Air quenched basic oxygen furnace steel slag （BOF-SS） is processed at very high cooling rate, which is expected to have different cementitious properties from conventional slowly cooled BOF-SS. For this purpose, the strength activity indexes of air quenched and slowly cooled BOF-SS are investigated. The results reveal that, under the specific surface area （S） of 490 m^2/kg, the compressive strength activity index reaches 1.24 after 28 days with replacement of 15% air quenched BOF-SS and reaches 1.05 after 28 days with replacement of 20% air quenched BOF-SS and 30%granulated blast furnace slag （GBFS）. The cementitious activity of air quenched BOF-SS is obviously higher than that of slowly cooled BOF-SS, mainly because it contains more C3 S and glassy phases.

Objective: To investigate the distributions of human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-A and-B alleles and HLA-A-B haplotypes in the Yi ethnic minority of the Yunnan Province, situated in southwestern China. Methods: DNA typing for HLA-A and-B loci was performed using the polymerase chain reaction-sequence-based typing (PCR-SBT) method on 114 randomly selected healthy individuals of the Yi population. The allelic frequencies of HLA-A and-B loci were calculated by direct counting and HLA-A-B haplotypes were estimated using the expectation maximization algorithm. Results: A total of 17 HLA-A and 38 HLA-B alleles were found in the Yi population. The most frequent alleles were A2402 (32.46%), A1101 (26.32%), and A0203 (10.09%) at the HLA-A locus and B4601 (12.28%), B1525 (10.09%), B4001 (8.77%), and B3802 (7.89%) at the HLA-B locus. The predominant HLA-A-B haplotypes were A2402-B1525 (7.86%) and A0203-B3802 (5.64%), followed by A1101-B4001 (4.69%). Phylogenetic analysis indicates that the Yi population in the honghe, Yunnan Province of China basically belongs to groups of southeastern Asian origin, but shares some characteristics with northeastern Asian groups. Conclusion: The present study may add to the understanding of HLA polymorphism in the Yi ethnic group that was poorly defined previously, and provide useful information for bone marrow transplantation, anthropological research, and forensic sciences as well as for disease-association studies.

烧结工序是硫氧化物、氮氧化物和二恶英类(POPs)的主要排放源。其烟气量大、流量波动大和污染物浓度低,脱除难度很大。中国烧结脱硫刚刚起步,高效、稳定和经济运行的技术还未过关。随着未来中国环保标准越来越严,氮氧化物和二恶英也将是污染控制内容。烧结烟气脱硫是钢铁行业污染减排的重点,减排形势日趋严峻。分析了钢铁企业硫素流来源与走向,介绍了石灰-石膏法、氨-硫铵法、海水脱硫法、氧化镁法、循环流化床法、密相干塔法、MEROS法、NID法和活性炭法等几种典型烧结烟气脱硫技术的工艺原理和优缺点,并列举了现有国内外钢铁企业烧结脱硫方法,指出了未来烧结烟气脱硫、脱硝和脱二恶英的多功能一体化先进技术将是发展方向,同时鼓励副产物资源化高效利用技术的开发。

Azvudine(FNC)is a nucleoside analog that inhibits HIV-1 RNA-dependent RNA polymerase(RdRp).Recently,we discovered FNC an agent against SARS-CoV-2,and have taken it into Phase III trial for COVID-19 *** monophosphate analog inhibited SARS-CoV-2 and HCoV-OC43 coronavirus with an EC_(50) between 1.2 and 4.3 μM,depending on viruses or cells,and selective index(SI)in 15-83 *** administration of FNC in rats revealed a substantial thymus-homing feature,with FNC triphosphate(the active form)concentrated in the thymus and peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC).Treating SARS-CoV-2 infected rhesus macaques with FNC(0.07 mg/kg, qd,orally)reduced viral load,recuperated the thymus,improved lymphocyte profiles,alleviated in flammation and orga n damage,and lessened grou nd・glass opacities in chest *** gle-cell seque ncing suggested the promotion of thymus function by FNC.A randomized,single-arm clinical trial of FNC on compassionate use(n=31)showed that oral FNC(5 mg,qd)cured all COVID-19 patients,with 100%viral ribonucleic acid negative conversion in 3.29±2.22 days(range:1-9 days)and 100%hospital discharge rate in 9.00±4.93 days(range:2-25 days).The side-effect of FNC is minor and transient dizziness and nausea in 16.12%(5/31)***,FNC might cure COVID-19 through its anti-SARS-CoV-2 activity concentrated in the thymus,followed by promoted immunity.

对钢铁工业固体废弃物的组成分析表明,高炉渣占钢铁工业固体废弃物的50%左右。高炉渣是一种性能良好的硅酸盐材料,通过处理后作为生产水泥的原料,生产水泥时可节约石灰石原料45%,节约能源50%,并减少CO2排放量44%。传统的高炉渣水处理技术存在耗水量大,污染环境,产生空气、水污染,热能无法回收等缺点。拟开发新的干法处理高炉渣,不仅可以大幅度节约新水,还可以回收高炉渣的显热,另外,高炉渣粒化后可以达到传统的水处理高炉渣一样的效果。

通过对焦炉煤气的用途,用于加热、发电、制造氢气、甲醇、生产直接还原铁等进行比较,结合钢铁企业的实际情况,得出钢铁企业焦炉煤气合理的应用是提取氢气作为原料生产化学产品。通过比较目前生产氢气的两种方法,深冷法和变压吸附法,可知焦炉煤气变压吸附制氢法是中等规模制氢的经济、技术成熟的好方法,其难点是煤气压缩机。在以钢铁工业为核心的循环经济链中,石化厂是重要的环节之一。

Objective Several COVID-19 patients have overlapping comorbidities. The independent role of each component contributing to the risk of COVID-19 is unknown, and how some non-cardiometabolic comorbidities affect the risk of COVID-19 remains *** A retrospective follow-up design was adopted. A total of 1,160 laboratory-confirmed patients were enrolled from nine provinces in China. Data on comorbidities were obtained from the patients’ medical records. Multivariable logistic regression models were used to estimate the odds ratio(OR) and 95% confidence interval(95% CI) of the associations between comorbidities(cardiometabolic or non-cardiometabolic diseases), clinical severity, and treatment outcomes of *** Overall, 158(13.6%) patients were diagnosed with severe illness and 32(2.7%) had unfavorable outcomes. Hypertension(2.87, 1.30–6.32), type 2 diabetes(T2 DM)(3.57, 2.32–5.49),cardiovascular disease(CVD)(3.78, 1.81–7.89), fatty liver disease(7.53, 1.96–28.96), hyperlipidemia(2.15, 1.26–3.67), other lung diseases(6.00, 3.01–11.96), and electrolyte imbalance(10.40, 3.00–26.10)were independently linked to increased odds of being severely ill. T2 DM(6.07, 2.89–12.75), CVD(8.47,6.03–11.89), and electrolyte imbalance(19.44, 11.47–32.96) were also strong predictors of unfavorable outcomes. Women with comorbidities were more likely to have severe disease on admission(5.46,3.25–9.19), while men with comorbidities were more likely to have unfavorable treatment outcomes(6.58, 1.46–29.64) within two *** Besides hypertension, diabetes, and CVD, fatty liver disease, hyperlipidemia, other lung diseases, and electrolyte imbalance were independent risk factors for COVID-19 severity and poor treatment outcome. Women with comorbidities were more likely to have severe disease, while men with comorbidities were more likely to have unfavorable treatment outcomes.
