自党内法规体系成为中国特色社会主义法治体系之日起,党内法规理论研究热度不减,受到了法学、政治学、中共党史党建学、纪检监察学等学科和领域学者的重视。囿于党内法规理论尚未形成自主知识体系,学术研究明显滞后于实践发展。党内法规具有独特的制度逻辑,具有鲜明的意识形态属性、法治属性与政党制度属性,这是生成党内法规本体理论的前提。构建自主知识体系下的党内法规理论需要以党内法规本体论奠定理论研究基础,以党内法规价值论凸显制度功能取向,以党内法规历史论阐明制度变迁规律,以党内法规运行论描述制度动态实践。

MoTe_(2)是一种非空间反演对称性半导体,由线性偏振光照射,在无偏压条件下可以直接产生光电流,但是非常微弱.掺杂可以改变电子能带结构和降低空间反演对称性,从而有效的增强光电流.本文基于非平衡格林函数-密度泛函理论,采用第一性原理,计算了本征、Nb掺杂、Ti掺杂和W掺杂2H-MoTe_(2)的能带结构、透射谱和光电流.能带结构表明:Nb掺杂使半导体2H-MoTe_(2)能带穿越费米能级,转变为金属特性;Ti和W掺杂减小了2H-MoTe_(2)的带隙,能带没有穿越费米能级,依然为半导体.掺杂都降低2H-MoTe_(2)的反演对称对称性,从本征的D3h转变为Cs.从而在线偏振光的照射下可以有效的提高2H-MoTe_(2)的光电流.同时,发现掺杂可以提高单层2H-MoTe_(2)在低光子能量下的消光比,如Nb和Ti掺杂单层2H-MoTe_(2)分别在光子能量1.1 eV和1.2 eV处取得39.48和28.48的高消光比.这些结果表明掺杂可以有效增强单层2H-MoTe_(2)的光电流和消光比,可以应用于指导2H-MoTe_(2)在光电器件的设计,特别是在红外光探测领域增添了许多可能.

Exceptional points(EPs)have recently emerged as a new method for engineering the response of open physical systems,that is,systems that interact with the environment.The systems at the EPs exhibit a strong response to a small perturbation.Here,we show a method by which the sensitivity of silicon resonant sensors can be enhanced when operated at EPs.In our experiments,we use a pair of mechanically coupled silicon micromechanical resonators constituting a parity-time(PT)-symmetric dimer.Small perturbations introduced on the mechanically coupled spring cause the frequency to split from the EPs into the PT-symmetric regime without broadening the two spectrum linewidths,and this frequency splitting scales with the square root of the perturbation strength.The overall signal-tonoise ratio is still greatly enhanced,although the measured noise spectral density of the EP sensing scheme has a slight increase comparable to the traditional counterpart.Our results pave the way for resonant sensors with ultrahigh sensitivity.

Dynamic analysis of impulse waves generated by the collapse of granular pillars

Impulse waves generated by the collapse of pillar-shaped rock masses in Three Gorges, China,have attracted the attention of both researchers and local authorities owing to their catastrophic consequences. In this work, particle imaging velocimetry(PIV) was used to study impulse waves generated by the collapse of granular pillars during a series of physical experiments. Subsequently, the scenes of particles collapsing into water and the resulting impulse waves were analysed in terms of the solid/fluid fields. The energy obtained by the water during this process is mainly derived from the volume encroachment and continuous thrusting of particles.As indicated by the experimental results, as the aspect ratio(a) of the pillar and water depth increased, the potential energy of the granular pillar became more prone to reduction, whereas the efficiency of energy conversion to the liquid phase reduced. At constant water depth and granular pillar width, the maximum amplitude generated by the collapse of the granular pillar remained essentially the same(i.e., "saturation"was achieved) once the aspect ratio exceeded a certain threshold. The maximum impulse wave(the primary wave) formed before the main body of particles collapsed, resulting in the "saturation" of the maximum amplitude. When the kinetic energy of the particles reaches the maximum, the ratio of energy dissipation of the particles is the lowest;as the energy of water reaches the maximum, the particle collapse process does not end. The dynamic analysis of the impulse waves generated by the collapse of granular pillars provides a new approach to obtain an in-depth understanding of landslides and impulse waves. This can provide technical guidelines for disaster prevention and mitigation of impulse waves generated by bank collapse or coastline collapse.

Microcavity photon dynamics in curved space is an emerging interesting area at the crossing point of nanophotonics,chaotic science,and non-Euclidean geometry.We report the sharp difference between the regular and chaotic motions of cavity photons subjected to the varying space curvature.While the island modes of regular motion rise in the phase diagram in the curved space,the chaotic modes show special mechanisms to adapt to the space curvature,including the fast diffusion of ray dynamics,and the localization and hybridization of the Husimi wavepackets among different periodic orbits.These observations are unique effects enabled by the combination of the chaotic trajectory,the wave nature of light,and the non-Euclidean orbital motion,and therefore make the system a versatile optical simulator for chaotic science under quantum mechanics in curved space-time.

Aiming at the mode mixture in local wave decomposition（LWD） caused by a noise signal, the original data is preprocessed using the lifting wavelet transformation to suppress abnormal interference of noise and improve the quality of decomposition. It is employed to analyze the vibration signal of rotor rub-impact for extracting the weak impulsive feature. The signal is decomposed into intrinsic mode functions by LWD, then the high-frequency components are analyzed by Hilbert envelop demodulation. The period of the impulse response can be achieved, and the modulate fault feature of the vibration signal of a rotor system with rub-impact fault can be extracted exactly. Analysis results show that the proposed method is accurate and efficient, and is expected to be applied in engineering practice effectively.

Mid-infrared microcavity lasers have important applications in biosensing,mid-infrared spectroscopy,and environmental monitoring.However,the low output power of existing mid-infrared microcavity lasers hinders their practical use.This drawback is attributed to the insufficient laser gain medium,which limits the development of mid-infrared whispering-gallerymode(WGM)lasers.To address this issue,we have employed ion implantation-enhanced etching to fabricate Tm:YAG thin films as effective gain media for mid-infrared WGM lasers.The Tm:YAG thin film,with a thickness of 2μm,exhibits excellent fluorescence characteristics.Subsequently,the Tm:YAG thin film is processed using focused ion beam to form microdisks with a diameter of 30μm.Under 785 nm laser pumping,the maximum output power of the Tm:YAG microdisk at 2023.1 nm is229μW,with a slope efficiency of 2.9%.This work demonstrates the outstanding potential of Tm:YAG as a mid-infrared laser gain medium,providing a new option for the development of mid-infrared lasers.

BACKGROUND The severity of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)and lipid metabolism are related to the occurrence of colorectal polyps.liver-controlled attenuation parameters(liver-CAPs)have been established to predict the prognosis of hepatic steatosis patients.AIM To explore the risk factors associated with colorectal polyps in patients with NAFLD by analyzing liver-CAPs and establishing a diagnostic model.METHODS Patients who were diagnosed with colorectal polyps in the Department of Gastroenterology of our hospital between June 2021 and April 2022 composed the case group,and those with no important abnormalities composed the control group.The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve was used to predict the diagnostic efficiency.Differences were considered statistically significant when Pliver-CAP in the case group were significantly greater than those in the control group(mmol/L,1.74 vs 1.05;dB/m,282 vs 254,Pliver-CAP were found to be independent risk factors for colorectal polyps,with ORs of 2.338(95%CI:1.154–4.733)and 1.019(95%CI:1.006–1.033),respectively(Pliver-CAP and TG combined with liver-CAP(TG+CAP)(P>0.05).When the liver-CAP was greater than 291 dB/m,colorectal polyps were more likely to occur.CONCLUSION The levels of TG and liver-CAP in patients with colorectal polyps are significantly greater than those patients without polyps.liver-CAP alone can be used to diagnose NAFLD with colorectal polyps.
