Characteristics of Chang 21 low permeability sandstone reservoir of Shunning oil field are analyzed and evaluated based on the data of well logging and experiment. The result shows that 1) the Chang 21 low permeability reservoir belongs to the classification of middle-to-fine sized feldspar sandstone, with its components being low in ma- turity, deposited in distributary rivers in the front of the delta; 2) the reservoir is obviously dominated by a low or a very low permeability with a linear variation tendency different from that of the ultra-low permeability reservoir; 3) the spa- tial variation in lithology and physical properties of the reservoir are controlled by the sedimentary facies zones, and 4) the physical property of the reservoir is significantly influenced by clastic constituents and their structure, and the con- stituent of cement materials and their content. The result also shows that the diagenesis action of the reservoir is quite strong in which dissolution greatly modified the reservoir In addition, the inter-granular dissolved pores are the mainly developed ones and the micro-structure is dominated by the combination of middle-to-large sized pores with fine-to-coarse throats. Finally, the radius of the throats is in good exponential correlation with permeability and the seepage capacity comes from those large sized throats.

Preferential attachment is the most popular explanation for the emergence of scaling behavior in the World Wide Web, but this explanation has been challenged by the global information hypothesis, the existence of linear preference and the emergence of new big internet companies in the real world. We notice that most websites have an obvious feature that their pages are organized as a tree （namely hidden tree） and hence propose a new model that introduces a hidden tree structure into the Erd6s^R~nyi model by adding a new rule： when one node connects to another, it should also connect to all nodes in the path between these two nodes in the hidden tree. The experimental results show that the degree distribution of the generated graphs would obey power law distributions and have variable high clustering coefficients and variable small average lengths of shortest paths. The proposed model provides an alternative explanation to the emergence of scaling in the World Wide Web without the above-mentioned difficulties, and also explains the ＂preferential attachment＂ phenomenon.

Aim： To investigate the role of a novel dipeptidyl peptidase 8 transcript variant （DPP8-v3） gene in testis development and/or spermatogenesis. Methods： A human testis cDNA microarray was hybridized with mRNA of human adult and fetal testes. Differentially expressed clones were sequenced and characterized and their expression was analyzed by real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR） and Southern-blot analysis. Results： A new transcript variant of the human dipeptidyl peptidase （DPP8）, exhibiting a 5-fold higher expression level in human adult than that in fetal testes, was cloned and was named DPP8 variant 3 （DPP8-v3）. The full-length sequence of DPP8-v3 was 3,030 bp, encoding a protein of 898 amino acids. Conclusion： DPPS-v3 is a novel human DPP8 transcript variant highly expressed in the adult testis. Similar to DPPIV, DPP8-v3 may play a key role in the immunoregulation of testes and accordingly may influence spermatogenesis and male fertility. （Asian J Androl 2005 Sep; 7： 245-255）

The vertical structure of the disk should be specified in order to compare the theoretical model with the observed spectrum of active galactic *** the existing calculations of vertical structure of the accretion disk were based on the standard *** this paper the vertical structure of the slim disk is calculated,which may be suitable for wider ranges of *** spectrum for higher accretion rate tends to the universal form Fv oc z/-1 and the universal cutoff energy,which is consistent with the self^similar solution for the case with a super-Eddington accretion rate.

Considering the coupling effects of the vessel and its riser and mooring system, hydrodynamic analyses of a geometric spar were performed both in frequency- and time-domains. Based on the boundary element method, the 3-D panel model of the geometric spar and the related free water surface model were established, and the first-order and second-order difference-frequency wave loads and other hydrodynamic coefficients were calculated. Frequency domain analysis of the motion Response Amplitude Operators （RAO） and Quadratic Transfer Functions （QTF） and time domain analysis of the response series and spectra in an extreme wave condition were conducted for the coupled system with the mooring lines and risers involved. These analyses were further validated by the physical model test results.

RhoC is a member of the Ras-homologous family of genes which are implicated in tumorigenesis and tumor progression. Up-regulation of RhoC is associated with tumor progression in ovarian carcinoma and RhoC is significantly correlated with the invasive capability of ovarian cancer cell lines in vitro, We developed a system that blocks RhoC in the human ovarian cancer SKOV3 cells using specific MicroRNA（miRNA） interference. By transfecting SKOV3 cells with the plasmid vector to express specific MiRNA that targets human RhoC, we were able to establish a stable clone in which RhoC expression was significantly downregulated. This resulted in the decreased invasive potential of SKOV3 cells as well as increased chemosensitivity to paclitaxel. RhoC involves in invasion and chemosensitivity of SKOV3, indicating that RhoC may be a promising therapeutic target for ovarian cancer.

对费孝通提出的"差序格局"这一经典概念的理解,需要回到《差序格局》以及《乡土中国》的最初语境。一方面,自我主义及其与差序格局的关系需要深究,以理解"私"的内涵。差序格局是中国的基础性社会结构,自我主义是差序格局背后的思维结构。将个人主义作为比较的类型,能够更清楚地考察自我主义的主要方面。另一方面,需要将差序格局放置于乡土社会基础性秩序中进行思考,以理解"私"的限度。在传统社会中,稳定的礼俗与熟悉关系约束着自我主义的动力边界,但随着传统礼治秩序的瓦解,自我主义的动力边界缺乏有效制约,致使基础性社会秩序的维持成为"问题",这是"差序格局"以及《乡土中国》所隐含的更重要的问题意识。在社会建设的语境下,讨论自我主义及其对社会秩序的影响具有重要的意义。

Human canstatin, a 24 kD fragment of the α2 chain of type IV collagen, has been proved to be one of the most effective inhibitors of angiogenesis and tumor growth. To investigatein vivoantiangiogenesis activity andin vitroeffects on endothelial cell proliferation of recombinant mouse canstatin, the cDNA of mouse canstatin was introduced into an expression vector pQE40 to construct a prokaryotic expression vector pQE-mCan. The recombinant mouse canstatin efficiently expressed inE. coliM15 after IPTG induction was monitored by SDS-PAGE and by Western blotting with an anti-hexahistidine tag antibody. The expressed mouse canstatin, mainly as inclusion bodies, accounted for approximately 35% of the total bacterial proteins. The inclusion bodies were washed, lysed and purified by the nickel affinity chromatography to a purity of approximately 93%. The refolded mouse canstatin was tested on the chicken embryo chorioallantoic membranes (CAM), and a large number of newly formed blood vessels were significantly regressed. In addition, recombinant mouse canstatin potently inhibited endothelial cell proliferation with no inhibition on non-endothelial cells. Taken together, these findings demonstrate that the recombinant mouse canstatin effectively inhibited angiogenesis of the chicken embryo in a dose-dependent manner and specially suppressed in vitro the proliferation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells.
