the extreme conditions of high loading,the cell maintained an excellent capacity of 775.6 mAh·g^(−1.after 1.0 *** also retained 838.4 mAh·g^(−1.for 70 cycles at a low temperature of 0℃,and demonstrated a low decay rate(0.063%).These results indicate that the delocalized electrons effectively accelerate the catalytic conversion of lithium polysulfide,which is more practical for enhancing the behaviour of Li-S batteries.
