Centroid-based semi-fragile audio watermarking in hybrid domain

Many previous (semi-) fragile audio watermarking schemes adopt binary images as watermarks, which reduce the security of watermarking systems. On the other hand, the content-based or feature-based second generation digital watermarking has limited applicability, and its partial feature points may be damaged by watermarking operations and various common signal processing. To overcome these problems, in this paper, a novel centroid-based semi-fragile audio watermarking scheme in hybrid domain is proposed. The theoretical lower limit of signal to noise ratio (SNR) for objective evaluation of the imperceptibility of watermarked audio signal is deduced, and the watermark embedding capacity and the tamper detection ability are theoretically analyzed. In the proposed scheme, first, the centroid of each audio frame is computed, then Hash function is performed on the obtained centroid to get the watermark, after that, the audio sub-band which carries centroid of audio frame is performed with discrete wavelet transform (DWT) and discrete cosine transform (DCT), and finally the encrypted watermark bits are embedded into the hybrid domain. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the proposed scheme is inaudible and applicable to different types of audio signals. Furthermore, its ability of tamper detection and tolerance against common signal processing operations are excellent. Comparing with the existing schemes, the proposed scheme can effectively authenticate the veracity and integrity of audio content, and greatly expand the applicability of the content-based audio watermarking scheme.

ON CHANNEL ESTIMATION USING OPTIMAL TRAINING SEQUENCES IN CYCLIC-PREFIX-BASED SINGLE-CARRIER SYSTEMS WITH SPACE-TIME BLOCK-CODING

In this paper, a new scheme that combines Space-Time Block-Coding (STBC) based on an Alamouti-like scheme and the Least Squares (LS) channel estimation using optimal training sequences in Cyclic-Prefix-based (CP)\Single-Carrier (SC) systems is proposed. With two transmit antennas, based on Cramer-Rao lower bound for channel estimation, it is shown that the Periodic Comple- mentary Set (PCS) is optimal over frequency-selective fading channels. Compared with the normal scheme without STBC, 3dB Mean Square Error (MSE) performance gains and fewer restrictions on the length of channel impulse response are demonstrated.

Generalized S-KKM Theorems and Minimax Inequalities in FC-Spaces

The concept of FC-closed subset in FC-space without any linear structure was introduced. Then, the generalized KKM theorem is proved for FC-closed value mappings under some conditions. The FC-space in the theorem is the generalization of L-convex space and the condition of the mapping with finitely FC-closed value is weaker than that with finitely L-closed value.

提出了基于二代Curvelet变换的红外与彩色可见光图像的融合算法。首先对彩色可见光图像进行IV1V2颜色空间变换提取亮度分量,然后对彩色图像的亮度分量和红外图像应用Curvelet变换,对低频系数应用亮度重映射技术后采用加权平均的融合规则,高频系数则采用取大融合规则,再对融合系数应用Curvelet逆变换获得融合图像的亮度分量,最后运用颜色空间逆变换得到融合图像。实验对比表明,相对于对传统融合算法中强度较高的源图像会淹没另一方背景纹理及细节的问题,该算法能有效提高红外光谱信息的充分融合,获得了视觉效果更好、综合指标更优的融合图像。

随着网络技术的发展,人们可以从网络中获取越来越多的资源。特别是多媒体技术的发展更是推动了人们对信息共享的需求。对于企业内部来说,用户之间资源共享是必不可少的,而企业员工的计算机存储设备利用率普遍不高,存在一定程度的浪费。文中将P2P技术与网络应用中的文件共享相结合,整合空闲的存储资源,实现一个基于P2P的文件共享系统。提高了企业用户之间资源共享效率,降低企业的存储成本。目前,P2P技术越来越成为当前技术的热点,解决了许多传统网络应用中的难题。

Audio Perceptual Hashing Based on NMF and MDCT Coefficients

Audio perceptual hashing is a digest of audio contents, which is independent of content preserving manipulations, such as MP3 compression, amplitude scaling, noise addition, etc. It provides a fast and reliable tool for identification, retrieval, and authentication of audio signals. A new audio hashing scheme based on nonNegative matrix factorization(NMF) of Modified discrete cosine transform(MDCT) coefficients is proposed. MDCT coefficients, which have been widely used in audio coding,exhibit good discrimination for different audio contents and highly robustness against content preserving manipulations, especially MDCT based compression such as MP3,AAC, etc. Based on the extraction of MDCT coefficients of the audio frames firstly, NMF is used to construct hash bits. Experiment results demonstrate that, compared with methods mentioned in literature, the proposed scheme exhibits a high efficiency in terms of discrimination, perceptual robustness identification rate and time consumption.

Reversible Data Hiding Based on Run-Level Coding in H.264/AVC Video Streams

This paper presents a reversible data hiding(RDH)method,which is designed by combining histogram modification(HM)with run-level coding in H.264/advanced video coding(AVC).In this scheme,the run-level is changed for embedding data into H.264/AVC video *** order to guarantee the reversibility of the proposed scheme,the last nonzero quantized discrete cosine transform(DCT)coefficients in embeddable 4×4 blocks are shifted by the technology of histogram *** proposed scheme is realized after quantization and before entropy coding of H.264/AVC compression ***,the embedded information can be correctly extracted at the decoding ***-signal-noise-to-ratio(PSNR)and Structure similarity index(SSIM),embedding payload and bit-rate variation are exploited to measure the performance of the proposed *** results have shown that the proposed scheme leads to less SSIM variation and bit-rate increase.

Fast and reliable localization of high-energy transients is crucial for characterizing the burst properties and guiding the follow-up *** based on the relative counts of different detectors has been widely used for all-sky gamma-ray *** are two major methods for this count distribution localization:χ^(2)minimization method and the Bayesian *** we propose a modified Bayesian method that could take advantage of both the accuracy of the Bayesian method and the simplicity of the χ^(2)*** comprehensive simulations,we find that our Bayesian method with Poisson likelihood is generally more applicable for various bursts than the χ^(2)method,especially for weak *** further proposed a location-spectrum iteration approach based on the Bayesian inference,which could alleviate the problems caused by the spectral difference between the burst and location *** method is very suitable for scenarios with limited computation resources or timesensitive applications,such as in-flight localization software,and low-latency localization for rapidly follow-up observations.

Realtime trigger and localization of bursts are the key functions of GECAM,an all-sky gamma-ray monitor launched on 2020 December *** developed a multifunctional trigger and localization software operating in the CPU of the GECAM Electronic *** onboard software has the following features:high trigger efficiency for real celestial bursts with a suppression of false triggers caused by charged particle bursts and background fluctuation,dedicated localization algorithm optimized for both short and long bursts,and low time latency of the trigger information which is downlinked through the Global Short Message Communication service of the global BeiDou navigation *** paper provides a detailed description of the design and development of the trigger and localization software system for *** covers the general design,workflow,the main functions,and the algorithms used in the *** paper also includes on-ground trigger tests using simulated gamma-ray bursts generated by a dedicated X-ray tube,as well as an overview of the performance for real celestial bursts during its in-orbit operation.
