When the photovoltaic(PV)system is generating PV power,the partial shading(PS)condition will cause multiple peaks in the power-voltage curve,and changes in light intensity and ambient temperature will cause the curve to shift.Traditional maximum power point tracking(MPPT)methods,such as the incremental conductance(INC)method,have the problem of being trapped in the local optimal solution.Biomimetic optimization algorithms,such as particle swarm optimization(PSO),have problems with oscillation and low tracking efficiency near the global maximum power point(GMPP).As a result,a hybrid algorithm CS-INC based on the cuckoo search(CS)algorithm and the perturb and observe(P&O)approach is proposed in this study.The light intensity remains constant,the light intensity changes in steps,and the partial shade scenario are simulated.Simulation results show that the MPPT improves accuracy,speed,and stability.

Background Stocker cattle diet and management influence beef cattle performance during the finishing stage,but knowledge of the dynamics of the rumen microbiome associated with the host are lacking.A longitudinal study was conducted to determine how the feeding strategy from the stocker to the finishing stages of production affects the temporal dynamics of rumen microbiota.During the stocker phase,either dry hay or wheat pasture were provided,and three levels of monensin were administrated.All calves were then transported to a feedlot and received similar finishing diets with or without monensin.Rumen microbial samples were collected on d 0,28,85 during the stocker stage(S0,S28 and S85)and d 0,14,28,56,30 d before slaughter and the end of the trial during the finishing stage(F0,F14,F28,F56,Pre-Ba,and Final).The V4 region of the bacterial 16S rRNA gene of 263 rumen samples was sequenced.Results Higher alpha diversity,including the number of observed bacterial features and the Shannon index,was observed in the stocker phase compared to the finishing phase.The bacterial amplicon sequence variants(ASVs)differentiating different sampling time points were identified.Dietary treatments during the stocker stage temporally impact the dynamics of rumen microbiota.For example,shared bacteria,including Bacteroidales(ASV19)and Streptococcus infantarius(ASV94),were significantly higher in hay rumen on S28,S85,and F0,while Bacteroidaceae(ASV11)and Limivicinus(ASV15)were more abundant in wheat.Monensin affected rumen microbial composition at a specific time.Transportation to feedlot significantly influenced microbiome structure and diversity in hay-fed calves.Bacterial taxa associated with body weight were classified,and core microbiotas interacted with each other during the trial.Conclusions In summary,the temporal dynamics of the rumen microbiome in cattle at the stocker and finishing stage are influenced by multiple factors of the feeding strategy.Diet at the stocker phase may temporarily affect the microbial composition duri

Effect of preheating and annealing temperature on the microstructure and optoelectronic properties of CZTS films prepared by sol-gel method

The effects of different preheating and annealing temperatures on the surface morphology,microstructure,and optical properties of Cu_(2)ZnSnS_(4)(CZTS) thin films are investigated by controlling the preheating and annealing temperatures.The prepared thin films were characterized using X-ray diffraction(XRD),Raman spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and ultra-violet-visible(UV-Vis) spectroscopy techniques.XRD and Raman spectroscopy showed that a Kesterite structure with a selective orientation along the(112) peak was generated,and the thin films produced at a preheating temperature of 300℃ and annealing temperature of 570℃ had fewer secondary phases,which was beneficial for improving the performance of the solar cells.SEM confirms that the crystallite size increases and then decreases as the temperature increases,and the largest and most uniform crystallite size with the smoothest surface is generated at the above preheating and annealing temperatures.UV-Vis measurements show that the thin films generated at the above temperature have the lowest transmittance and the lowest optical band gap value of 1.46 e V,which is close to the optimal band gap value for solar cells and is suitable as an absorber layer material.

LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)cathode material is prepared by sol-gel method and the effects of Nb^(5+)doping and different calcination temperatures on cathode materials were deeply investigated.Structural and morphological characterizations revealed that the optimal content of 1 mol%Nb^(5+)can stabilize layered structures,mitigate Ni^(2+)migration to Li layers,improve lithium diffusion capacity,and reduce lattice expansion/shrinkage while cycling.And calcination temperature at 800℃can not only ensure good morphology,but also suppress the mixed discharge of lithium and nickel in the internal structure.Electrochemical performance evaluation revealed that Nb^(5+)doping improves the discharge-specific capacity of the material,which is conducive to ameliorating its rate capability and cycle performance.And the material at 800℃exhibits the highest discharge specific capacity,the best magnification performance,low polarizability,and the best cycle reversibility.

In this paper,Cd1-xZnxS thin films were prepared by chemical bath deposition(CBD),and the effects of different zinc doping content on the morphological structure and optical properties of Cd1-xZnxS buffer layers are systematically discussed.The experimental results show that in the deposition process of different substrates,the crystal structure of the film is all hexagonal,and when the concentration of zinc sulfate(ZnSO4)precursor is varied from 0 to 0.025 M,the films are uniform and dense.With the increase of zinc content,the X-ray diffraction(XRD)peak of the films shifted behind that of CdS film(002).It showed 70%to 90%transmittance in the visible region and the optical band gap increased gradually.The band gap value of the films obtained ranged from 2.43 eV to 3.01 eV.It shows the potential feasibility of its application to photovoltaic devices.

Brodie脓肿属于亚急性骨髓炎的一种,且伴有骨内脓肿形成,发生于距骨的Brodie脓肿较为少见。有关距骨Brodie脓肿的文献中,患者最典型的临床症状为跛行步态及踝部疼痛和肿胀。Brodie脓肿的发生部位、临床症状及影像学表现可能与其他骨骼病变特征相似,如骨样骨瘤、单纯骨囊肿、郎格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症和恶性骨肿瘤等,故鉴别诊断范围广。本文报道首都儿科研究所附属儿童医院1例距骨Brodie脓肿患儿的诊治经验。

为了实现重组蛋白SRT-ELP36在大肠杆菌中的高效表达,利用携带重组蛋白SRTELP36基因的pET-25b(+)表达载体,分别在摇瓶和5 L发酵罐上进行了发酵条件优化,并在50 L发酵罐中进行放大验证。经转化表达质粒后,宿主菌BL21(DE3)的菌体生长和蛋白体积产量均高于BLR(DE3),可用于蛋白SRT-ELP36表达。摇瓶发酵条件优化结果表明,TB(Terrific Broth)培养基、装液比(装液量与摇瓶体积之比)为5%、诱导温度为37℃、对数生长结束期添加0.5 mmol/L的IPTG(异丙基-β-D-硫代半乳糖苷)诱导剂,菌体最高OD_(600)(波长600 nm处的吸光值)达到22.3,最高蛋白体积产量达0.60 g/L。在5 L发酵罐中进行补料分批培养条件优化,在OD_(600)为35时添加终浓度为0.5 mmol/L的IPTG启动诱导,并控制过程菌体氧消耗速率(OUR)为(180±5) mmol/(L·h),菌体的最高OD_(600)和蛋白体积产量分别达到了88、1.85 g/L,单位菌体蛋白产量为70 mg/g。在50 L发酵罐中,参照5 L工艺控制条件进行发酵过程放大,菌体最高OD_(600)达到103,重组蛋白SRT-ELP36的体积产量和单位菌体产量进一步提高到了2.22 g/L和90 mg/g,是目前文献报道SRT蛋白表达的最高水平,为高性能融合鱿鱼环齿-类弹性蛋白的工业化生产提供了基础。

Background:Necroptosis and pyroptosis are newly identified forms of programmed cell death,which play a vital role in development of many gastrointestinal disorders.Although plant polyphenols have been reported to protect intestinal health,it is still unclear whether there is a beneficial role of plant polyphenols in modulating necroptosis and pyroptosis in intestinal porcine epithelial cell line(IPEC-1)infected with enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli(ETEC)K88.This research was conducted to explore whether plant polyphenols including protocatechuic acid(PCA)and quercetin(Que),attenuated inflammation and injury of IPEC-1 caused by ETEC K88 through regulating necroptosis and pyroptosis signaling pathways.Methods:IPEC-1 cells were treated with PCA(40μmol/L)or Que(10μmol/L)in the presence or absence of ETEC K88.Results:PCA and Que decreased ETEC K88 adhesion and endotoxin level(P<0.05)in cell supernatant.PCA and Que increased cell number(P<0.001)and decreased lactate dehydrogenases(LDH)activity(P<0.05)in cell supernatant after ETEC infection.PCA and Que improved transepithelial electrical resistance(TEER)(P<0.001)and reduced fluorescein isothiocyanate-labeled dextran(FD4)flux(P<0.001),and enhanced membrane protein abundance of occludin,claudin-1 and ZO-1(P<0.05),and rescued distribution of these tight junction proteins(P<0.05)after ETEC infection.PCA and Que also declined cell necrosis ratio(P<0.05).PCA and Que reduced mRNA abundance and concentration of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin(IL)-6 and IL-8(P<0.001),and down-regulated gene expression of toll-like receptors 4(TLR4)and its downstream signals(P<0.001)after ETEC infection.PCA and Que down-regulated protein abundance of total receptor interacting protein kinase 1(t-RIP1),phosphorylated-RIP1(p-RIP1),p-RIP1/t-RIP1,t-RIP3,p-RIP3,mixed lineage kinase domain-like protein(MLKL),p-MLKL,dynamin-related protein 1(DRP1),phosphoglycerate mutase 5(PGAM5)and high mobility group box 1(HMGB1)(P<0.05)after ETEC infection.Moreover,PCA and Que reduced protein abundance of

针对当前城市内河氮磷算法研究不足的问题,以福州市晋安河为研究对象、下洞江为验证对象,对总磷(TP)和总氮(TN)这两个重要河流水质指标进行研究.提出单波长连续投影算法(SPA)和双波长皮尔逊相关性分析(Pearson)进行自变量筛选,再结合机器学习算法对晋安河实测光谱数据进行模型构建和水质反演可视.实验表明,TP、 TN与氨氮有很强的相关性,在构建TP、 TN水质参数反演模型时,加入氨氮的特征波长,并采用SPA+Person+RF算法构建的TP模型效果最优,其R2为0.92,ERMS为0.005 mg·L-1;采用SPA+Pesrson+SVR算法构建的TN模型效果最优,其R2为0.90,ERMS为0.082 mg·L-1.优化后的算法比传统算法提升显著.经验证,该方法同样适用下洞江水质反演,可用于城市内河水环境监测.
