From July 2.03.to July 2.04, samples were collected on Chongming Island east tidal flat every two months. The research showed that the nitrous oxide (N2.) production rate was very low in the water, Chongming east tidal flat (CM) sediment was the N2. source of the water. Sediment N2. natural production rate was between -0.08 and 1.74 μmolN·m-2.h-1. N2. natural production rate was higher in the summer. The difference of the N2. natural production rate in the different tidal flats, the correlation between the N2. natural production rate and the denitrification rate, and those with the temperature and DO indicate that middle tidal flat sediment denitrification was the main process of the N2. production, while in the low tidal flat sediment, the production of the N2. came from several processes of the nitrogen cycling. Tidal flat sediment denitrification reaction was stronger in summer and winter but relatively lower in the late autumn and early spring. Seasonal change of the sediment denitrification rate was wide, from 1.12.to 3..3. μmolN·m-2.h-1. Temperature, DO and the coactions of them had the prominent effect on the tidal flat sediment denitrification.

目的比较腹腔镜肝切除术中深度和中度神经肌肉阻滞(以下简称:肌松)对肝脏灌注和围术期肝功能的影响。方法选择2.2.年12.至2.2.0}月于复旦大学附属肿瘤医院择期行腹腔镜肝切除术患者60例,随机分为深度肌松组(D组,n=3.)和中度肌松组(M组,n=3.)。麻醉诱导时,D组给予罗库溴铵0.9 mg/kg,M组给予罗库溴铵0.6 mg/kg,术中持续输注罗库溴铵,维持D组强直刺激后计数(post-tetanic count,PTC)1-2.M组四个成串刺激(train-of-four ratio,TOF)1-2.两组患者分别于麻醉诱导后和标本切除后,静脉给予吲哚菁绿(indocyanine green,ICG)0.2. mg/kg,监测ICG 15 min残留率(retention rate at fifteen minutes,ICG_(R15))。记录两组患者术中罗库溴铵用量、外科手术操作满意度、术后肩膀疼痛以及术后第一天肝功能和呕吐发生情况。结果与M组相比,D组罗库溴铵用量明显增加(P1),但两组间麻醉诱导后和标本切除后ICG_(R15)差异均无统计学意义(P=0.581),围术期肝功能各指标差异亦无统计学意义。与M组相比,D组外科满意度评分明显升高(P3.,OR=1.3.,95%CI:1.01~1.86)及术后第一天呕吐发生率(P=0.017,OR=1.64,95%CI:1.07~2.53.明显降低。结论与中度肌松组相比,腹腔镜肝切除术中深度肌松组外科手术操作满意度增加,术后肩部疼痛以及呕吐发生率降低,但两组患者术中肝脏灌注及围术期肝功能未发现明显差异。

Aims:Surveys and research on the applications of the hepatic venous pressure gradient(HVPG)are important for understanding the current status and future development of this technology in *** article aimed to investigate the status of hepatic venous pressure gradient measurement in china in ***:We investigated the overall status of HVPG technology in china-including hospital distribution,hospital level,annual number of cases,catheters used,average cost,indications,and current challenges by using online *** counting the number and percentages of cases of these results,we hope to clarify the current status of HVPG measurements in ***:According to the survey,85 hospitals in china used HVPG technology in {3.{3. distributed across {3. provinces.A total of 4989 HVPG measurements were performed in all of the surveyed hospitals in {3.{3.,of which 2.1. cases(56.4%)were measured *** average cost of HVPG measurement was 5646.8±{3.{3..9 *** the clinical teams who performed the measurements(sometimes multiple per hospital),94.3.(8{3.87)used the balloon method,and the majority of the teams(7{3.4%,63.87)used embolectomy ***:This survey clarified the clinical application status of HVPG in china and confirmed that some medical institutions in china have established a foundation for this *** is still necessary to continue promoting and popularizing this technology in the future.

Given the opposing effects of Akt and AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK)on metabolic homeostasis,this study examined the effects of deletion of Akt2.and AMPKα2.on fat diet-induced hepatic ***2.Ampkα2.double knockout(DKO)mice were placed on high fat diet for 5 *** metabolism,energy homeostasis,cardiac function,lipid accumulation,and hepatic steatosis were *** mice were lean without anthropometric *** fat intake led to adiposity and decreased respiratory exchange ratio(RER)in wild-type(WT)mice,which were ablated in DKO but not Akt2.(-/-) and Ampkα2.(-/-) *** fat intake increased blood and hepatic triglycerides and cholesterol,promoted hepatic steatosis and injury in WT *** effects were eliminated in DKO but not Akt2.(-/-) and Ampkα2.(-/-) *** diet promoted fat accumulation,and enlarged adipocyte size,the effect was negated in DKO *** intake elevated fatty acid synthase(FAS),carbohydrate-responsive element-binding protein(CHREBP),sterol regulatory element-binding protein 1(SREBP1),peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma coactivator 1-alpha(PGC-1α),peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-α(PPARα),PPARγ,stearoyl-CoA desaturase 1(SCD-1),phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase(PEPCK),glucose 6-phosphatase(G6Pase),and diglyceride O-acyltransferase 1(DGAT1),the effect was absent in DKO but not Akt2.(-/-) and Ampkα2.(-/-) *** diet dampened mitophagy,promoted inflammation and phosphorylation of forkhead box protein O1(FoxO1)and AMPKα1(Ser^(485)),the effects were eradicated by *** of Parkin effectively nullified DKO-induced metabolic benefits against high fat *** samples from obese humans displayed lowered microtubule-associated proteins 1A/1B light chain 3.(LC3.),Pink1,Parkin,as well as enhanced phosphorylation of Akt,AMPK(Ser^(485)),and FoxO1,which were consolidated by RNA sequencing(RNAseq)and mass spectrometry analyses from rodent and human *** data suggest that concurrent de

地震过程中剪切波可用大小和方向上相互耦合的水平两向剪切来模拟。以温州典型软黏土为对象,采用多向动单剪系统(VDDCSS)进行不排水应力控制的循环单剪试验,重点研究了水平双向耦合荷载作用下循环剪应力比(SSR)和相位差?对饱和软黏土动力特性的影响,试验组数共计19组。试验结果表明:在单向循环剪切荷载作用下温州正常固结饱和软黏土的门槛循环应力比SSR_(x,menkan)为0.096,临界循环应力比SSR_(x,limit)为0.15;水平双向耦合荷载作用下,双向循环应力比SSR(SSR_x(2.)SSR_y)的提高以及循环次数N的增加会促进剪应变?的增加和孔压u的发展;当SSR稍微大于SSR_(x,menkan)时,?的增加也会阻碍?和u发展,在临界循环应力比SSR_(x,limit)附近,?的存在会急剧加快土样总应变和孔压的发展,当SSR>SSR_(x,limit)时,相位差?的存在对土样总应变和孔压发展的影响基本可以忽略。

目的:探讨NR4A3.因重排和NOR-1蛋白表达在唾液腺腺泡细胞癌中的表达及在鉴别诊断中的价值。方法:收集2.2.年5月—2.2.年1月于上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院口腔病理科诊断的唾液腺癌119例,包括腺泡细胞癌(acinic cell carcinoma,AciCC)63.,黏液表皮样癌(mucoepidermoid carcinoma,MEC)3.例,分泌性癌(secretory carcinoma,SC)2.例。分别使用荧光原位杂交和免疫组织化学染色检测NR4A3.因重排和NOR-1蛋白表达情况,采用SPSS 18.0软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果:AciCC主要发生于大唾液腺。与MEC和SC相比,AciCC好发于女性(P=0.006)。NR4A3.因重排在AciCC、MEC和SC中的阳性率分别为76.2.(48/63.、0%(0/10)和0%(0/7),NOR-1蛋白表达在AciCC、MEC和SC中的阳性率分别为92.1.(58/63.、9.7%(3.3.)和0%(0/2.),差异具有统计学意义(P3.因重排诊断AciCC时,灵敏度和特异度分别为76.2.和100%。单独使用NOR-1蛋白表达诊断AciCC时,灵敏度和特异度分别为92.1.和94.6%。联合使用NR4A3.因重排和NOR-1蛋白表达诊断AciCC时,灵敏度和特异度分别为96.8%和94.6%,曲线下面积为0.896,诊断价值最优。结论:AciCC好发于女性,主要发病部位为大唾液腺。NR4A3.因重排仅见于AciCC中,在诊断工作中具有100%的特异性,但敏感性较低。NOR-1蛋白表达检测具有很好的灵敏度和特异度,可作为鉴别AciCC、MEC和SC的初筛和替代方法。联合使用NR4A3.因重排和NOR-1蛋白表达检测具有最优的诊断价值。
