The aerial parts of Mosla chinensis *** Mosla chinensis cv.'Jiangxiangru'(MCJ)are widely utilized in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),known collectively as ***,due to clinical effectiveness concerns and frequent misidentification,the original plants have increasingly been substituted by various species within the genera Elsholtzia and *** challenge in distinguishing between these genera arises from their similar morphological and metabolic *** address this issue,our study introduced a rapid method for metabolic characterization,employing high-resolution mass spectrometry-based *** detailed biosynthetic and chemometric analyses,we pinpointed five phenolic compounds—salviaflaside,cynaroside,scutellarein-7-O-D-glucoside,rutin,and vicenin-2—among 203 identified compounds,as reliable chemical markers for distinguishing Xiang-ru from closely related Elsholtzia *** methodology holds promise for broad application in the analysis of plant aerial parts,especially in verifying the authenticity of aromatic traditional medicinal *** findings underscore the importance of non-volatile compounds as dependable chemical markers in the authentication process of aromatic traditional medicinal plants.

The amorphous CoZrNb films were deposited by DC magnetron *** depth distributions of the elements were analyzed by Rutherford backscattering spectrometry(RBS).The results indicate that when the deposition time is longer than 37 min,the film composition keeps constant along the *** the deposition time is longer than 45 min,the Co concentration at the interface of the silicon substrate is higher than the average value in the whole *** the deposition time is longer than 52 min,the Co atoms diffuse into the substrate during the *** to the Co composition profile in the substrate,which were determined from the RBS spectra,the Co diffusion coefficients in the substrate were calculated using the solution of Fick′s second law corresponding to an infinite source with a constant diffusion *** calculated diffusion coefficients indicate an interstitial assisted diffusion mechanism.

Helicobacter pylori(***)is currently recognized as the primary carcinogenic pathogen associated with gastric tumorigenesis,and its high prevalence and resistance make it difficult to tackle.A graph neural network-based deep learning model,employing different training sets of 13,638 molecules for pre-training and fine-tuning,was aided in predicting and exploring novel molecules against ***.A positively predicted novel berberine derivative 8 with 3,13-disubstituted alkene exhibited a potency against all tested drug-susceptible and resistant *** strains with minimum inhibitory concentrations(MICs)of 0.25-0.5μg/*** studies demonstrated an ideal gastric retention of 8,with the stomach concentration significantly higher than its MIC at 24 h post *** administration of 8 and omeprazole(OPZ)showed a comparable gastric bacterial reduction(2.2-log reduction)to the triple-therapy,namely OPZ+amoxicillin(AMX)+clarithromycin(CLA)without obvious disturbance on the intestinal flora.A combination of OPZ,AMX,CLA,and 8 could further decrease the bacteria load(2.8-log reduction).More importantly,the mono-therapy of 8 exhibited comparable eradication to both triple-therapy(OPZ+AMX+CLA)and quadrupletherapy(OPZ+AMX+CLA+bismuth citrate)*** and BamD,playing a major role in outer membrane protein(OMP)transport and assembling,were identified and verified as the direct targets of 8 by employing the chemoproteomics technique.n summary,by targeting the relatively conserved OMPs transport and assembling system,8 has the potential to be developed as a novel *** candidate,especially for the eradication of drug-resistant strains.

The order Acipenseriformes,which includes sturgeons and paddlefishes,represents“living fossils”with complex genomes that are good models for understanding whole-genome duplication(WGD)and ploidy evolution in ***,we sequenced and assembled the first high-quality chromosome-level genome for the complex octoploid Acipenser sinensis(Chinese sturgeon),a critically endangered species that also represents a poorly understood ploidy group in *** results show that *** is a complex autooctoploid species containing four kinds of octovalents(8n),a hexavalent(6n),two tetravalents(4n),and a divalent(2n).An analysis taking into account delayed rediploidization reveals that the octoploid genome composition of Chinese sturgeon results from two rounds of homologous WGDs,and further provides insights into the timing of its ploidy *** study provides the first octoploid genome resource of Acipenseriformes for understanding ploidy compositions and evolutionary trajectories of polyploid fishes.

Photodynamic therapy(PDT)has limited effects in treating metastatic breast *** checkpoints can deplete the function of immune cells;however,the expression of immune checkpoints after PDT is *** study investigates whether the limited e±cacy of PDT is due to upregulated immune checkpoints and tries to combine the PDT and immune checkpoint inhibitor to observe the e±cacy.A metastatic breast cancer model was treated by PDT mediated by hematoporphyrin derivatives(HpD-PDT).The anti-tumor effect of HpD-PDT was observed,as well as CD4þT,CD8þT and calreticulin(CRT)by immunohistochemistry and *** checkpoints on T cells were analyzed byflow cytometry after *** combining PDT with immune checkpoint inhibitors,the antitumor effect and immune effect were *** HpD-PDT at 100 mW/cm2 and 40,60 and 80 J/cm2,primary tumors were suppressed and CD4þT,CD8þT and CRT were elevated;however,distant tumors couldn't be inhibited and survival could not be *** checkpoints on T cells,especially PD1 and LAG-3 after HpD-PDT,were upregulated,which may explain the reason for the limited HpD-PDT *** PDT combined with anti-PD1 antibody,but not with anti-LAG-3 antibody,both the primary and distant tumors were signi-cantly inhibited and the survival time was prolonged,additionally,CD4þT,CD8þT,IFN-þCD4þT and TNF-þCD4þT cells were signi-cantly increased compared with ***-PDT could not combat metastatic breast ***1 and LAG-3 were upregulated after ***-PD1 antibody,but not anti-LAG-3 antibody,could augment the antitumor effect of HpD-PDT for treating metastatic breast cancer.

We conduct a detailed examination of the magnetic and electrical transport properties in GdAlSi and SmAlGe crystals,which possess a LaPtSi-type structure(space group I4_(1)md).The magnetic susceptibility data unambiguously reveal magnetic ordering below a characteristic transition temperature(T_(N)).For GdAlSi,a hysteresis loop is observed in the magnetization and magnetoresistance curves within the ab plane when the magnetic field is applied below T_(N),which is around32 *** specific heat anomalies are detected at 32 K for GdAlSi and 6 K for SmAlGe,confirming the occurrence of magnetic *** addition,the extracted magnetic entropy at high temperatures is consistent with the theoretical value of Rln(2J+1) for J=7/2 in Gd^(3+) and J=5/2 in Sm^(3+),*** also exhibits Schottky-like specific heat ***,both GdAlSi and SmAlGe exhibit positive magnetoresistance and a normal Hall effect.

青藏高原东南三江流域广泛存在堆积体斜坡,该类斜坡极易演化为滑坡灾害。以四川巴塘下归洼斜坡为例,通过振动台模型试验研究地震诱发的堆积体滑坡动力响应特征与破坏模式。试验结果表明,在地震作用初期,由于孔隙被挤密,斜坡的自振频率增大;在茂县波激励下,斜坡肩部动力响应最强烈。高幅值茂县波激励下,因斜坡整体刚度降低,放大效应减弱。Hibert谱描述了地震波在斜坡中的传播特征,向斜坡顶部传播时,地震波高频能量显著增强,地震波经过堆积层后,放大效应减弱。在足以致使堆积层滑动的强震作用下,坡表一定深度下动力响应呈现一致剧烈现象,斜坡上部会形成“脱离体”,“脱离体”在地震作用下上下颠簸运动;在临滑时,坡表出现最强烈的动力响应。斜坡的破坏模式为:地震初期,在重力和地震耦合作用下,坡表土体剥落;随地震幅值增加,坡肩与堆积层发生明显相对位移,堆积层表面出现裂缝;最终,坡脚发生明显相对位移,随后堆积层偏离基岩加速滑塌。基于地震信号特征的斜坡堆积层滑落过程可分为三阶段:(1)稳定阶段;(2)临滑阶段;(3)滑移阶段。
