Auxiliary guidance manufacture and revealing potential mechanism of perovskite solar cell using machine learning

To promote the development of global carbon neutrality,perovskite solar cells(PSCs)have become a research hotspot in related *** to obtain PSCs with expected performance and explore the potential factors affecting device performance are the research priorities in related *** some classical computational methods can facilitate material development,they typically require complex mathematical approximations and manual feature screening processes,which have certain subjectivity and one-sidedness,limiting the performance of the *** order to alleviate the above challenges,this paper proposes a machine learning(ML)model based on neural *** model can assist both PSCs design and analysis of their potential mechanism,demonstrating enhanced and comprehensive auxiliary *** make the model have higher feasibility and fit the real experimental process more closely,this paper collects the corresponding real experimental data from numerous research papers to develop the *** with other classical ML methods,the proposed model achieved better overall *** analysis of underlying mechanism,the relevant laws explored by the model are consistent with the actual experiment results of existing *** model exhibits great potential to discover complex laws that are difficult for humans to discover *** addition,we also fabricated PSCs to verify the guidance ability of the model in this paper for real ***,the model achieved acceptable *** work provides new insights into integrating ML methods and PSC design techniques,as well as bridging photovoltaic power generation technology and other fields.

Relationships between the North Pacific Oscillation and the typhoon/hurricane frequencies

Relationships between the North Pacific Oscillation (NPO) and the typhoon as well as hurricane fre-quencies are documented. The correlation between NPO index in June-July-August-September and the annual typhoon number in the western North Pacific is 0.37 for the period of 1949―1998. The NPO is correlated with the annual hurricane number in the tropical Atlantic at -0.28 for the same period. The variability of NPO is found to be concurrent with the changes of the magnitude of vertical zonal wind shear, sea-level pressure patterns, as well as the sea surface temperature, which are physically asso- ciated with the typhoons and hurricanes genesis. The NPO associated atmospheric circulation vari- ability is analyzed to explain how NPO is linked with variability of the tropical atmospheric circulation in the western Pacific and the tropical Atlantic, via the atmospheric teleconnection.

Objective The Xiemisitai area,located in the northern part of West Junggar,Xinjiang,is the eastern extension of the Boshchekul-Chingiz volcanic arc in China,which is characterized by a large number of Paleozoic volcanic rocks and intermediate-acid intrusive *** studies show that the formation time of a large number of intermediate-acid intrusive rocks formed in the arc environment in the Xiemisitai area dates to the Late Ordovician(wang et al.,2017)to Early Devonian(wang et al.,2018).

The Discovery of Late Ordovician Granodiorite in the Xiemisitai Area, Xinjiang and its Geological Significance

Objective The Xiemisitai area located in the northern part of the West Junggar, Xinjiang is an important component of the central Asian metallogenic domain. Recent studies show that the formation age of acid volcanic and intrusive rocks in the Xiemisitai area mainly ranges from the Late Silurian to the Early Devonian, and the age of the mineralized dacite porphyry is Early Silurian. These rocks are the principal part of the Early Paleozoic arc magmatic belt, which are related to the Paleo-Asian Ocean slab subduction. However, there have been no reports of the pre-Silurian arc granitoid, which has restricted the discussion on the Early Paleozoic tectonic evolution in the area. This work studied the newly discovered granodiorite mass near Yinisala in the Xiemisitai area to determine its formation age and tectonic environment, magma source and petrogenesis, providing new information for the discussion on the Early Paleozoic tectonic evolution in the Xiemisitai area.

Magnetostratigraphic dating of mammalian fossils in Junggar Basin,northwest China

The first detailed chronology for the late Oligocene to early Miocene continental record in northern Junggar Basin is presented,based on rock magnetic experiments and magnetostratigraphic investiga-tions of a 192 m thick mammal-bearing section in the Ulungur River area. Magnetites and hematites were identified as the main carriers for the characteristic remanent magnetization,and the resulting polarity sequence allows an unambiguous correlation to the geomagnetic polarity time scale (GPTS). Furthermore,the Tieersihabahe fauna layer occurs below the Paleocene/Neocene boundary,and the Suosuoquan fauna layer is just above the Neocene onset. Therefore,the age of the Tieersihabahe fauna and Suosuoquan fauna layers can be definitely estimated to be about 25.2 Ma and 22.5 Ma,respectively.

Magnetic characteristics and their paleoclimatic significance of Fengzhou loess in the Qinling Mountains of China

The Fengzhou loess section is very typical in the Qinling Mountains. The section, about 82 m thick and underlain by the Neogene red clay, consists of 33 layers of loess and 33 layers of paleosol. The section covers Brunhes normal polarity zone and Matuyama reversed polarity zone, and the B/M boundary is located in the middle of L\-8. Matuyama reversed polarity zone records Jaramillo, Olduvai and Reunion normal polarity subchrons. The boundary between Matuyama reversed polarity zone and Gauss normal polarity zone (M/Ga) appears in the lithological boundary between loess and the Neogene red clay. Loess accumulation in Fengzhou started before 2.48 Ma. The magnetic susceptibility curve indicates 33 cold_dry and humid_warm cycles of paleoclimatic variation in the Qinling Mountains during the last 2.48 Ma. The above climatic fluctuation may be well compared with that of the oxygen isotopic records from deep_sea deposits.

Geochemistry and spatial distribution of OIB and MORB in A’nyemaqen ophiolite zone: Evidence of Majixue-shan ancient ridge-centered hotspot

The mafic volcanic association is made up of OIB, E-MORB and N-MORB in the A'nyemaqen Paleozoic ophiolites. Compared with the same type rocks in the world, the mafic rocks generally display lower Nb/U and Ce/Pb ratios and some have Nb depletion and Pb enrichment. The OIB are LREE-enriched with (La/Yb)N =5―20, N-MORB are LREE-depleted with (La/Yb)N = 0.41―0.5. The OIB are featured by incompatible element enrichment and the N-MORB are obviously depleted with some metasomatic ef- fect, and E-MORB are geochemically intermediated. These rocks are distributed around the Majixue- shan OIB and gabbros in a thickness greater than a thousand meters and transitionally change along the ophiolite extension in a west-east direction, showing a symmetric distribution pattern as centered by the Majixueshan OIB, that is, from N-MORB, OIB and E-MORB association in the Dur'ngoi area to OIB in the Majixueshan area and then to N-MORB, OIB and E-MORB assemblage again in the Buqing- shan area. By consideration of the rock association, the rock spatial distribution and the thickness of the mafic rocks in the Majixueshan, coupled with the metasomatic relationship between the OIB and MORB sources, it can be argued that the Majixueshan probably corresponds to an ancient hotspot or an ocean island formed by mantle plume on the A'nyemaqeh ocean ridge, that is the ridge-centered hotspot, tectonically similar to the present-day Iceland hotspot.

Determination of trace and rare-earth elements in Chinese soil and clay reference materials by ICP-MS

Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) has become a powerful tool for providing reliable analytical results in many laboratories around the word. In this study, the mixture of HF and HNO3 acids in high-temperature and high-pressure closed-vessel digestion technique were used to decompose some Chinese reference materials, and thirty seven elements were determined by ICP-MS. Most of the results for Chinese soil reference materials were found to be in reasonable agreement with the reference values, except Cs, Ta, Li, Ge, Zn, Nd, Tb and Ta whose values need to be revised. Their precisions were typically lower than 5% RSD. However, the Precisions of Chinese clay reference materials, especially for GBW03102 and GBW03102a, were significantly different with reference values, probably reflecting the existence of a coarser-grained fraction(>70 μm) in samples, and the formation of fluorides in Al-rich samples during sample decomposition by using the mixture of HF and HNO3 acids. Moreover, thirty-seven trace elements covering the mass range from Li to U in four Chinese clay reference materials were firstly provided with good precision and accuracy in this study.

The evidence of Sm-Nd isochron age for the early Paleozoic ophiolite in Mangya area,Altun Mountains

The REE patterns of the basic volcanic rocks in Mangya area, Altun, are slight rich in LREE with (La/Ya)-N=1.69-3.20, (La/Sm)-N=1.37-1.87, other trace element ratios of the rocks are Th/Ta≈1 (for a few samples greater than 1.5), Nb/Y=0.34-0.62, Ti/Y=310-443 (on the average: 381), Ti/V=37-62, Zr/Nb=9.4-12.4, Sr/Rb=12-80 (on the average: 37), and Nb/Th=7.7-16.8. These features are similar to that of E-MORE or OIB. The ε Nd(t) value, being 3.95- 4.12, shows that the source of the volcanic rocks is derived from depleted asthenosphere mantle mixed with materials from enriched mantle. These, together with the information of geological setting and rock assemblages, indicate that the basic volcanic rocks are of ophiolite. The Sm-Nd isotope ages for the eight basic volcanic rock samples construct a straight line with good correlation, and the calculated isochron age is (481.3±53) Ma. Besides, the eight calculated ε Nd(t) and model ages are close to each other, which suggests that they are homologous, so the isochron is not a mixed line. In the meantime, the isochron age ((481.3±53) Ma) is lower than the model ages (T DM=1 004-1 534 Ma) of the samples, suggeting that the isochron age represents the formation age of the basic volcanic rocks and the ophiolite belt in Mangya area, Altun is formed in the early Paleozoic (Cambrian-Ordovician). In spite of the greater uncertainty of the age, it is still reliable because it is consistent with the age constrained by the regional strata.
