Mechanical Behavior of Polyurethane Polymer Materials under Triaxial Cyclic Loading:A Particle Flow Code Approach

Polyurethane polymer grouting materials were studied with conventional triaxial tests via the particle flow code in two dimensions（PFC^（2D）） method, and the simulation results agreed with the experimental data. The particle flow code method can simulate the mechanical properties of the polymer. The triaxial cyclic loading tests of the polymer material under different confining pressures were carried out via PFC^（2D） to analyze its mechanical performance. The PFC^（2D） simulation results show that the value of the elastic modulus of the polymer decreases slowly at first and fluctuated within a narrow range near the value of the peak strength; the cumulative plastic strain increases slowly at first and then increases rapidly; the peak strength and elastic modulus of polymer increase with the confining pressure; the PFC^（2D） method can be used to quantitatively evaluate the damage behavior of the polymer material and estimate the fatigue life of the materials under fatigue load based on the number and the location of micro-cracks. Thus, the PFC^（2D） method is an effective tool to study polymers.

冷冻消融术是一种基于低温的局部消融方式,被广泛应用于全身实体瘤的治疗。冷冻效率不高和精准度不够是当前冷冻消融术亟待解决的难题。随着纳米科学的不断进步,各种类型的纳米颗粒被开发应用,加载至目标区域可以显著提高冷冻效率,同时具备靶向传递药物以及图像增强等功能,为突破冷冻消融当前的临床应用瓶颈提供了可能。本文主要回顾了当前研究应用于介导冷冻消融术的几种常见纳米颗粒的主要功能以及作用机制,希望对该领域有更加全面的认识,为下一步深化研究和实现临床转化打牢基础。

聚氨酯泡沫(PUF)注浆修复材料以轻质高强、快凝高膨胀等优势，在基础设施修复加固领域得到了广泛的应用。抗压性能是工程修复材料十分重要的力学指标之一，而材料的微观结构对其宏观力学行为有决定性影响。近年来，国内外专家学者对PUF注浆修复材料的微观结构特性和抗压性能进行了大量研究，但尚未见到系统性总结。本文介绍了PUF注浆修复材料的定义及反应过程，综述了其微观泡孔结构特性、压缩应力-应变关系和本构模型，从宏微观角度讨论了其变形和破坏机理，总结了密度、试件尺寸、应变率和特殊环境工况对压缩性能的影响机理及规律，最后展望了PUF注浆修复材料未来的研究方向。

Experimental Study on Viscosity Characteristics of Expanding Polymer Grout

The viscosity evolution for different temperatures was studied experimentally.A time-varying viscosity model was derived and the influence of the initial temperature on gel time was analyzed.The experimental results show that the viscosity of polymer grout increases exponentially with time.It can be divided into two phases.Before gelation,the viscosity variable quantity is very small.At the gel point,there is a sudden increase in viscosity.The initial viscosity and gel time decrease with the increasing initial temperature within a certain range,The study contributes to deepening understanding of the rheological properties of polymer grout,which can provide some references for polymer grouting construction.

盾构掘进诱发上覆管线的挠曲和脱空分析对其结构保护至关重要。基于双层Winkler地基并考虑管线上覆与下卧地基刚度差异,对盾构隧道开挖上覆管线挠曲和脱空进行理论与模型试验证实分析。基于荷载板试验对传统管线砂土地基承载理论加以修正,提出适用于盾构穿越管土相互作用分析的砂土地基刚度和极限承载力取值建议。参数分析发现,管线脱空宽度随管线抗弯刚度和隧道开挖地层损失增大而变大,但变化速率递减;当地层损失或管线抗弯刚度较大时,管土线弹性相互作用理论和考虑界面脱空的单层地基计算方法均高估了管线挠曲和弯矩,而考虑界面脱空的双层Winkler地基计算方法可更准确地预估管线挠曲。

国内传统的特厚板热处理方式为调质处理,钢板表面为索氏体组织,心部为索氏体、贝氏体组织,可以获得较为理想的强度,但由于特厚板厚度较大,厚度方向组织不均匀,无法获得优良的韧性。采用Q550D低碳贝氏体钢的化学成分设计并采用QLT(淬火+两相区亚温淬火+回火)热处理工艺,引入未溶铁素体相,使钢板获得贝氏体+铁素体的均匀混合组织,在保证强度的基础上进一步提高了韧性,进而获得优良的综合性能。研究了不同单相区淬火温度、两相区亚温淬火温度及回火温度下试样的组织与性能,得出Q550D特厚板最佳的热处理工艺:925℃淬火+830℃两相区亚温淬火+640℃回火。

The long-term settlement of calcareous sand foundations caused by daily periodic fluctuations has become a significant geological hazard,but effective monitoring tools to capture the deformation profiles are still rarely reported.In this study,a laboratory model test and an in situ monitoring test were conducted.An optical frequency domain reflectometer(OFDR)with high spatial resolution(1 mm)and high accuracy(10-6)was used to record the soil strain responses to groundwater table and varied loads.The results indicated that the fiber-optic measurements can accurately locate the swelling and compressive zones.During the loading process,the interlock between calcareous sand particles was detected,which increased the internal friction angle of soil.The foundation deformation above the sliding surface was dominated by compression,and the soil was continuously compressed beneath the sliding surface.After 26e48 h,calcareous sand swelling occurred gradually above the water table,which was primarily dependent on capillary water.The swelling of the soil beneath the groundwater table was completed rapidly within less than 2 h.When the groundwater table and load remain constant,the compression creep behavior can be described by the Yasong-wang model with R2¼0.993.The daily periodically varying in situ deformation of calcareous sand primarily occurs between the highest and lowest groundwater tables,i.e.4.2e6.2 m deep.The tuff interlayers with poor water absorption capacity do not swell or compress,but they produce compressive strain under the influence of deformed calcareous sand layers.
