Route selection for opportunity-sensing and prediction of waterlogging

Accurate monitoring of urban waterlogging contributes to the city’s normal operation and the safety of residents’daily ***,due to feedback delays or high costs,existing methods make large-scale,fine-grained waterlogging monitoring impossible.A common method is to forecast the city’s global waterlogging status using its partial waterlogging *** method has two challenges:first,existing predictive algorithms are either driven by knowledge or data alone;and second,the partial waterlogging data is not collected selectively,resulting in poor *** overcome the aforementioned challenges,this paper proposes a framework for large-scale and fine-grained spatiotemporal waterlogging monitoring based on the opportunistic sensing of limited bus *** framework follows the Sparse Crowdsensing and mainly comprises a pair of iterative predictor and *** predictor uses the collected waterlogging status and the predicted status of the uncollected area to train the graph convolutional neural *** combines both knowledge-driven and data-driven approaches and can be used to forecast waterlogging status in all regions for the upcoming *** selector consists of a two-stage selection procedure that can select valuable bus routes while satisfying budget *** experimental results on real waterlogging and bus routes in Shenzhen show that the proposed framework could easily perform urban waterlogging monitoring with low cost,high accuracy,wide coverage,and fine granularity.

进行了14根电力火灾后圆端形不锈钢管混凝土短柱的轴压试验,分析截面高宽比、受火时间和含钢率对其火灾后剩余承载力的影响。试验表明:该类短柱的破坏模态均为局部屈曲、焊缝开裂和混凝土被压碎;试件的剩余承载力随着受火时间或高宽比的增加而降低,受火120 min后该类试件的承载力降低了7.8%~13.9%。接着建立了有限元模型,该模型可很好地模拟实测结果。基于有限元模型开展了理论分析,结果表明初始荷载对该类组合柱的剩余承载力影响较小。参数分析表明当混凝土强度从30 MPa增加到90 MPa时,其强度折减系数降低了15.8%;当截面周长从1 228 mm增加到4 913 mm时,其强度折减系数提高了20.5%;当受火时间从0 min增加到180 min时,其强度折减系数降低了8%;但含钢率、高宽比和钢材强度对其强度折减的影响较小。最后给出了电力火灾后圆端形不锈钢管混凝土短柱的剩余承载力的设计方法。

Suspended vegetation in rivers,lakes,reservoirs and canals can change flow structure,which will in turn affect the sediment transport and cause the variation of water ecological *** order to study the characteristics of bend flow through suspended vegetation,three-dimensional numerical simulations are carried out by using the multi-relaxation-time lattice Boltzmann method(MRT-LBM).The drag force induced by vegetation is added in the velocity correction in the equilibrium distribution and a hybrid format combined bounce and specular reflection scheme is applied in the solid-fluid *** the validation of this model,six cases are designed to conduct the numerical simulations according to the root depth and the arrangement of *** simulated results show that the suspended vegetation can redistribute the flow structure in curved open *** the arrangement of suspended vegetation,the main flow moves to the side without vegetation,and the distribution of velocity tends to be balanced when vegetation is arranged on the entire cross section,the range of circulating current is reduced from the whole cross section to the local position without vegetation,however,the circulating current can still exist in the curve where the suspended vegetation enters less than half of the water *** addition,it can also be concluded that the suspended vegetation can affect the lateral gradient of flow velocity,and the bed shear stress in the curved channel.

In this paper, a grapefruit microstructure fiber(GMF) temperature sensor coated with liquid crystal(LC) based on waist-enlarged taper is proposed and fabricated, and its temperature sensing characteristics are analyzed. The waist-enlarged taper is formed at the fusion point between single mode fiber(SMF) and GMF. The capillary glass tube is sleeved outside GMF, LC is filled into the capillary glass tube, and its two ends are finally sealed to form a sensor. The experimental results show that when the length of GMF is 2.5 cm, the temperature sensitivity of the sensor can reach up to 195.3 pm/℃ in the range of 30-90℃, and it has a good stability for reuse. Thereby, it can be used in biochemical, industrial production and other temperature detection areas.

Chronic liver diseases,including primary biliary cholangitis(PBC),are recognized as immunosuppressive conditions due to the impaired functionality of hepatic sinusoidal Kupffer cells.[1]PBC is specifically characterized by cholangitis and progressive liver pathology,which may eventually lead to *** compromised liver function and reduced efficacy of Kupffer cells in patients with PBC weaken their cell-mediated immune responses,increasing their susceptibility to opportunistic pathogens such as Cryptococcus.[2]Cryptococcosis is an infectious disease caused by pathogenic encapsulated yeasts of the genus Cryptococcus,which is distributed worldwide and exhibits diverse clinical presentations.[3]Most case reports on cryptococcal infections are associated with HIV infection or other conditions that compromise the immune system.[4]Case reports related to primary biliary cholangitis are ***,this case report underscores a rare cryptococcal infection in a patient with primary biliary cholangitis,emphasizing the need to consider opportunistic infections in those with compromised liver function and immune dysregulation.

目的探讨火龙罐疗法在缓解产妇产后乳房胀痛中的应用效果。方法选取2022年11月-2023年10月期间商丘市中医院收治的120例产后乳房胀痛产妇,采用简单随机分组法分为对照组和试验组,每组各60例。对照组在健康宣教、心理疏导的基础上,采用乳房按摩、中药外敷乳房的治疗方法;试验组则采用旋转、点、震、闪等手法对产妇乳房、背部膀胱经与乳房反射区、膻中等穴进行火龙罐疗法。治疗3 d后,观察比较两组产妇满意率、泌乳量,治疗前后乳房胀痛、肿胀硬度发生情况。结果治疗后两组产妇乳房胀痛、肿胀硬度发生情况均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且试验组产妇乳房胀痛、肿胀硬度发生情况均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组泌乳量明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组总满意度98.33%(59/60)高于对照组78.33%(47/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用火龙罐疗法治疗产后乳房胀痛产妇,可明显降低产妇乳房胀痛程度,促进乳汁分泌,提高产妇满意度。

Alzheimer’s disease(AD) is the most prevalent neurodegenerative disease in the elderly leading to progressive loss of memory and cognitive ***βprotein(Aβ) is thought to be responsible for loss of memory in *** novel neuroprotective action of Humanin(HN),especially its derivative[Gly]-humanin(HNG), against AD-related insults has been ***,it is still short of behavior evidence for the protection of HN against Aβ-induced impairment of spatial *** present study examined the effects of bilateral intrahippocampal injections of HNG on spatial learning and memory in Morris water maze test and investigated the potential protective function of HNG against Aβ-induced memory *** results were as follows:(1) bilateral intrahippocampal injections of Aβ31-35 resulted in a significant decline of spatial learning and memory in a dose-dependent manner;(2) similar concentration of Aβ35-31,a reversal sequence of Aβ31-35,had no discernible effect on spatial learning and memory;(3) pretreatment with 2.5 nmol HNG effectively reversed the impairment in spatial learning and memory induced by Aβ31-35;and(4) all drugs in the present experiment did not affect the vision and motor function of the *** results indicate that Aβ31-35,but not Aβ35-31,can result in a significant decline of spatial learning and memory in a dose-dependent manner,and pretreatment with HNG can effectively prevent the behavior impairment induced by neurotoxic Aβ***,the present study supports the hypothesis we previously suggested that Aβ31-35 should be a shorter active sequence responsible for the neurotoxicity of Aβ,and that HNG may be a promising candidate in the prevention and treatment of AD.

Calcium aluminate cement(CAC)is widely used as a binder for refractory materials,and thus the improvement in compressive strength is of vital importance for CAC applied at high *** this purpose,nano-Ca_(10)(PO_(4))_(6)(OH)_(2)additive with a ratio of 0.5–1.5 mass%was added with the water-cement ratio to be 0.4.X-ray diffraction and isothermal calorimetry analysis demonstrate that nano-Ca_(10)(PO_(4))_(6)(OH)_(2)additive can shorten the hydration process and promote the formation of main hydrates of CaAl2O4·10H2O(CAH10)and Ca2Al2O5·8H2O(C2AH8).In addition,scanning electron microscopy results suggest that nano-Ca_(10)(PO_(4))_(6)(OH)_(2)can protect CAH10 and C2AH8 from being destroyed during the calcination,guaranteeing that these thin lamellar crystals are intertwined to form the denser *** from above effects,nano-Ca_(10)(PO_(4))_(6)(OH)_(2)can obviously improve the compressive strength of the CAC mortar samples cured for 7 d after calcination at 1100°C,while the improving effect is dependent upon its ***,compared with the one without the additive,the compressive strength of the sample with 1.0%nano-Ca_(10)(PO_(4))_(6)(OH)_(2)is increased by 14%.
