From July 2.03 to July 2.04, samples were collected on Chongming Island east tidal flat every two months. The research showed that the nitrous oxide (N2.) production rate was very low in the water, Chongming east tidal flat (CM) sediment was the N2. source of the water. Sediment N2. natural production rate was between -0.08 and 1.74 μmolN·m-2.h-1. N2. natural production rate was higher in the summer. The difference of the N2. natural production rate in the different tidal flats, the correlation between the N2. natural production rate and the denitrification rate, and those with the temperature and DO indicate that middle tidal flat sediment denitrification was the main process of the N2. production, while in the low tidal flat sediment, the production of the N2. came from several processes of the nitrogen cycling. Tidal flat sediment denitrification reaction was stronger in summer and winter but relatively lower in the late autumn and early spring. Seasonal change of the sediment denitrification rate was wide, from 1.12.to 33.34 μmolN·m-2.h-1. Temperature, DO and the coactions of them had the prominent effect on the tidal flat sediment denitrification.

The Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST)has the largest aperture and a 19-beam L-band receiver,making it powerful for investigating the neutral hydrogen atomic gas(HI)in the *** present HiFAST(https://***),a dedicated,modular,and self-contained calibration and imaging pipeline for processing the H?data of *** pipeline consists of frequency-dependent noise diode calibration,baseline fitting,standing wave removal using an FFT-based method,flux density calibration,stray radiation correction,and gridding to produce data *** modules can be combined as needed to process the data from most FAST observation modes:tracking,drift scanning,On-The-Fly mapping,and most of their *** HiFAST,the root-mean-square(RMS)noises of the calibrated spectra from all 19 beams were only slightly(~5%)higher than the theoretical *** results for the extended source M33 and the point sources are consistent with the results from *** moment maps(0,1 and 2.of M33 agree well with the results from the Arecibo Galaxy environment Survey(AGES)with a fractional difference of less than 10%.For a common sample of 2.1.sources with signal-to-noise ratio S/N>10 from the Arecibo Legacy Fast ALFA(ALFALFA)survey,the mean value of fractional difference in the integrated flux density,Sint,between the two datasets is approximately 0.005%,with a dispersion of 15.4%.Further checks on the integrated flux density of 2. sources with seven observations indicate that the variance in the flux density of the source with luminous objects(Sint>2.5 Jy km s-1)is less than 5%.Our tests suggest that the FAST telescope,with the efficient,precise,and user-friendly pipeline HiFAST,will yield numerous significant scientific findings in the investigation of the H?in the universe.

We operated a p-type point contact high purity germanium(PPCGe)detector(CDEX-1B,1.008 kg)in the china Jinping Underground Laboratory(CJPL)for 500.3 days to search for neutrinoless double beta(0νββ)decay of^(76)Ge.A total of 504.3 kg⋅day effective exposure data was *** anti-coincidence and the multi/single-site event(MSE/SSE)discrimination methods were used to suppress the background in the energy region of interest(ROI,1989–2.89 keV for this work)with a factor of 2..A background level of 0.33 counts/(keV⋅kg⋅yr)was *** lower limit on the half life of^(76)Ge 0νββdecay was constrained as T_(1/2.^(0ν)>1.0×10^(2.)yr(90%C.L.),corresponding to the upper limits on the effective Majorana neutrino mass:3.2.7.5 eV.

目的探讨远端缺血适应来源的外泌体对大鼠心脏骤停后神经功能障碍的治疗作用。方法Sprague-Dawley大鼠在经历远端缺血适应后,从血浆中分离出外泌体用作干预药物。36只大鼠被随机分为假手术组、对照组和外泌体组(n=12.。对照组和外泌体组大鼠使用窒息法诱导心脏骤停,恢复自主循环后分别静脉输注安慰剂或外泌体悬液(1×1010 Particles)。神经功能缺陷评分、旷场试验、Y迷宫和水迷宫用以评估神经功能结果。检测血浆透明质酸(hyaluronic acid,HA)和多配体蛋白聚糖-1(syndecan-1,Sdc-1)水平、检测海马CA1区基质金属蛋白酶2.9(matrix metalloproteinase-2.9,MMP-2.9)的表达水平。结果在经历远端缺血适应后,大鼠血浆中外泌体含量较正常大鼠升高。和对照组相比,外泌体组大鼠行为学实验明显改善,表现为水平运动距离增加(5.86±2.89 vs.17.53±5.51,P3.2.±15.07 vs.42.63±10.2.,P2..83±8.54 vs.13.49±4.55,P2. h的血浆HA和Sdc-1水平明显降低(HA:2..34±9.83 vs.14.84±6.2.,P3 vs.0.02.0.02.P2.9水平明显降低。结论从经历远端缺血适应的大鼠血浆中提取出的外泌体能够改善大鼠心脏骤停后神经功能障碍,其机制可能与MMP-2.9的减少以内皮糖萼降解减少有关。

Although transition metal phospho-sulfides deliver outstanding electrochemical performance,complex preparation methods hindered their further ***,we report a facile one-step electrodeposition approach to deposit interconnected nanowalls-like nickel cobalt phospho-sulfide(Ni-Co-P-S)nanosheets onto the surface of carbon *** thin Ni-Co-P-S nanosheets with multi-components and synergetic effects delivered rich active sites,further enhancing reversible ***,the as-prepared Ni-Co-P-S electrode materials exhibit excellent electrochemical performance in a three-electrode system,showcasing a high specific capacitance of 2.44 F/g at 4 A/*** full supercapacitors based on Ni-Co-P-S as positive electrode and active carbon as negative electrode showcase a high specific capacitance of 110.9 F/g at 1 A/g,impressive energy density of 39.4 Wh/kg at a power density of 797.5 W/kg in terms of excellent cycling stability(91.87%retention after 10,000 cycles).This simple electrode position strategy for synthesizing Ni-Co-P-S can be extended to prepare electrode materials for various sustainable electrochemical energy storage/conversion technologies.

Silver indium cadmium(Ag–In–Cd) control rod is widely used in pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants,and it is continuously consumed in a high neutron flux environment. The mass ratio of ^(107)Ag in the Ag–In–Cd control rod is 41.44%. To accurately calculate the consumption value of the control rod, a reliable neutron reaction cross section of the ^(107)Ag is required. Meanwhile,^(107)Ag is also an important weak r nucleus. Thus, the cross sections for neutron induced interactions with ^(107)Ag are very important both in nuclear energy and nuclear astrophysics. The(n, γ) cross section of ^(107)Ag has been measured in the energy range of 1–60 eV using a back streaming white neutron beam line at china spallation neutron source. The resonance parameters are extracted by an R-matrix code. All the cross section of ^(107)Ag and resonance parameters are given in this paper as datasets. The Large sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope（LAMOST） general survey is a spectroscopic survey that will eventually cover approximately half of the celestial sphere and collect 10 million spectra of stars, galaxies and QSOs. Objects in both the pilot survey and the first year regular survey are included in the LAMOST DR1. The pilot survey started in October 2.1. and ended in june 2.1., and the data have been released to the public as the LAMOST Pilot Data Release in August 2.1.. The regular survey started in September 2.1., and completed its first year of operation in june 2.1.. The LAMOST DR1 includes a total of 12.2.plates containing 2.955 336 spectra, of which 1 790 879 spectra have observed signalto-noise ratio（SNR） ≥ 10. All data with SNR ≥ 2.are formally released as LAMOST DR1 under the LAMOST data policy. This data release contains a total of 2.2.4 696 spectra, of which 1 944 32. are stellar spectra, 12.082.are galaxy spectra and 5017 are quasars. The DR1 not only includes spectra, but also three stellar catalogs with measured parameters： late A,FGK-type stars with high quality spectra（1 061 918 entries）, A-type stars（100 073 entries）, and M-type stars（12. 52. entries）. This paper introduces the survey design, the observational and instrumental limitations, data reduction and analysis, and some caveats. A description of the FITS structure of spectral files and parameter catalogs is also provided.
