As a new type of green battery system,aqueous zinc-ion batteries(AZIBs)have gradually become a research hotspot due to their low cost,high safety,excellent stability,high theoretical capacity(82. mAh·g^(-1))of zinc anode,and low redox potential(-0.76 V *** hydrogen electrode(SHE)).AZIBs have been expected to be an alternative to lithium-ion batteries for large-scale commercial energy storage ***,they are facing thorny issues such as degradation of cycling performance,zinc dendrites,and side *** the same time,these problems cause short cycling life of batteries,thus severely limiting their commercial *** recent years,many more researches have been conducted on the modification of anode and cathode materials of AZIBs,but there is a lack of in-depth discussion on the characteristics and mechanism of electrolyte *** this review,we will make a systematic summary of the current problems with two electrodes in AZIBs,as well as the types and functions of electrolyte ***,we further systematically describe the modulation mechanism of electrolyte additives in the performance of the cathode and *** prospects and development directions of additive modulation strategies for AZIBs electrolytes are prospected.

Our previous study has revealed that procyanidin A_(1)(A_(1))and its simulated digestive product(D-A,)can alleviate acrylamide(ACR)-induced intestine cell ***,the underlying mechanism remains *** this study,we elucidated the molecular mechanism for and D-A_(1) to alleviate ACR-stimulated IPEC-J2.cell *** slightly activated nuclear factor erythroid 2.related factor 2.Nrf2.signaling and its target genes,but this activation could not reduce intestine cell damage.A_(1) and D-A_(1) could alleviate ACR-induced cell damage,but the effect was abrogated in cells transiently transfected with Nrf2.small interfering RNA(siRNA).Further investigation confirmed that A_(1) and D-A_(1) interacted with Ketch-like ECH-associated protein 1(Keapl),which boosted the stabilization of Nrf2.subsequently promoted the translocation of Nrf2.into the nucleus,and further increased the expression of antioxidant proteins,thereby inhibiting glutathione(GSH)consumption,maintaining redox balance and eventually alleviating ACR-induced cell ***,there was no difference between A_(1) and D-A_(1) treated groups,indicating that A_(1) can tolerate gastrointestinal digestion and may be a potential compound to limit the toxicity of ACR.

Neural networks(NNs)have been used extensively in surface water prediction tasks due to computing algorithm improvements and data *** essential step in developing an NN is the hyperparameter *** practice,it is common to manually determine hyperparameters in the studies of NNs in water resources *** may result in considerable randomness and require significant computation time;therefore,hyperparameter optimization(HPO)is *** study adopted five representatives of the HPO techniques in the surface water quality prediction tasks,including the grid sampling(GS),random search(RS),genetic algorithm(GA),Bayesian optimization(BO)based on the Gaussian process(GP),and the tree Parzen estimator(TPE).For the evaluation of these techniques,this study proposed a method:first,the optimal hyperparameter value sets achieved by GS were regarded as the benchmark;then,the other HPO techniques were evaluated and compared with the benchmark in convergence,optimization orientation,and consistency of the optimized *** results indicated that the TPE-based BO algorithm was recommended because it yielded stable convergence,reasonable optimization orientation,and the highest consistency rates with the benchmark *** optimization consistency rates via TPE for the hyperparameters hidden layers,hidden dimension,learning rate,and batch size were 86.7%,73.3.,73.3.,and 80.0%,*** the evaluation of HPO techniques directly based on the prediction performance of the optimized NN in a single HPO test,the proposed benchmark-based HPO evaluation approach is feasible and robust.

Wind is the primary challenge for low-speed fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles to follow a predefined flight *** cope with various wind conditions,this paper proposes a wind disturbance compensated path following control strategy where the wind disturbance estimate is incorporated with the nominal guiding vector field to provide the desired airspeed direction for the *** the control input vector for the outer-loop kinematic subsystem needs to satisfy a magnitude constraint,a scaling mechanism is introduced to tune the proportions of the compensation and nominal ***,an optimization problem is formulated to pursue a maximum wind compensation in strong winds,which can be solved analytically to yield two scaling factors.A cascaded inner-loop tracking controller is also designed to fulfill the outer-loop wind disturbance compensated guiding vector ***-fidelity simulation results under sensor noises and realistic winds demonstrate that the proposed path following algorithm is less sensitive to sensor noises,achieves promising accuracy in normal winds,and mitigates the deviation from a desired path in wild winds.

Due to the complexity and variability of carbonate formation leakage zones, lost circulation prediction and control is one of the major challenges of carbonate drilling. It raises well-control risks and production expenses. This research utilizes the H oilfield as an example, employs seismic features to analyze mud loss prediction, and produces a complete set of pre-drilling mud loss prediction solutions. Firstly, 16seismic attributes are calculated based on the post-stack seismic data, and the mud loss rate per unit footage is specified. The sample set is constructed by extracting each attribute from the seismic trace surrounding 15 typical wells, with a ratio of 8:2.between the training set and the test set. With the calibration results for mud loss rate per unit footage, the nonlinear mapping relationship between seismic attributes and mud loss rate per unit size is established using the mixed density network ***, the influence of the number of sub-Gausses and the uncertainty coefficient on the model's prediction is evaluated. Finally, the model is used in conjunction with downhole drilling conditions to assess the risk of mud loss in various layers and along the wellbore trajectory. The study demonstrates that the mean relative errors of the model for training data and test data are 6.9% and 7.5%, respectively, and that R2.s 90% and 88%, respectively, for training data and test data. The accuracy and efficacy of mud loss prediction may be greatly enhanced by combining 16 seismic attributes with the mud loss rate per unit footage and applying machine learning methods. The mud loss prediction model based on the MDN model can not only predict the mud loss rate but also objectively evaluate the prediction based on the quality of the data and the model.

Indoor positioning is a key technology in today’s intelligent environments,and it plays a crucial role in many application *** paper proposed an unscented Kalman filter(UKF)based on the maximum correntropy criterion(MCC)instead of the minimummean square error criterion(MMSE).This innovative approach is applied to the loose coupling of the Inertial Navigation System(INS)and Ultra-Wideband(UWB).By introducing the maximum correntropy criterion,the MCCUKF algorithm dynamically adjusts the covariance matrices of the system noise and the measurement noise,thus enhancing its adaptability to diverse environmental localization *** in the presence of non-Gaussian noise,especially heavy-tailed noise,the MCCUKF exhibits superior accuracy and robustness compared to the traditional *** method initially generates an estimate of the predicted state and covariance matrix through the unscented transform(UT)and then recharacterizes the measurement information using a nonlinear regression method at the cost of ***,the state and covariance matrices of the filter are updated by employing the unscented transformation on the measurement ***,to mitigate the influence of non-line-of-sight(NLOS)errors positioning accuracy,this paper proposes a k-medoid clustering algorithm based on bisection k-means(Bikmeans).This algorithm preprocesses the UWB distance measurements to yield a more precise position *** results demonstrate that MCCUKF is robust to the uncertainty of UWB and realizes stable integration of INS and UWB systems.
