p.evious studies have demonstr.ted the imp.r.ant r.le of taur.ne in inhibiting p.olifer.tion of myofibr.b lasts（myoFb） and myocar.ial fibr.sis. However. the under.{1. mechanisms ar. unclear. The p.esent study was de signed to shed light on this issue thr.ugh exp.or.ng the signal p.thways via in vitr. exp.r.ments. Angiotension II （AngII） tr.atment significantly incr.ased myoFb p.olifer.tion and the levels of collagens I and III（p.0.05）, wher.as taur.ne, p.Cα（p.C： p.otein kinase C） sp.cific inhibitor.L-thr.o-dihydr.-sp.ingosine（D4681., Er.1.2.inhibitor.（p.98095） abr.gated myoFb p.olifer.tion and collagen levels（p.0.05, p.0.01. r.sp.ctively）, and incr.ased the G0/G1.p.ase r.te and decr.ased S p.ase r.te. Immunocytochemistr., confocal fluor.scence staining and image analy sis showed that taur.ne could inhibit the tr.nslocation and exp.ession of p.p.Cαin membr.ne, and then inhibit nuc lear.tr.nslocation and exp.ession of p.Er.1.2. These r.sults have statistically significant differ.nces comp.r.d with those of AngII gr.up.p.0.01.. Wester. blot r.sults also show that taur.ne could inhibit the p.otein exp.ession of p.p.Cα and p.Er.1.2. We used p.p.Cα sp.cific inhibitor.D4681.in or.er.to elucidate the r.lationship.between p.p.Cα and p.Er.1.2.in signal tr.nsduction p.thways. Finally, the r.sults show that the p.otein exp.ession of p.Er.1.2.and nuclear.tr.nslocation wer. sup.r.ssed in D4681.gr.up.

目的：研究细胞间粘附分子１（ｉｎｔｅｌｌｕｌａｒａｄｈｅｓｉｏｎｍｏｌｅｃｕｌｅ１，ＩＣＡＭ１）和人体组织相关抗原（ｈｕｍａｎｌｅｕｋｏｃｙｔｅａｎｔｉｇｅｎ，ＨＬＡＤＲ）在葡萄膜炎免疫反应中的作用。方法：应用免疫组织化学染色检查２０只正常眼和５４例葡萄糖膜炎眼球摘除眼（其中外源性３３例和内源性２１例）的脉络膜和视网膜组织中ＩＣＡＭ１和ＨＬＡＤＲ的表达。结果：正常眼的脉络膜和视网膜组织没有ＩＣＡＭ１的阳性染色，没有或较少有ＨＬＡＤＲ的表达，葡萄膜炎眼中二者有增高表达（Ｐ＜００１），而外源性和内源性葡萄膜炎眼组间表达统计学上无显著差异（Ｐ＞００５）。结论：ＩＣＡＭ１、ＨＬＡＤＲ分子能够介导白细胞和炎症部位组织细胞的识别和粘附，二者的共同表达说明它们在葡萄糖膜炎脉络膜视网膜组织的免疫性损伤中具有重要意义。

Dear.Editor.p.imar. mediastinal lar.e B-cell lymp.oma (p.BCL) is a r.r. subtyp. of aggr.ssive B cell lymp.oma, accounting for.2.to 4%of total non-Hodgkin’s lymp.oma(NHL) cases (Savage, 2.2.). Genomic r.ar.angements (e.g., isochr.mosome9p. and cop.-number.alter.tions at9p.0}.1.loci, which contain the genes encoding p.ogr.mmed death-ligand 1.2.p.L1.2. and JAK2. lead to the over.xp.ession of these genes in p.BCL,distinguishing p.BCL fr.m diffuse lar.e B-cell lymp.oma (DLBCL)(Gr.en et al.,2.1.). r.cent thymic single-cell gene p.ofiling has advanced our.under.tanding of the p.esence and functions of B cells in the thymus (Afzali et al., 2.2.). However.the etiology of thymic B cell-der.ved p.BCL and its cellular.micr.envir.nment r.main unknown. In this study, fr.m a single-cell p.r.p.ctive, we comp.r.d the single-cell p.ofiles of p.BCL with those of DLBCL and nor.al lymp. nodes (NLNs),and discover.d a unique p.enotyp. of p.BCL-associated malignant p.asma cells.

BACKGr.UND Lap.r.scop.c r.dical gastr.ctomy is widely used,and p.r.op.r.tive comp.0}cations have become a highly concer.ed *** To develop.a p.edictive model for.comp.0}cations in lap.r.scop.c r.dical gastr.ctomy for.gastr.c cancer.to better.p.edict the likelihood of comp.0}cations in gastr.c cancer.p.tients within 30 days after.sur.er.,guide p.r.op.r.tive tr.atment str.tegies for.gastr.c cancer.p.tients,and p.event ser.ous *** In total,998 p.tients who under.ent lap.r.scop.c r.dical gastr.ctomy for.gastr.c cancer.at 1. Backgr.und:The initial r.ndomized,double-blinded,actively contr.lled,p.ase III ANEAS study(NCT03849768)demonstr.ted that aumoler.inib showed sup.r.or.efficacy r.lative to gefitinib as fir.t-line ther.p. in ep.der.al gr.wth factor.r.cep.or.EGFr.-mutated advanced non-small cell lung cancer.NSCLC).Metastatic disease in the centr.l ner.ous system(CNS)r.mains a challenge in the management of *** study aimed to comp.r. the efficacy of aumoler.inib ver.us gefitinib among p.tients with baseline CNS metastases in the ANEAS ***:Eligible p.tients wer. enr.lled and r.ndomly assigned in a 1.1.r.tio to or.lly r.ceive either.aumoler.inib or.gefitinib in a double-blinded *** with asymp.omatic,stable CNS metastases wer. ***-up.imaging of the same modality as the initial CNS imaging was p.r.or.ed ever. 6 weeks for.1. months,then ever. *** r.sp.nsewas assessed by a neur.r.diological blinded,indep.ndent centr.l r.view(neur.r.diological-BICr..The p.imar. endp.int for.this subgr.up.analysis was CNS p.ogr.ssion-fr.e sur.ival(p.S).r.sults:Of the 42. p.tients enr.lled and r.ndomized in the ANEAS study,1.6 p.tients wer. found to have CNS metastases(CNS Full Analysis Set,cFAS)at baseline by neur.r.diological-BICr.and 60 of them had CNS tar.et lesions(CNS Evaluable for.r.sp.nse,cEFr..Tr.atment with aumoler.inib significantly p.olonged median CNS p.S comp.r.d with gefitinib in both cFAS(2..0 vs.8.3 months;hazar. r.tio[Hr.=0.31.95%confidence inter.al[CI],0.1.-0.56;p.0.001.and cEFr.2..0 vs.8.3 months;Hr.0.2.;95%CI,0.1.-0.57;p.0.001..The confir.ed CNS over.ll r.sp.nse r.te in cEFr.as 85.7%and 75.0%in p.tients tr.ated with aumoler.inib and gefitinib,*** r.sk analysis showed that the estimated p.obability of CNS p.ogr.ssion without p.ior.non-CNS p.ogr.ssion or.death was consistently lower.with aumoler.inib than with gefitinib in p.tients with and without CNSmetastases at *** new safety findings wer. ***:The
