对于中药材的质量控制研究是中医药现代化的主要研究内容之一。唐古特大黄是一种常用中药,目前对唐古特大黄的质量控制研究多集中在总蒽醌类成分、游离蒽醌类成分以及指纹图谱,基于抗炎效果的质量标准研究尚为少数。采集不同产地、不同采收时间的18批唐古特大黄药材,对其粉末进行傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)研究,发现16个共有峰,18批次之间具有较高的相似性(0.798~0.900),相同产地(甘南产、青海产)的唐古特大黄相似度较高(相似度大于0.900的达80%以上),但两产地之间的相似度相对较低(相似度大于0.900的仅为69.44%),结合聚类分析发现不同产地唐古特大黄FTIR谱图存在一定差异性,产地可能是主要影响因素。建立双指标分析序列,可在一定程度上区分药材不同产地。脂多糖(LPS)刺激RAW264.7细胞建立炎性细胞模型,以NO抑制率作为炎性指标,测定不同批次唐古特大黄的NO抑制率。以共有峰透过率作为X, NO抑制率作为Y,采用SMICA14.1软件构建PLSR模型建立谱效关系,谱图中X_(14)、X_(15)、X_(11)、X_(2)四个共有峰VIP>1,其中X_(2)与抗炎效果呈正相关关系,X_(14)、X_(15)、X_(11)与抗炎效果现负相关关系。进一步建立数学模型得共有峰(X)与NO抑制率(Y)的关系Y=237.618+2.992X_(2)-0.845X_(4)+2.979X_(6)-3.722X_(7)+0.433X_(8)-0.957X_(12)-0.759X_(14)-0.632X_(15)(p=0.003<0.01,R=0.935),p<0.01代表构建数学模型有意义,R=0.935代表所构建数学模型可解释93.5%的数据。可知X_(2)、X_(6)与抗炎效果呈正相关关系,X_(4)、X_(7)与抗炎效果呈负相关关系,可预测体外抗炎效果,准确率达93.5%,但由于样本量过小,仅可用于解释本研究纳入数据。X_(6)是由甲基的β(C—H)产生,可能与大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素甲醚、芦荟大黄素等蒽醌类成分有关。该研究将抗炎活性与红外光谱数据相结合,引入唐古特大黄质量评价体系,为唐古特大黄产业的健康发展提供新思路。

In this work,aramid nanoparticles(ANPs)were prepared in dimethyl formamide(DMF)solution containing high impact polystyrene(HIPS)via a bottom-up *** electron microscopy(TEM)images showed that the obtained ANPs were evenly distributed in the HIPS matrix without any *** composition of the ANPs,i.e.,poly(p-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine)(PPTA),was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and X-ray diffractometer(XRD).The ANP/HIPS composites,obtained after ethanol precipitation,were added to neat HIPS as fillers to fabricate ANP/HIPS composite *** surface roughness and the glass transition temperature(T_g)of the sheets were characterized by atomic force microscope(AFM)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),*** with neat HIPS,the mechanical properties of the composite sheet were significantly improved,and the Young's modulus increased from 246.55 MPa to 2025.12 MPa,the tensile strength increased from 3.07 MPa to 29.76 MPa,and the toughness increased from 0.32 N/mm^2 to 3.92 N/mm^2,with an increase rate of 721%,869%and 1125%,***,the thermal stability of the composites improved with the increase in ANP content.

BACKGROUND Colorectal cancer(CRC)is a common malignant tumor,and liver metastasis is one of the main recurrence and metastasis modes that seriously affect patients’survival rate and quality of *** such as albumin bilirubin(ALBI)score,liver function index,and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)have shown some potential in the prediction of liver metastasis but have not been fully *** To evaluate its predictive value for liver metastasis of CRC by conducting the combined analysis of ALBI,liver function index,and CEA,and to provide a more accurate liver metastasis risk assessment tool for clinical treatment *** This study retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of patients with CRC who received surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2018 to July 2023 and were followed up for 24 *** to the follow-up results,the enrolled patients were divided into a liver metastasis group and a nonliver metastasis group and randomly divided into a modeling group and a verification group at a ratio of 2:*** risk factors for liver metastasis in patients with CRC were analyzed,a prediction model was constructed by least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO)logistic regression,internal validation was performed by the bootstrap method,the reliability of the prediction model was evaluated by subject-work characteristic curves,calibration curves,and clinical decision curves,and a column graph was drawn to show the prediction *** Of 130 patients were enrolled in the modeling group and 65 patients were enrolled in the verification group out of the 195 patients with CRC who fulfilled the inclusion and exclusion *** LASSO regression variable screening and logistic regression *** ALBI score,alanine aminotransferase(ALT),and CEA were found to be independent predictors of liver metastases in CRC patients[odds ratio(OR)=8.062,95%confidence interval(CI):2.545-25.540],(OR=1.037,95%CI:1.004-1.071)and(OR=1.0

The BL07U beamline is a new extreme ultraviolet and soft X-ray beamline housed in the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility. Beamlines are used in nano-resolved angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy(nano-ARPES), spin-resolved angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy(spin-ARPES), X-ray magnetic circular dichroism spectroscopy, and X-ray magnetic linear dichroism spectroscopy for certain scientific research. The BL07U beamline, which is based on a pair of elliptical polarized undulators and a variable-included-angle plane-grating monochromator, delivers circularly or linear polarized X-rays within the energy range of 50–2000 eV. The beamline features two branches: One dedicated to nano-ARPES,which has a minimum spot size of only ~ 200 nm, and another branch comprising spin-ARPES, a vector magnetic field, and superconductive magnetic end-station.
