Persistent high-risk human papillomavirus(hrHPV)infection is a necessary factor for precancerous cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and invasive cervical cancer.HPV infection and persistent infection are associated with poor body immunity.Human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)-positive women are susceptible to HPV infection due to the immunosuppression caused by HIV infection[1].Hence,women infected with HIV face a heightened risk of developing precancerous lesions and cervical cancers.

Dietary sodium intake and its impact factors in 2 140 adults aged 18-69 years were analyzed. The mean daily sodium intake was 5 745.0 （5 427.6- 6 062.5） mg per day, which was higher in males than in females （P〈0.01）. After having been adjusted for gender, age and urban/city areas, the mean daily sodium intake was significantly higher in participants with a lower education level, drinkers and smokers than in those with a higher education level, nondrinkers and nonsmokers （P〈O.01）. The dietary sodium intake in adults of Shandong Province is higher than the recommended standards.

Objective To update the estimated prevalence rates of smoking and examine major metabolic diseases associated with smoking status in Chinese adults. Methods Using a complex, multistage, probability sampling design, we recruited a nationally representative sample of 98,658 Chinese adults aged ≥18 years in 2010. Information on current, former, never, and passive smoking status was obtained using a standard questionnaire. All estimates were weighted to represent the overall Chinese adult population. Results The estimated proportion of current smokers was 28.3% for Chinese adults aged _〉18 years. The corresponding values of former and passive smokers were 5.1% and 21.4%, respectively. Additionally, former smokers were found to have a less favorable metabolic risk profile among all categories of smoking status in both men and women. The prevalence of metabolic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension also increased with a greater number of smoking pack-years in men. Conclusion The prevalences of current smoking and passive smoking remain high in Chinese adults.

因传统文本数据挖掘算法在大数据场景下的文本聚类挖掘效果较差,提出一种大数据场景下基于文本数据挖掘的用户评论聚类算法。首先,通过设计改进的信息增益算法提取用户评论数据特征,根据信息熵提取文本关键字和不平衡数据项形成特征数据。之后,使用改进的聚类数据挖掘算法对特征数据进行聚类挖掘。最后,基于Spark框架将改进的聚类数据挖掘算法进行并行化改造。设计实验验证分析所提特征提取算法与聚类挖掘算法的性能,结果表明在大数据场景下所提算法的运行时间、准确率和加速比方面优于传统算法。

Background:The disease burdens for endometrial cancer(EC)vary across different countries and geographical regions and change every year.Herein,we reported the updated results of the Global Burden of Disease Study 2019 on EC with respect to age-standardized incidence and mortality from 1990 to 2019.Methods:The annual percentage change(APC)of incidence and mortality was evaluated using joinpoint regression analysis to examine the temporal trends during the same timeframe in terms of the global landscape,different sociodemographic indices(SDI),and geographic regions.The relationship between Human Development Index(HDI)and incidence and mortality was additionally explored.Results:The age-standardized incidence rates(ASIRs)revealed a significant average global elevation by 0.5%per year(95%confidence interval[CI],0.3–0.7;Pline since 2010),and the death rates declined consecutively from 1990 to 2019.We posit that more precise strategies can be tailored and then implemented based on the distinct age-standardized incidence and mortality burden in different geographical areas.

In this paper,the irrational-behavior-proof conditions in a class of stochastic dynamic games over event trees are presented.Four kinds of irrational-behavior-proof conditions are proposed by the imputation distribution procedure,and their relationships are discussed.More specific properties for the general transformation of characteristic functions are developed,based on which,the irrational-behavior-proof conditions are proved to be true in a transformed cooperative game.

A ratiometric fluorescent probe for hypoxanthine(Hx)detection was established based on the mimic enzyme and fluorescence characteristics of cobalt-doped graphite-phase carbon nitride(Co doped g-C_(3)N_(4)).In addition to emitting strong fluorescence,the peroxidase activity of Co doped g-C_(3)N_(4)can catalyze the reaction of O-phenylenediamine and H_(2)O_(2)to produce diallyl phthalate which can emit yellow fluorescence at 570 nm.Through the decomposition of Hx by xanthine oxidase,Hx can be indirectly detected by the generating hydrogen peroxide based on the measurement of fluorescent ratio I(F_(570)/F_(370)).The linear range was 1.7-272.2 mg/kg(R^(2)=0.997),and the detection limit was 1.52 mg/kg(3σ/K,n=9).The established method was applied to Hx detection in bass,grass carp,and shrimp,and the data were verified by HPLC.The result shows that the established probe is sensitive,accurate,and reliable,and can be used for Hx detection in aquatic products.

●AIM:To investigate the underlying mechanism of dry environment(autumn dryness)affecting the lacrimal glands in rats.●METHODS:Twenty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into two groups.The rats were fed in specific pathogen free environment as the control group(n=10),and the rats fed in dry environment as the dryness group(n=10).After 24d,lacrimal glands were collected from the rats.The tissues morphology was observed by hematoxylineosin(HE)staining.Tandem mass tags(TMT)quantitative proteomics analysis technology was used to screen the differential expressed proteins of lacrimal glands between the two groups,then bioinformatics analysis was performed.Further,the immunohistochemical(IHC)method was used to verify the target proteins.●RESULTS:In dryness group,the lacrimal glands lobule atrophied,the glandular cavities enlarged,the sparse nuclear distribution and scattered inflammatory infiltration between the acinus were observed.The proteomics exhibited that a total of 195 up-regulated and 236 downregulated differential expressed proteins screened from the lacrimal glands of rats.It was indicated that the biological processes(BP)of differential expressed proteins mainly included cell processes and single BP.The cellular compositions of differential expressed proteins mainly located in cells,organelles.The molecular functions of differential expressed proteins mainly included binding,catalytic activity.Moreover,the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway analysis showed that the differential expressed proteins mainly involved lysosome,complement and coagulation cascade,and ribosome pathway.The IHC result verified that the up-regulated expression proteins of Protein S100A9(S100A9),Annexin A1(Anxa1),and Clusterin(Clu)in lacrimal glands of rats in dryness group were higher than control group.●CONCLUSION:The up-regulated expression proteins of S100A9,Anxa1,and Clu may be the potential mechanisms of dry eye symptoms caused by dry environment.This study provides clues of dry environments causing eye-rel
