BACKGROUND:Several observational studies have shown an association between homocysteine(Hcy)levels and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),but causal relationships are not *** study aimed to explore the causal relationship between plasma Hcy and COPD by two-sample Mendelian randomization(MR).METHODS:A two-sample MR study was performed to infer the causal *** predicted plasma Hcy was selected as an instrumental variable(Ⅳ)from published genome-wide association study(GWAS)*** with different etiologies was extracted as outcome variables from other GWAS *** main MR analysis was performed using the inversevariance weighted(IVW)*** analyses were further performed using Cochran’s Q-test and MR-Egger regression to evaluate the heterogeneity or horizontal pleiotropy of our ***:MR analysis showed no significant association between plasma Hcy and *** results of the groups were consistent with the sensitivity analysis and repeated analysis,without heterogeneity or horizontal *** IVW results showed COPD hospital admissions(odds ratio[OR]1.06,95%confidence interval[CI]0.91-1.24,P=0.42),asthma/COPD(OR 0.97,95%CI0.89-1.06,P=0.55),COPD-related chronic infection(OR 1.50,95%CI 0.57-3.99,P=0.41),COPDI asthma/interstitial lung disease(ILD)-related pneumonia or pneumonia-derived septicemia(OR 0.93,95%CI 0.86-1.02,P=0.13),and COPD-related respiratory insufficiency(OR 1.00,95%CI 0.7-1.44,P=0.99).CONCLUSION:There is no direct causal relationship between plasma Hcy and COPD in our *** Hcy is known to have deleterious effects on endothelial function and vascular homeostasis,further studies are needed to investigate whether additional factors mediate the association between Hcy and COPD.

In order to restrain cement kiln shell＇ s thermal loss and potential safety hazards,composite design was employed of working layer,thermal preservation layer and thermal insulation *** preservation layer＇ s boundary and strain were analyzed and the overall thermal conductivity was *** result shows that the sinusoidal curve boundary combination is adopted between the working layer and thermal preservation layer,and the slope-shape with angle of 135 degrees between the thermal preservation layer and thermal insulation layer could relieve the strain *** thermal conductivity of the composite mullite brick decreases from the working layer 2.74 W·m^（-1）·K^（-1） to1.54 W·m^（-1）·K^（-1）.When applying the composite bricks in cement kilns,the kiln shell temperature is from50 ℃ to 70 ℃ lower than using normal bricks.

High purity forsterite was prepared with magnesite tailings and quartz pounder as starting materials. The influence of the preparution process on the physical properties of the synthetic forsterite was studied. The ph,se composition and the microstructure of the synthetic forsterite were analyzed by means of XRD and SEM. The results ,show thal the composites with 63% MgO fired at 1 670℃ exhibit the highest compact structure.

And its encyclopedic inclusiveness provides a broad academic field for research on it in terms of breadth, thickness and depth. From the perspective of ecological literature, the "all creatures are equal" and ecological ethics concern is a main line throughout the epic "Gesar". By studying this epic, it is easy to explore the ecological literary nature of the epic itself.

Objective: To investigate the feasibility and safety of laparoscopic hysterectomy (LH) in early-stage malignant gynecological cancer. Methods: Data from patients who underwent surgical management for early-stage gynecological cancer between 2009 and 2014 were retrospectively reviewed. Each woman gave her informed consent to be included into the study, which was previously approved by the local ethics committee and Institutional Review Board. Inclusion Criteria: All patients presented with stage I or II disease, and underwent comprehensive staging surgery consisting of hysterectomy or radical hysterectomy, with or without bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy, with or without para-aortic lymphadenectomy, with or without omentectomy, and peritoneal cytology. Results: 345 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery (201 cervical cancer cases, 110 endometrial cancer cases and 34 ovarian cancer cases) were identified. Surgery for none of the patients was converted from laparoscopy to laparotomy. The median patient age for early-stage of gynecological cancer was 48 years (range, 29 - 71 years). 87 (25.22%) of whom were elderly (>60 years);98 (28.41%) were obese (>30 kg/m2);164 (62.96%) were postmenopausal;103 (29.86%) had undergone previous abdominal surgery;96 (25%) had a history of medical disease. The median operative time and estimated blood loss were 3.5 hours (range, 2.5 - 5.5 hour) and 80 mL (20 - 200 mL), respectively. Intra-operative and postoperative complications occurred in 6 (1.74%) and 34 (9.86%). None of the patients occurred death. The interval to bowel movement and indwelling catheter were 3 days (range, 1 - 5 days) and 7 days (range, 5 - 11 days). The median postoperative hospital stay was 10 days (range, 6 - 18 days). The mean operating time and hospital days for cervical cancer was shorter;the estimated blood loss was lower;and the peri-operative complications were lower in the second stage (July 2012-May 2014) than in the first three years (May 2009-June 20

Impact of Bauxite on Performance and Structure of SiC-mullite Brick

SiC- mullite brick is widely used in the upper and lower transitional zones of cement rotary kilns, due to excellent thermal shock resistance, and abrasion resist- ance. The investigation of different bauxites was made on the performance and micro-structure of SiC - mullite brick, especially thermal shock resistance. In two batches of bricks （ G1 and G2 ） , and two grades of bauxites （ L1 and I_2 ）, samples＇ physical and chemical properties were tested, and microstructure and phase composition were studied by SEM and XRD. The results show that raw material I2, containing large numbers of micro- pores smaller than 4 μm, has well developed mullite phase. While using L2 as aggregates and flues, SiC- mullite brick G2 has excellent thermal shock resistance. Therefore, for manufacture of SiC - mullite brick, not only chemical composition, bulk density and open porosi- ty of bauxite are important, but also its microstructure has to be considered, such as phase composition, crystal size and pore size distribution.

On the basis of digital water injection station developing, it is a synthesize platform that provides supervision in actual time, assisting decision, measure evaluation and consequence analysis to water source wells, injection platforms, valve boxes, injection wells and so on. As a platform of injection decision and analysis system, automatic injection decision and analysis system realizes the key technique of optimization and decision production system in oilfield development, builds up scheme to digital oilfield production and command system and to optimization of injection well production analysis. Considering actual time data from the control system in station, this platform applies an assisting decision system including injection consume analysis, balance injection analysis, injection well macroscopic control, and node analysis of injection circuit, scheme evaluation and optimization, consequence analysis of measure. At last, it realizes supervision for automatic injection process in long-range, and make sure data collected effectively, so that the decision can be transmitted in time. In summary, this system can enhance the level of management of injection, and become the supplement to digital oilfield building up strongly.

A type of SPE-electrode, the SPE-hydrophobic gas diffusing electrode was reported and its characteristics were discussed,The reduction reaction of oxygen was examined at the Nafion-hydrophobic gas diffusing electrode with the counter electrode in contact with 1mol/L H2SO4, 1mol/L NaOH and distilled water, respectively. When contact with H2SO4 the electrode was found to behave just like a conventional gas diffusing electrode facing tree electrolyte, while contact with NaOH, however, the performance of the electrode decayed rapidly in the course of operation and no steady state could be reached. These observations and the results of apparent capacitance measurement reveal that the working electrode interface is the interface between the catalyst and the free electrolyte contained in the catalytic layer and that the electrode performance was seriously influenced by the selective ion-permeability of SPE and liquid phase resistance within the catalytic layer.
