分数阶永磁同步电机混沌系统自适应滑模同步

利用滑模控制理论及分数阶微积分2种方法,通过构造滑模函数与控制器及适应规则,研究了分数阶永磁同步电机混沌系统的自适应滑模同步问题,得到系统同步的2个充分条件,并通过数值仿真对所得结果进行了验证与分析。

High penetration of solar energy can result in voltage rise in midday,while growth in residential air conditioning is the main contributor of overloading and voltage drop issues during peak demand time.This paper provides a hierarchical control scheme to coordinate multiple groups of aggregated thermostatically controlled loads to regulate network loading and voltage in a distribution network.Considering the limited number of messages that can be exchanged in a realistic communication environment,an event-triggered distributed control strategy is proposed in this paper.Through intermittent on and off toggling of air conditioners,the required active power adjustment is shared among participating aggregators to solve the issue.A case study is conducted and simulation results are presented to demonstrate the performance of the proposed control scheme.

通过系统采集和分析河南固始史河一带土壤、作物样品,进行土地质量地球化学评价,查明了区域土壤锶地球化学特征、影响因素,以及锶在土壤、作物中迁移富集机制,确定了土壤锶形态含量表现为残渣态>强有机结合态>离子交换态>铁锰氧化态>腐殖酸结合态>碳酸盐结合态>水溶态,其中残渣态和强有机结合态锶累计占98%,Sr主要以难溶态稳定形式赋存在土壤中。在弱酸性环境下,难溶含锶矿物SrSO_(4)、SrCO_(3)通过水化作用和水解作用形成易溶于水的锶岩Sr(HCO_(3))_(2)、SrCl_(2),并被植物吸收利用,形成锶在土壤-作物中的迁移。对比国内外相关作物Sr含量,提出了花生、小麦、玉米、水稻等作物富锶标准,即:水稻中的富锶下限值为0.65 mg/kg,花生、小麦、玉米的富锶下限值为1.08 mg/kg。依据此Sr含量标准,研究区内小麦、花生籽粒富锶,水稻部分富锶。本研究成果为固始史河流域富锶土地资源开发、发展富锶农产品提供了新的参考依据。

由于印尼贯穿流干扰了南印度洋经向翻转环流的计算,本文应用垂向翻转流函数来诊断印度洋浅层经向翻转环流.基于海洋环流模拟产品(OFES),本文探讨了垂向流函数相比经向翻转流函数的改进.研究结果表明垂向翻转流函数能平滑连接南北印度洋的翻转环流,包括完整的副热带翻转环流和跨赤道翻转环流.经向翻转流函数低估了印度洋浅层翻转环流;而垂向翻转流函数表示的印度洋浅层翻转环流受印尼贯穿流影响更小,其评估的印度洋浅层翻转环流强度约13 Sv,其中副热带翻转环流强度约8 Sv(1 Sv≡10~6m~3S~(-1)).此外,垂向翻转流函数在印度洋南开边界(30°S~34°S)上600 m层表现为顺时针翻转结构,其强度约-5 Sv,可能对应风驱的副热带流系.因此,垂向翻转流函数提供了一种新方法来评估印度洋浅层翻转环流.

In the past 10 years (2004–2013), annual open cruise during late summer provided new opportunities for comprehensive studies in the Northern South China Sea (NSCS). The 10-year field investigation program was carried out by the South China Sea Institute of Oceanology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (SCSIO, CAS). Measurements included water mass property, ocean circulation, atmospheric structure, and chemical and biological elements. The observation data collected during these open cruises have been intensively used in the studies of marine oceanographic, meteorological, chemical, and biological processes in the NSCS. In this study, comprehensive assessment of data application in oceanographic and meteorological studies is provided: (1) the property and variability of water masses in different layers; (2) the distribution of main currents and three-dimensional structure of mesoscale eddies; and (3) atmospheric structure and its feedback to the ocean. With the continuance of open cruises, it is feasible to construct high-quality, gridded climatological marine meteorological datasets in the NSCS in the near future.

Cases of the interdecadal variability in the Pacific Ocean and their evolution were examined in the paper with the statistic methods (CEOF and composite analysis) over the period of 1950-1993. Observations of oceanic temperatures in the upper 400 m revealed an obvious region of the interdecadal signals in the central North Pacific. Such signals propagated south westward, then subducted to the subtropics. The hypothesized link for interdecadal oceanic variability between the subtropics and the tropics, especially with the western tropical Pacific was unraveled in order to detect the cause of decadal signals in the tropics. The thermal anomalies subducted in the central North Pacific east to the dateline only reach 18°N. There has been no further southward propagation since then due to a certain barrier. The origin of the interdecadal signals in the western tropical Pacific was traced to the southern tropical Pacific. There is a meridional pathway around the dateline where the signals were loaded.
