For real-time dynamic substructure testing(RTDST),the influence of the inertia force of fluid specimens on the stability and accuracy of the integration algorithms has never been ***,this study proposes to investigate the stability and accuracy of the central difference method(CDM)for RTDST considering the specimen mass participation ***,the theory of the CDM for RTDST is ***,the stability and accuracy of the CDM for RTDST considering the specimen mass participation coefficient are ***,numerical simulations and experimental tests are conducted for verifying the effectiveness of the *** study indicates that the stability of the algorithm is affected by the mass participation coefficient of the specimen,and the stability limit first increases and then decreases as the mass participation coefficient *** most cases,the mass participation coefficient will increase the stability limit of the algorithm,but in specific circumstances,the algorithm may lose its *** stability and accuracy of the CDM considering the mass participation coefficient are verified by numerical simulations and experimental tests on a three-story frame structure with a tuned liquid damper.

Ultrasound(US)has been applied in clinical practice for its non-invasive and high ***,it is difficult to achieve a satisfactory anti-tumor effect with US ***,the use of US therapy alone can exacerbate tumor *** this study,we prepared hypoxia-activated 6-diazo-5-oxo-L-norleucine(DON)prodrug nanoparticles(HDON-NPs)to improve US therapeutic *** an H2. murine liver cancer model,US therapy selectively disrupted tumor blood vessels,leading to increased tumor hypoxia and a 1.67-fold increase in the expression of nitroreductase(NTR).The combination therapy of US and HDON-NPs demonstrated a synergistic effect,resulting in a tumor suppression rate(TSR)of 90.2.±6.4%,which was 5.93-fold higher than that of US therapy *** combined treatment selectively blocked the glutamine metabolism of the tumor cells while simultaneously activating the T cells in the tumor microenvironment,thereby exerting a robust anti-tumor effect.

Reactive oxidative species(ROos)production-driven ferroptosis plays a role in acute kidney injury(Akl).However,its exact molecular mechanism is poorly *** receptor CD36 has important roles in oxidizing lipids,lipid accumulation,metabolic syndrome,and insulin resistance in chronic kidney disease,but its roles remain unexplored in *** present study investigated the role and mechanism of CD36 in regulating proximal tubular cell ferroptosis and *** expression of CD36 was found to be significantly up-regulated in AKI renal tissues and correlated with renal function,which might serve as an independent biomarker for AKl ***,in adult mice subjected to AKl,deletion of CD36(CD36-/-)induced tubular cell Ros accumulation,ferroptosis activation,and renal ***,combining LC-MS/MS,co-IP,and ubiquitination analyses revealed that CD36 could specifically bind to ferroptosis suppressor protein 1(FSP1)and regulate its ubiquitination at sites K16 and K2.,leading to FSP1 degradation and progression of ferroptosis in *** present results emphasize a novel mechanism of CD36 in cisplatin-induced *** discovery of the special CD36 roles in promoting ferroptosis and AKI development by regulating the ubiquitination of FSP1 in proximal tubular cells may be potential therapeutic targets for ***,CD36 may play a key role in the progression of ***,targeting CD36 may provide a promising treatment option for AKI.

The collapse of the tunnel face is a prevalent geological disaster in *** study employs a three-dimensional(3D)material point method(MPM)to simulate the dynamic collapse process and post-failure mechanisms of the tunnel *** specific focus is on the scenario where the auxiliary air pressure balanced shield with a partially filled chamber is shut *** assess the suitability of the 3D MPM,numerical solutions are compared with the results from small-scale experimental ***,a series of large-scale numerical simulations is conducted to explore the dynamic collapse characteristics of the tunnel face induced by the shutdown of the EPB shield under various support air pressures and cutter head *** temporal evolution of the accumulated soil masses in the soil chamber and ground responses under different support air pressures,cutter head types and opening ratios are *** particular,the associated surface subsidence due to the tunnel face collapse is determined and compared with empirical *** results confirm the applicability of the 3D MPM for simulating the large-scale tunnel face collapse scenarios,spanning from small to large deformation analysis.

A series of emission reduction measures were conducted in wuhan,Central china,to ensure good air quality during the 7th Military World Games(MWG)in October *** better understand the implications for ozone(O_(3))pollution control strategies,we applied integrated analysis approaches based on the de-weathered statistical model,parameterization methods,chemical box model,and positive matrix factorization *** the MWG,concentrations of O_(3),NO_x,and volatile organic compound(VOCs),OFP(O_(3)formation potential),L_(OH)(OH radical loss rate)were 83μg/m^(3),43μg/m^(3),2. ppbv,188μg/m^(3),and 3.9 s^(-1),respectively,which were 2.%,18%,3%,15%,and 13%lower than pre-MWG values and 6%,39%,30%,33%,and 50%lower than post-MWG values,*** removing meteorological influence,O_(3)and its precursors during the MWG decreased largely compared with post-MWG values,and only O_(3),NO_(2.,and oxygenated VOCs(OVOCs)declined compared with pre-MWG values,which revealed the emission reduction measures during the MWG played an important role for O_(3)*** six VOCs sources,the mass contributions of biomass burning and solvents usage during the MWG decreased largely compared with pre-MWG values.O_(3)production was sensitive to VOCs and the key species were aromatics,OVOCs,and alkenes,which originated mainly from solvents usage,biomass burning,industrial-related combustion,and vehicle *** O_(3)concentration during the strict control was mainly caused by OVOCs reduction due to biomass burning ***,the O_(3)abatement strategies of wuhan should be focused on the mitigation of high-reactivity VOCs.

This paper presents resilience-oriented transmission expansion planning(RTEP)with optimal transmission switching(OTS)model under typhoon *** proposed model carefully considers the uncertainty of component vulnerability by constructing a typhoon-related box uncertainty set where component failure rate varies within a range closely related with typhoon ***,a min-max-min model is developed to enhance transmission network resilience,where the upper level minimizes transmission lines investment,the middle level searches for the probability distribution of failure status leading to max worst-case expected load-shedding(WCEL)under typhoon,and the lower level optimizes WCEL by economic dispatch(ED)and OTS.A nested decomposition algorithm based on benders decomposition is developed to solve the *** studies of modified IEEE 30-bus and 2.1-bus system of a Chinese region illustrate that:a)the proposed RTEP method can enhance resilience of transmission network with less investment than widely used RTEP method based on attacker and defender(DAD)model,b)the influence of OTS on RTEP is closely related with contingency severity and system scale and c)the RTEP model can be efficiently solved even in a large-scale system.

Recent studies have indicated that foundation models, such as BERT and GPT, excel atadapting to various downstream tasks. This adaptability has made them a dominant force in buildingartificial intelligence (AI) systems. Moreover, a newresearch paradigm has emerged as visualizationtechniques are incorporated into these models. Thisstudy divides these intersections into two researchareas: visualization for foundation model (VIS4FM)and foundation model for visualization (FM4VIS).In terms of VIS4FM, we explore the primary roleof visualizations in understanding, refining, and evaluating these intricate foundation models. VIS4FMaddresses the pressing need for transparency, explainability, fairness, and robustness. Conversely, in termsof FM4VIS, we highlight how foundation models canbe used to advance the visualization field itself. Theintersection of foundation models with visualizations ispromising but also introduces a set of challenges. Byhighlighting these challenges and promising opportunities, this study aims to provide a starting point forthe continued exploration of this research avenue.
