平台成为社会基础设施,政、商、媒体等多种主体加入到内容生产系统。基于此,承载内容、情感、关系、政治沟通、亚文化展演等多重功能的内容生产网络不仅是内容生产与传播的生态系统,也是社会结构的展演。算法嵌入内容生产网络,人机协同的内容分发机制带来效率和风险,也使得人机关系议题呈现出复杂性。采用参与式观察和深度访谈法,对平台内和平台外的内容生产实践进行研究剖析发现,“运营”与智能算法形成了新型人机协作关系。一方面,平台社会的内容生产网络是人机混合的内容生产网络,在这一网络中人和算法互相驯化。另一方面,智能算法嵌入内容生产网络,即嵌入深层社会结构之中,智能算法维护社会网,并对社会网产生影响。

目的探讨非染色体结构维持蛋白复合体IG亚基(Non-SMC condensin I complex subunitG,NCAPG)对大肠癌细胞生长的作用和对增殖凋亡的影响.方法敲减NCAPG的小干扰RNA(si-NCAPG)转染人大肠癌细胞株HCT116,Western blot检测si-NCAPG对大肠癌细胞中NCAPG蛋白表达的影响;通过观察细胞形态、细胞活力评价si-NCAPG对大肠癌细胞生长的影响,并筛选效果最好的序列用于后续实验.通过克隆形成、细胞周期和凋亡、Western blot实验评价si-NCAPG对大肠癌细胞生长、周期和凋亡的影响.结果si-NCAPG显著降低大肠癌细胞中NCAPG的蛋白表达(P<0.05),抑制大肠癌细胞数目和细胞活力(P<0.05),使细胞阻滞在G2/M期(P<0.05),并促进细胞凋亡(P<0.05).敲减NCAPG降低CyclinB1、CDK1和Bcl-2蛋白表达水平和升高BAX的蛋白表达水平(P<0.05).结论敲减NCAPG通过阻滞细胞在G2/M期和促进细胞凋亡,达到抑制大肠癌细胞生长的作用.

Lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries have been regarded as a promising next-generation energy storage system owing to the high theoretical energy density and natural abundance of sulfur.Abundant fundamental researches have pushed the flourishing development on electrochemical behaviors in recent 20 years.It is time to evolve into post-Li-S battery era with the pursuit towards practical application.During the landmark leap,numerous new challenges appear under harsh conditions,such as high sulfur loading,low cathode density,lean electrolyte and limited lithium reservoir.Herein,we summarize the considerable parameters of pouch Li-S cells and review the pioneering studies focused on the cathode structure,conversion kinetics,electrode interphase and battery safety.The interwoven relationship of these key points is concluded and discussed,which provides guidance to future researches aiming to safe and long-lifespan Li-S batteries with high energy density.

Impaired wound healing imposes great health risks to patients.Recently,mesenchymal stem cell(MSC)therapy has shown potential to improve the healing process,but approaches to employ MSCs in the treatment of wounds remain elusive.In this study,we reported a novel electrohydrodynamic(EHD)cyroprinting method to fabricate micropatterned fiber scaffolds with polycaprolactone(PCL)dissolved in glacial acetic acid(GAC).Cyroprinting ensured the formation of a porous struc-ture of PCL fibers by preventing the evaporation of GAC,thus increasing the surface roughness parameter Ra from 11 to 130 nm.Similar to how rough rocks facilitate easy climbing,the rough surface of fibers was able to increase the adhesion of adipose-derived MSCs(AMSCs)by providing more binding sites;therefore,the cell paracrine action of secreting growth factors and chemokines was enhanced,promoting fibroblast migration and vascular endothelial cell tube formation.In rat models with one-centimeter wound defects,enhanced MSC therapy based on porous PCL fiber scaffolds improved wound healing by augmenting scarless collagen deposition and angiogenesis and reducing proinflammatory reactions.Altogether,this study offers a new and feasible strategy to modulate the surface topography of polymeric scaffolds to strengthen MSC therapy for wound healing.

The Daning-Jixian block,the eastern edge of the Ordos Basin,is one of the most potential areas for CO_(2)geological storage,enhanced coalbed methane recovery(ECBM)exploration and production in China in recent decades.The ionic composition and total dissolved solids(TDS)of the produced water,coal organic matter maturity,molecular composition and carbon isotope characteristics of the produced gas were utilized to analyze the hydrogeological condition,CBM generation and migration characteristics in this area.The CBM enrichment patterns and the geological impacts on gas well production characteristics were revealed.The optimal area for CBM development and CO_(2)geological storage in the study area were also proposed.Dominated by the Xueguan reverse fault zone,the hydraulic unit in this area can be divided into two parts(i.e.,the recharge-runoff zone in the east and the weak runoff-stagnation zone in the west).The thermogenic gas is dominating CBM genesis in this area.Secondary biogenic gas replenishment is only distributed in the eastern margin area,where theδ13C1 value is less than the thermal simulation results as an influence of hydrodynamic fractionation.Finally,two models of CBM formation and accumulation were proposed,1)thermogenic CBM migrated by hydrodynamic and resorbed for preservation at impermeable fault boundaries;2)thermogenic CBM trapped by fault and accumulated by hydrodynamic in slope zone.The gas production performance,generally increased from east to west,is mainly dominated by hydrogeological conditions.Generally,the west side of the fault zone is the enrichment and high-yield area for ECBM development and CO_(2)geological storage in the study area.

Dynamic response and failure process of horizontal-layered fractured structure rock slope under strong earthquake

Rock slope with horizontal-layered fractured structure(HLFS)has high stability in its natural state.However,a strong earthquake can induce rock fissure expansion,ultimately leading to slope failure.In this study,the dynamic response,failure mode,and spectral characteristics of rock slope with HLFS under strong earthquake conditions were investigated based on the large-scale shaking table model test.On this basis,multiple sets of numerical calculation models were further established by UDEC discrete element program.Five influencing factors were considered in the parametric study of numerical simulations,including slope height,slope angle,bedding-plane spacing and secondary joint spacing as well as bedrock dip angle.The results showed that the failure process of rock slope with HLFS under earthquake action is mainly divided into four phases,i.e.,the tensile crack of the slope shoulder joints and shear dislocation at the top bedding plane,the extension of vertical joint cracks and increase of shear displacement,the formation of step-through sliding surfaces and the instability,and finally collapse of fractured rock mass.The acceleration response of slopes exhibits elevation amplification effect and surface effect.Numerical simulations indicate that the seismic stability of slopes with HLFS exhibits a negative correlation with slope height and angle,but a positive correlation with bedding-plane spacing,joint spacing,and bedrock dip angle.The results of this study can provide a reference for seismic stability evaluation of weathered rock slopes.

A fault diagnosis method based on continuous wavelet transform and improved multi-dimensional residual network was proposed to solve the problem that the working environment of precision machining equipment is very complicated, and the fault characteristic signal is weak and hard to extract. Firstly, the best wavelet base Cmor 3-3 is selected by comparing 6 different wavelet base types. Secondly, continuous wavelet transform(CWT) is applied to the acquired original vibration signal to generate the feature map and process the gray level. Finally, the improved ResNeXt network is used to diagnose faults in precision machining equipment. The experimental results show that the proposed CWT and the improved ResNeXt algorithm have high accuracy in identifying precision machining equipment faults in complex environments, with an average accuracy of 99.4%.
