自长江禁渔以来,鄱阳湖凶猛性鱼类数量呈持续增长的态势,为明确凶猛性鱼类的捕食活动是否会对克氏原螯虾的种群造成影响,研究以鲶(Silurus asotus)、乌鳢(Channa argus)为捕食者,选择8种不同种类的饵料生物,即3种规格[小:(39.20±1.30)mm;中:(49.82±2.13)mm;大:(58.99±1.16)mm]的克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii)幼体、鲤(Cyprinus carpio)、鲫(Carassius auratus)、赤眼鳟(Squaliobarbus curriculus)、食蚊鱼(Gambusia affinis)、鲢(Hypophthalmichthys molitrix)、麦穗鱼(Pseudorasbora parva)和日本沼虾(Macrobrachium nipponense)为猎物,分别开展鲶和乌鳢对饵料生物种类和克氏原螯虾幼体规格的选择性研究。结果表明:(1)鲶、乌鳢均喜好在夜间捕食,并且鲶、乌鳢的捕食高峰期均集中在为20:00—8:00;(2)多种饵料生物同时存在时,鲶、乌鳢均未捕食克氏原螯虾幼体,并且对鲤、食蚊鱼和日本沼虾表现出较明显的捕食偏好性。(3)同种规格克氏原螯虾幼体的组合中,鲶对小规格克氏原螯虾幼体存在明显的捕食偏好性,同时乌鳢捕食小规格克氏原螯虾幼体的数量也显著高于大规格的数量(P<0.05)。(4)多种规格克氏原螯虾幼体等量混养组合中,鲶、乌鳢对小规格克氏原螯虾幼体存在明显的捕食偏好性,并且这种偏好性随克氏原螯虾幼体间规格差距增大而升高。综上,在多种饵料生物共存时,克氏原螯虾不是凶猛性鱼类的最佳猎物;但当其他饵料生物种类及数量较少时,较小的克氏原螯虾幼体依旧面临较高的捕食威胁。

在考虑不确定性的优化工作中,6σ鲁棒优化发挥着越来越重要的作用。这里提出一种结合伪单环优化策略的6σ鲁棒优化方法,旨在提高产品品质的同时提升优化的效率,并给出方法的具体步骤与流程。以座椅骨架轻量化为例进,结合灵敏度分析、多岛遗传算法、蒙特卡罗模拟技术以及伪单环优化策略,对座椅骨架进行6σ鲁棒优化。优化结果表明,所提的方法提高了产品的可靠性和鲁棒性,并且大大减少了传统优化策略的计算成本。

Background The classic glycine receptor （GlyR） in the central nervous system is a ligand-gated membrane-spanning ion channel. Recent studies have provided evidence for the existence of GlyR in endothelial cells, renal proximal tubular cells and most leukocytes. In contrast, no evidence for GlyR in myocardial cells has been found so far. Our recent researches have showed that glycine could protect myocardial cells from the damage induced by lipopolysaccharide （LPS）. Further studies suggest that myocardial cells could contain GlyR or binding site of glycine. Methods In isolated rat heart damaged by LPS, the myocardial monophasic action potential （MAP）, the heart rate （HR） the myocardial tension and the activities of lactate dehydrogenase （LDH） from the coronary effluent were determined. The concentration of intracellular free calcium （[Ca^2＋]i） was measured in cardiomyocytes injured by LPS and by hypoxia/reoxygenation （H/R）, which excludes the possibility that reduced calcium influx because of LPS neutralized by glycine. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the GlyR in myocardial tissue. GlyR and its subunit in the purified cultured cardiomyocytes were identified by Western blotting. Results Although significant improvement in the MAP/MAPD20, HR, and reduction in LDH release were observed in glycine ＋ LPS hearts, myocardial tension did not recover. Further studies demonstrated that glycine could prevent rat mycordial cells from LPS and hypoxia/reoxygenation injury （no endotoxin） by attenuating calcium influx. Immunohistochemistry exhibited a positive green-fluorescence signaling along the cardiac muscle fibers. Western blotting shows that the purified cultured cardiomyocytes express GlyR β subunit, but GlyR α1 subunit could not be detected. Conclusions The results suggest that glycine receptor is expressed in cardiomyocytes and participates in cytoprotection from LPS and hypoxia/reoxygenation injury. Glycine could directly activate GlyR on the cardiomyocytes

A 110-year ensemble simulation of an ocean general circulation model(OGCM)was analyzed to identify the modulation of salinity interdecadal variability on El Niño-Southern Oscillation(ENSO)amplitude in the tropical Pacific during *** simulating results show that sea surface salinity(SSS)variation in the region exhibits notable and coherent interdecadal variability signal,which is closely associated with the Interdecadal Pacific Oscillation(IPO).As salinity increases or reduces,the SSS modulations on ENSO amplitude during its warm/cold events vary asymmetrically with positive/negative IPO ***,salinity interdecadal variability can enhance or reduce ENSO-related conditions in upper-ocean stratification,contributing noticeably to ENSO *** anomalies associated with the mixed layer depth and barrier layer thickness can modulate ENSO amplitude during positive and negative IPO phases,resulting in the asymmetry of sea surface temperature(SST)anomaly in the tropical *** positive IPO phases,SSS interdecadal variability contributes positively to El Niño amplitude but negatively to La Niña amplitude by enhancing or reducing SSS interannual variability,and vice versa during negative IPO ***,the results indicate that the modulation of the ENSO amplitude by the SSS interdecadal variability is 15%-28%during negative IPO phases and 30%-20%during positive IPO phases,***,the SSS interdecadal variability associated with IPO and its modulation on ENSO amplitude in the tropical Pacific are among factors essentially contributing ENSO diversity.

Effect of sensor quantity on measurement accuracy of log inner defects by using stress wave

Wood nondestructive testing （NDT） is one of the high efficient methods in utilizing wood. This paper explained the principle of log defect testing by using stress wave, and analyzed the effects of sensor quantity on defect testing results by using stress wave in terms of image fitting degree and error rate. The results showed that for logs with diameter ranging from 20 to 40 cm, at least 12 sensors were needed to meet the requirement which ensure a high testing accuracy of roughly 90% of fitness with 0.1 of error rate. And 10 sensors were recommended to judge the possible locations of defects and 6 sensors were sufficient to decide whether there were defects or not.

●AIM:To explore the combined application of surgical navigation nasal endoscopy(NNE)and three-dimensional printing technology(3DPT)for the adjunctive treatment of orbital blowout fractures(OBF).●METHODS:Retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of patients with OBF who underwent surgical treatment at the Affiliated Eye Hospital of Nanchang University between July 2012 and November *** control group consisted of patients who received traditional surgical treatment(n=43),while the new surgical group(n=52)consisted of patients who received NNE with *** difference in therapeutic effects between the two groups was evaluated by comparing the duration of the operation,best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),enophthalmos difference,recovery rate of eye movement disorder,recovery rate of diplopia,and incidence of postoperative complications.●RESULTS:The study included 95 cases(95 eyes),with 63 men and 32 *** patients’age ranged from 5 to 67y(35.21±15.75y).The new surgical group and the control group exhibited no statistically significant differences in the duration of the operation,BCVA and enophthalmos *** recovery rates of diplopia in the new surgical group were significantly higher than those in the control group at 1mo[OR=0.03,95%CI(0.01–0.15),P<0.0000]and 3mo[OR=0.11,95%CI(0.03–0.36),P<0.0000]***,the recovery rates of eye movement disorders at 1 and 3mo after surgery were OR=0.08,95%CI(0.03–0.24),P<0.0000;and OR=0.01,95%CI(0.00–0.18),P<*** incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the new surgical group compared to the control group[OR=4.86,95%CI(0.95–24.78),P<0.05].●CONCLUSION:The combination of NNE and 3DPT can shorten the recovery time of diplopia and eye movement disorder in patients with OBF.

WRKY transcription factors are involved in the regulation of response to biotic and abiotic stresses in plants. A full-length cDNA clone of rice WRKY82 gene （OsWRKY82） was isolated from a cDNA library generated from leaves infected by Magnaporthe grisea. OsWRKY82 contained an entire open reading frame in length of 1 701 bp, and was predicted to encode a polypeptide of 566 amino acid residues consisting of two WRKY domains, each with a zinc finger motif of C2H2, belonging to the WRKY subgroup I. OsWRKY82 shared high identity at the amino acid level with those from Sorghum bicolor, Hordeum vulgare, and Zea mays. The transcript level of OsWRKY82 was relatively higher in stems, leaves, and flowers, and less abundant in grains. It was induced by inoculation with M. grisea and Rhizoctonia solani. However, the inducible expression in incompatible rice-M. grisea interactions was earlier and greater than that in compatible interactions. The expression of OsWRKY82 was up-regulated by methyl jasmonate and ethephon, whereas salicylic acid exerted no effects on its expression. Moreover, OsWRKY82 exhibited transcriptional activation ability in yeast. Additionally, OsWRKY82 transcripts could be induced by wounding and heat shocking, but not by abscisic acid, cold, high salinity and dehydration. By contrast, gibberellin suppressed the expression of OsWRKY82. These indicate that OsWRKY82 is a multiply stress-inducible gene responding to both biotic and abiotic stresses, and may be involved in the regulation of defense response to pathogens and tolerance against abiotic stresses by jasmonic acid/ethylene-dependent signaling pathway.

Interventional radiological procedures performed under the guidance of X-ray imaging tools are widely used to diagnose and treat various ***,radiation exposure can result in many health problems,including cataracts,skin necrosis,radiation burns,hair loss,birth defects,and cancer^([1-2]).Patient exposure during an interventional radiology procedure involves a wide dose range and can reach a level at which deterministic effects may occur^([3]).Although knowledge of radiation safety has greatly improved over the past century,radiation exposure in the healthcare environment remains a risk to both patients and medical ***,given the increasing number of interventions and complexity of cases,there has been growing concern about the radiation exposure of patients and surgical ***,a special evaluation of the exposure of patients and medical staff is necessary to ensure their protection.
