Gene expression variation can be considered as a phenotype,and it plays an important role in both acclimation and ***,genetic variation of gene expression received much less attention than traditional commercial traits in *** estimate the genetic variation and heritability of gene transcription in clam Meretrix petechialis,five Vibrio resistance-related genes were selected for gene expression analysis in the digestive gland,and an animal linear model was used to analyze data from quantitative real-time PCR(qRT-PCR).Among the five genes,BIRC7 showed significant additive genetic variations,the heritability of this gene of 12-month-and 15-month-old clams were 0.84±0.32 and 0.91±0.34,*** heritability of other four genes(Bax,NFIL3,Big-Def,and CTL9)expression were low-tomoderate but not significantly ***,no significant phenotypic and genetic correlations between the BIRC7 transcription trait and body size were *** study highlights that certain gene expression variation is heritable and provides a reference for indirect selection of *** with high Vibrio resistance.

针对高承载曲轴需要高强塑性匹配的要求,选用34CrNiMo6钢并进行调质热处理,研究淬、回火温度对合金钢力学性能的影响规律,建立工艺-组织-性能的匹配关系,揭示合金钢调质热处理后强韧化机理。得出结论为:回火温度一定时,随着淬火温度升高,34CrNiMo6钢硬度、强度是逐渐小幅下降,伸长率先增加后减少,并在860℃时达到峰值,冲击功则逐渐增加。淬火温度一定时,随回火温度增加,硬度、抗拉强度和屈服强度呈现出先降低后增加最后又降低的趋势,伸长率和冲击功呈现出先增加后减小的抛物线形态。在580℃回火,硬度、强度达到小高峰,伸长率获得最大值,冲击功比560℃时的最大值略有下降。当回火温度超过600℃时,各项性能急剧下降。因此,34CrNiMo6钢的最佳调质工艺为:860℃淬火+580℃回火,其强韧化机理与索氏体的细化程度和残余奥氏体含量及变形过程组织中的位错密度有关。

Disease in clams frequently occurred over the last decade and has become a serious threat to the clam aquaculture industry and natural *** clam mortality events were reported to be associated with the presence of opportunistic pathogen ***,the complexity of infection that occurs in the natural environment remains poorly *** this study,we smulated a natural disease outbreak by vibrio immersion infection to study the diversity and dynamics of microbiota in the digestive tract of clam Meretrix petechialis during the infection *** changes in operational taxonomic unit richness and phylum composition of the bacterial communities were observed during pathogen *** addition,we investigated the potential relationship between microbiota dynamics and host status during disease *** reveal that,at the end stage of vibrio infection,interindividual variation in the digestive tract microbiota increased,as did the diff erence in individual health *** moribund clams displayed signs of microbial community shifts to low diversity,and the microbial community was characterized by mass proliferation of a few operational taxonomic units.

Texture evolution of an extruded dilute Mg-1Sn-1Zn-1Al alloy was thoroughly investigated based on the twinning and dynamic recrystallization(DRX)behavior via hot compression at a strain rate of 10 s^(-1)and temperature of 225℃.It was found that the types and intensities of the texture are strongly dependent on the fraction of twins and DRX modes as well as regions where sub-grain boundaries(sub-GBs)are intensively *** the initial stage of deformation,the formation of compression direction(CD)-tilted basal texture was mainly determined by the occurrence of{101^(-)2}extension *** the strain increases,the variation in the texture intensity was greatly dominated by the DRX modes but the type of main texture remained *** findings are of great importance for texture modification of wrought Mg-Sn-based alloys during post-deformation.

BACKGROUND： Studies have demonstrated that coating materials used commonly in the interior decoration contain volatile of alkyd varnish, which has obvious effects on the structure of endothelial cells of respiratory tract. OBJECTIVE： To observe the effects of volatile of alkyd varnish in the decoration materials on the expression of neuronal growth associated protein-43 （GAP-43） in mice, and to analyze the influencing mechanism of interior environmental pollutants for brain mechanism. DESIGN： A randomized grouping and controlled experiment. SETTING： College of Life Science, Liaoning Normal University. MATERIALS： This study was carried out in the College of Life Science, Liaoning Normal University between February and December 2006. Twenty one-month-old Kunming mice, weighing （20 ± 2 ） g, male and female in half, were involved in this study. The involved mice were divided into 2 groups by random lot method： chronic poisoning group （n =10） and control group （n =10）. Alkyd varnish used commonly for house decoration was purchased from Furnishing World of Liberation Plaza of Dalian City. Rabbit GAP-43 polyclonal antibody, rat β -actin monoclonal antibody, goat anti-rat IgG-HRP and goat ant-rabbit IgG-HRP were purchased from Boster Company （Wuhan）. ECL was purchased from Amersham Company （Britain）, other related reagents were all purchased from Sigma Company and Promega Company （USA）. All the other reagents were home-made analytical pure. METHODS： ①Poisoning test： The mice were poisoned by static inhalation poisoning method. Mice in the chronic poisoning group were placed in the 0.024 m^3 poisoning cabinet. Alkyd varnish （8 g, 3-time dosage of house decoration） was daily spread once on a 40 cm × 21 cm kraft paper evenly. Mice were poisoned for 14 hours within 3 weeks successively. 目的分析新生儿感染性肺炎行冻干静注人免疫球蛋白+头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗的效果。方法非随机选取2022年8月—2023年8月巨野县人民医院新生儿科48例感染性肺炎新生儿作为研究对象,按治疗方式不同分为参考组、联合组,各24例,参考组行头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗,联合组联用冻干静注人免疫球蛋白治疗。对比两组的观察炎症因子、症状消失时间及疗效。结果联合组的白介素-6、降钙素原以及C反应蛋白均低于参考组,症状消失时间短于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。联合组的有效率为95.83%(23/24),高于参考组的75.00%(18/24),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.181,P<0.05)。结论人免疫球蛋白+头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠应用于感染性肺炎新生儿能缩短症状消除时间,减轻肺内炎症,有效率高。

The as-cast pure magnesium(Mg), with a purity of 99.99%, was hot-extruded at 300 ℃ to prepare a Mg bar with a diameter of 8 mm. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the sample before and after extrusion were investigated. The results show that the as-extruded microstructure is obviously refined with a large number of subgrains rather than equiaxed grains. A great number of(102) tensile twins can be observed significantly in the microstructure at the temperature. Mechanical properties including yield strength(YS) and ultimate tensile strength(UTS) increase greatly but uniform elongation(UE) decreases slightly as a result of work hardening.

Objective:The newly defined cancer-testis(CT)gene,MEIOB,was previously found to play key roles in DNA double-strand break(DSB)*** this study,we aimed to investigate the effects and mechanisms of MEIOB in the carcinogenesis of triple-negative breast cancers(TNBCs).Methods:The Cancer Genome Atlas database was used to quantify the expression of *** regression analysis was used to evaluate the association between MEIOB expression and the prognosis of human *** effects of MEIOB on cell proliferation and migration in TNBCs were also assessed in ***-derived xenograft(PDX)models were used to assess the sensitivity of breast cancers with active MEIOB to PARP1 ***:We confirmed MEIOB as a CT gene whose expression was restricted to the testes and breast tumors,especially *** activation was significantly associated with poor survival in breast cancer patients[overall,hazard ratio(HR)=1.90(1.16–2.06);TNBCs:HR=7.05(1.16–41.80)].In addition,we found that MEIOB was oncogenic and significantly promoted the proliferation of TNBC *** analysis showed that MEIOB participated in DSB repair in ***,in contrast to its function in meiosis,it mediated homologous recombination deficiency(HRD)through the activation of poly ADP-ribose polymerase(PARP)1 by interacting with ***,activated MEIOB was shown to confer sensitivity to PARP inhibitors,which was confirmed in PDX ***:MEIOB played an oncogenic role in TNBC through its involvement in *** addition,dysregulation of MEIOB sensitized TNBC cells to PARP inhibitors,so MEIOB may be a therapeutic target of PARP1 inhibitors in TNBC.

目的探讨以发热伴淋巴结肿大为特征疾病初诊病人的病因分布及临床特征,提高临床对该疾病的认知和诊断能力。方法收集2020年1月至2022年10月在山西白求恩医院初次收治的经淋巴结活检及病理检查诊断明确的163例发热伴淋巴结肿大病人,根据病因分为感染性疾病组(感染组)、非感染性炎症性疾病组(非感染组)、肿瘤性疾病及造血系统疾病组(肿瘤及造血组)、其他类疾病组(其他组),对其性别、年龄、热程、淋巴结肿大特征、伴随症状、实验室资料、淋巴结病理等资料进行分析。结果163例病人中,感染组63例(38.7%)、非感染组32例(19.6%)、肿瘤及造血组31例(19.0%)、其他组37例(22.7%)。临床特征中,四组间性别、年龄、淋巴结压痛、淋巴结肿大部位(头颈部/胸部/腹部)、合并全身性淋巴结肿大、半年内体质量下降≥10%均差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。实验室检查结果中,四组间白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比、血小板计数、总胆红素、C反应蛋白、降钙素原、红细胞沉降率、抗核抗体阳性均差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论发热伴淋巴结肿大主要病因是感染性疾病,其次为其他类疾病,前者病毒感染多见,后者以组织坏死性淋巴结炎为主。临床可通过病人基本情况、临床特征、实验室检查进行初步鉴别诊断,淋巴结活检对诊疗有一定帮助。
