CoPt thin films with various Cu contents varying from 0 vol.% to 21.5 vol.% were deposited on glass substrates by magnetron sputtering. The effects of Cu additive on the structural and magnetic properties and the ordering temperature of CoPt films were investigated in detail. The results show that the Cu in CoPt films plays an important role in promoting the ordering parameter S and reducing the ordering temperature of CoPt films. A nearly perfect （001） texture was obtained in a CoPt film doped with 15.3 vol.% Cu. Besides, the preferred orientation of the CoPt film can be changed by annealing temperature. The perpendicular growth of the CoPt film is favored at a high annealing temperature.

Continuous SiC fiber reinforced copper matrix （SiC~/Cu） composites were prepared by fiber coating method, and Ti6A14V interlayer was introduced as an interfacial modification coating to improve the interfacial bonding strength. The interfacial reaction characteristics were investigated by transmission electron microscopy （TEM）. The results show that nearly all the titanium atoms reacted with the carbon coating of SiC fibers to form two layers of TiC. Also, a thin copper layer that is sandwiched between these two layers was detected. No Ti-Cu interfacial reaction product was observed. The formation process of the interfacial reaction along with its mechanism was discussed.

The Warburg effect is a key metabolic feature of cancer cells and manifests as substantially increased glycolysis regardless of the presence of oxygen[1].The initial step of glycolysis is catalyzed by hexokinase(HK),which converts glucose to the metabolic intermediate glucose-6-phosphate(G-6-P).Four kinds of HK isozymes,HK1,HK2,HK3 and HK4,have been found in ***1 and HK2 bind to the mitochondrial outer membrane through interac-tions with voltage-dependent anion channels(VDACs),and both of thesemolecules have a high affinity for glucose[2].HK2 overexpression is frequently detected in cancer cells,leading to enhanced aerobic glycolysis and tumorigenesis that renders HK2 an attractive target for cancer treatment[3].Important advances in research on cancer metabolism in recent decades have revealed thatmetabolic enzymes have non-metabolic functions,which play pivotal roles in tumor development and progression[4–6].Recent studies uncovered that HK2 directly promoted tumor immune evasion through the activity of a previously unidentified protein kinase and tumor cell stemness via upregulation of CD133 expression.

Background:Cancer cells reprogram metabolism for *** kinase 1(PGK1),as a glycolytic enzyme and newly identified protein kinase,coordinates glycolysis and mitochondrial ***,the clini-cal significance of PGK1 expression and function in cancer progression is ***,we investigated the relation-ship between the progression and prognosis of multiple cancer types and PGK1 expression and its function in the mitochondrial metabolism ***:We performed pan-cancer analyses of PGK1 mRNA level and DNA methylation in 11,908 tumor tissues and 1582 paired normal tissues across 34 cancer types in The Cancer Genome Atlas *** specific antibodies against PGK1 S203 and PDHK1 T338 phosphorylation,we performed immunohistochemistry with tissue microarray assay in additional 818 cancer cases with 619 paired normal tissues from five cancer ***:The PGK1 mRNA level was significantly elevated with hypomethylation in promotor regions and associated with advanced TNM stage in 15 and four cancer types,*** breast carcinoma,elevated PGK1 mRNA level and promoter hypomethylation were associated with poor *** correlated PGK1 S203 and PDHK1 T338 phosphorylation levels were significantly associated with short overall survival(OS)in cancers of the breast,liver,lung,stomach,and esophagus and with advanced TNM stage in breast and esophageal ***1 pS203 and PDHK1 pT338 were also independent predictors of short OS in liver,lung,and stomach ***:The elevated expression,promoter hypomethylation,and phosphorylation of PGK1 and PDHK1 were related with disease progression and short OS in diverse types of ***1 and PDHK1 phosphorylation may be potential prognostic biomarkers.

The first intron of human hsp90β gene is not only essential in maintaining high constitutive expression but also critical for heat shock inducibility of the hsp90β gene. Typical HSEs in the first intron play a vital role in the heat induced expression of human hsp90β gene. Slot blot analysis shows that hsp90β gene mRNA transcripts initiated from the 3’ of the first intron dominates over that of the first exon. The intronic HSEs of the hsp90β gene show much higher binding affinity toward the recombinant heat shock factor HSF1 than that of the recombinant heat shock factor HSF2.

沙埋对河西走廊4种旱生植物种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

测定了驼蹄瓣(Zygophyllum fabago)、骆驼蒿(Peganum nigellastrum)、唐古特白刺(Nitraria tangutorum)和黒果枸杞(Lycium ruthenicum)等4种旱生植物种子重量、形状、萌发及活性,试验了沙埋深度(0、1、2、3、4、5cm)对种子萌发、幼苗出土和生长的影响。结果表明:4种植物的种子扩散时为中度休眠;种子活性与重量、形状之间为显著负相关关系(p<0.05);种子初次萌发率与重量之间为不显著负相关关系;大而不规则种子有较低的活性,小种子扩散时有较高萌发率。随沙埋深度的增加,4种植物种子出苗率下降,首次出苗时间推迟,茎高、绝对株高和根长呈现先上升后下降的趋势,地下和地上生物量比值呈先上升后下降或随埋深增加而下降。幼苗出土和生长的最佳沙埋深度是:驼蹄瓣1~3cm,骆驼蒿0~1cm,唐古特白刺0~2cm,黑果枸杞1~2cm。在植被恢复过程中应考虑破除种子休眠的方法以及浅层沙埋等条件,以提高出苗率、增大幼苗定植率。
