In this paper,the flow field characteristics of a double-swirl low-emission combustor were analyzed by using Particle Imaging Velocimetry(PIV)technology in an optical three-sector combustor test rig.The interactions between sectors and the flow field structure were explained.The results illustrated that there was a big difference between the flow field structures of the middle sector and the side sector under the same pressure drop,which was mainly induced by the interactions between sectors.The interactions made the swirl intensity of the middle sector weaker than that of the side sector,which made the recirculation zone of the middle sector be smaller than that of the side sector.With the increase of swirler pressure drop,the jet velocity at the exit of the swirler,the jet expansion angle,the width of the recirculation zone and the recirculating speed of the central axis became larger,enhancing the interactions between air streams from middle sector and side sector.The flow velocity in the central plane between sectors was small,especially the radial velocity,mainly because of the loss of the swirl intensity by the interactions between flow field of adjacent sectors.The expansion angle determined the position of the vortex in the primary recirculation zone;the axial and radial position of the vortex move downstream and radial outward with the increase of the jet expansion angle.The results of the mechanism of flow field organization in this study can be used to support the design of new low-emission combustor.

有机电极材料因具有结构多样性和可持续性,在水系钾离子电池研究领域展示出广阔的前景,但它们大多数存在导电性差、易溶于电解液的问题,导致电极活性物质利用率低、循环稳定性差.本文通过含氮苯环的共轭延申、引入氰基活性中心,获得了3CN-HATN.与经#吩嗪负极相比,3CN-HATN的最低未占据分子轨道能级更低,更容易被还原,且其能带隙较窄,改善了导电性,其共轭结构可有效抑制循环过程中3CN-HATN的溶解.3CN-HATN负极在80 C(1 C=350 mA g^(-1))下比容量高达233.8 mA h g^(-1),将其与Ni(OH)_(2)正极匹配,构建的水系钾离子全电池具备优异的循环稳定性和快充性能,30 C下循环10,000圈后容量保持率达81.5%.

High level waste is nuclear energy generated during the application process ,which is the greatest and the most difficult to management the waste. Proper treatment and disposal of it has already become a worldwide problem, and has become one of the key factors of restricting nuclear energy for sustainable development. Zirconolite (CaZrTi2O7) is one of the most stable mineral on the Earth and actinide major parasitic phase, therefore, it is widely used to solidify actinides separated from high level radioactive waste. In this paper, the zirconolite solid solution was synthesized by high temperature solid-stated method using a particular composition of simulated Np/Pu radioactive incineration ash (SRIA). The phase composition has been investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), the calcined temperature gained according to thermogravimetry scanning calorimeter (TG-DSC) analysis. Anti-leaching performance has also been researched with MCC-1 method. Results show that CaZrTi2O7 can load 40% SRIA, the accumulated leaching fraction of Ca is only about 10-4 cm in 28 days at 90 ℃, the concentrations of Zr , Ti and other noble metal ions were all less than detectability of ICP-MS, the leaching rate , normalization leaching rate, and accumulated leaching fraction of all Zr , Ti and other noble ions were 10-8 cm/d, 10-8 g/cm2·d and 10-7 cm, the results indicate that the zirconolite solidification has excellent chemical durability.

精密化是机械加工领域追求的目标,数控车铣复合机床作为高端机械加工装备,其床身的动静态特性对机床加工精度有显著影响。针对当前床身结构优化方法效率低、效果差的问题,文章提出一种非参数响应面法的多目标联合优化方案。该方案首先根据有限元分析结果挑选出模型的优化尺寸,并将床身质量、最大形变、一阶固有频率作为联合优化目标;通过建立参数试验对尺寸进行敏感性分析,精准选出敏感性较大尺寸;基于非参数回归法建立响应面,导入所选尺寸,计算试验样本的响应值,建立非参数回归响应面优化模型,并采用多目标遗传算法找出最优设计方案。最优方案优化结果为:机床床身最大形变降低约14.667%,一阶固有频率提升约3.187%,质量降低约1.208%。结果表明该优化方案能够高效提升机床床身动静态特性,为机床优化设计提供理论依据。

In this paper we show that PL intensity of porous Si is critically dependant on the behavior of thermal treatment of porous Si,prepared by anodization,which was carried out in 20%HF solution at current density 50mA/cm,then annealed at 450℃for 20 minutes,the PL results show that the PL intensity of porous Si annealed was degraded by more a order of magnitude.Some samples made by same method were covered with SiN or SiO,no noticeable degradation of their PL intensity was found.The increase of band-width and the shift of PL peak positions were also observed.Obviously,the dielectrics,covering porous Si,prevent the degradation of PL whose mechanism was discussed too.

Experimental investigations on NOx emissions of a single-cup,Lean Premixed Prevaporized(LPP),module combustor were carried out at elevated inlet temperature and pressure up to810 K and 2.0 MPa,close to the real operating conditions of aero-engine combustors.This LPP combustor adopts centrally staged fuel injections which could produce separated stratified swirling spray flame.In the NOx emissions measurements,the ranges of dome equivalence ratio and fuel stage ratio were from 0.55 to 0.58 and 8%to 24%,respectively.The optical diagnosis on separated stratified swirling spray flame were carried out with fuel stage ratio changing from 15%to 30%.Therefore,NO*and OH*chemiluminescence images were obtained.The results show that NOx emissions increase with the increase of the fuel stage ratio.And from the chemiluminescence images,the main flame and pilot flame are found weakly coupled.The pilot flame plays a significant role in NOx emission production because of its higher adiabatic flame temperature.Based on the results of chemiluminescence optical tests,a new NOx emission prediction model is proposed based on the Lefebvre’s single flame model The estimate of local equivalence ratio of the pilot stage’s nonpremixed flame is modified considering the characteristics of spray combustion,and a"PLUS"emission prediction model suitable for separated stratified swirling spray flame is obtained.Compared to the experimental data,the"PLUS"model exhibits a good prediction in a range of±13%of deviation.

In this paper,the spray characteristics of a double-swirl low-emission combustor are analyzed by using Particle Imaging Velocimetry(PIV)and Planar Laser Induced Fluorescence(PLIF)technologies in an optical three-sector combustor test rig.Interactions between sectors and the influence of main stage swirl intensity on spray structure are explained.The results illustrate that the swirl intensity has great effect on the flow field and spray structure.The spray cone angle is bigger when the swirl number is 0.7,0.9 than that when the swirl number is 0.5.The fuel distribution zone is larger and the distribution is more uniform when the swirl number is 0.5.The fuel concentration in the center area of the center plane of side sector(Plane 5)is larger than that of the center plane of middle sector(Plane 1).The spray cone angle in Plane 5 is larger than that in Plane 1.The width of spray cone becomes larger with the increase of Fuel-Air Ratio(FAR),whereas the spray cone angle under different fuel-air ratios are absolutely the same.The results of the mechanism of spray organization in this study can be used to support the design of new low-emission combustor.

采用光学诊断与三维数值模拟结合的方式,研究了中心分级贫油预混预蒸发模型燃烧室燃烧组织与NOx生成特征。试验测量了模型燃烧室流速、燃油、OH和NO组分浓度分布。通过与试验结果对比,采用基于雷诺平均Navier-Stokes方程的方法对流场的预测误差为13.9%,喷雾张角预测误差为6.0%,预测的OH和NO组分分布特征与试验测量结果基本一致。数值结果表明,在单头部模型燃烧室中,主、预燃级火焰以弱耦合的方式组织燃烧,且大部分NO在预燃级高温区域生成。燃油分级比的变化(0.15~0.30)不影响燃烧室流动与火焰分布特征,但对燃烧室出口NOx生成量有一定影响,NOx生成量随着分级比增大而减少。
