Let G be a simple graph and G~σ be the oriented graph with G as its underlying graph and orientation σ.The rank of the adjacency matrix of G is called the rank of G and is denoted by r(G).The rank of the skew-adjacency matrix of G~σ is called the skew-rank of G~σ and is denoted by sr(G~σ).Let V(G)be the vertex set and E(G) be the edge set of *** cyclomatic number of G,denoted by c(G),is equal to |E(G)|-|V(G)|+ω(G),where ω(G) is the number of the components of *** is proved for any oriented graph G~σ that-2c(G)≤sr(G~σ)-r(G)≤2c(G).In this paper,we prove that there is no oriented graph G~σwith sr(G~σ)-r(G)=2c(G)-1,and in addition,there are infinitely many oriented graphs G~σ with connected underlying graphs such that c(G)=k and sr(G~σ)-r(G)=2c(G)-l for every integers k,l satisfying 0 ≤l≤4k and l≠1.

Electrocatalytic synthesis of ammonia as an environment-friendly and sustainable development method has received widespread attention in recent ***-dimensional(2D)materials are a promising catalyst for ammonia synthesis due to their large surface *** this work,we have constructed a series of 2D metal borides(MBenes)with transition metal(TM)defects(TMd-MBenes)and comprehensively calculated the reactivity of electrocatalytic synthesis of ammonia-based on density functional *** results have demonstrated that the TMd-MBenes can effectively activate nitrogen oxide(NO)and nitrogen(N2)molecules *** interesting,the co-chemisorption of O atoms,dissociated from NO,can facilitate the spilled of the inert N2 molecules into single N atoms,which can further hydrogenate into ammonia easily with an ultralow limiting potential of 0.59 V on *** research has not only provided clues for catalyst design for experimental study but also paved the way for the industrial application of electrocatalytic ammonia synthesis.

The deteriorated continuous rigid frame bridge is strengthened by external prestressing. Static loading tests wereconducted before and after the bridge rehabilitation to verify the effectiveness of the rehabilitation process. Thestiffness of the repaired bridge is improved, and the maximum deflection of the load test is reduced from 37.9 to27.6 mm. A bridge health monitoring system is installed after the bridge is reinforced. To achieve an easy assessmentof the bridge’s safety status by directly using transferred data, a real-time safety warning system is createdbased on a five-level safety standard. The threshold for each safety level will be determined by theoretical calculationsand the outcomes of static loading tests. The highest risk threshold will be set at the ultimate limit statevalue. The remaining levels, namely middle risk, low risk, and very low risk, will be determined usingreduction coefficients of 0.95, 0.9, and 0.8, respectively.

Microencapsulation phase change material slurry(MEPCMS) becomes a potential working fluid for cooling high energy density miniaturized components,thanks to the latent heat absorption of particles in the heat transfer *** this work,the discrete Phase Model(DPM) based on the Euler-Lagrangian method is used to numerically investigate the convective heat transfer characteristics of MEPCMS flowing through a rectangular minichannel with constant heat *** results show that particles of MEPCMS are mainly subjected to drag force during the *** so,they can migrate from the high-temperature region to the low-temperature region driven by the thermophoretic force,affecting the particle distribution and phase change ***,the Nux of the MEPCMS fluctuates due to particle phase change with varying specific heat ***,the value increases first,then decreases,and eventually increases again until it approaches the fully developed value of the pure base fluid as the particles gradually ***,the heat transfer performance of the MEPCMS is influenced by the combination of fluid inlet temperature fluid inlet velocity(v),and mass concentration(c_(m)) of MEPCM *** result shows that the maximum reduction of the maximum bottom wall temperature difference(ΔT_(w)) is 23.98% at T_(in)=293.15 K,v=0.15 m·s^(-1),c_(m)=10%.

Lung cancer is the most prevalent cancer diagnosis and the leading cause of cancer death *** failure in lung cancer(LUAD)is heavily influenced by drug *** challenge stems from the diverse cell populations within the tumor,each having unique genetic,epigenetic,and phenotypic *** variations lead to varied therapeutic responses,thereby contributing to tumor relapse and disease ***:The Genomics of Drug Sensitivity in Cancer(GDSC)database was used in this investigation to obtain the mRNA expression dataset,genomic mutation profile,and drug sensitivity information of *** Learning(ML)methods,including Random Forest(RF),Artificial Neurol Network(ANN),and Support Vector Machine(SVM),were used to predict the response status of each compound based on the mRNA and mutation characteristics determined using statistical *** most suitable method for each drug was proposed by comparing the prediction accuracy of different ML methods,and the selected mRNA and mutation characteristics were identified as molecular features for the drug-responsive cancer ***,the prognostic influence of molecular features on the mutational subtype of LUAD in publicly available ***:Our analyses yielded 1,564 gene features and 45 mutational features for 46 *** the ML approach to predict the drug response for each medication revealed an upstanding performance for SVM in predicting Afuresertib drug response(area under the curve[AUC]0.875)using CIT,GAS2L3,STAG3L3,ATP2B4-mut,and IL15RA-mut as molecular ***,the ANN algorithm using 9 mRNA characteristics demonstrated the highest prediction performance(AUC 0.780)in Gefitinib with ***:This work extensively investigated the mRNA and mutation signatures associated with drug response in LUAD using a machine-learning approach and proposed a priority algorithm to predict drug response for different drugs.

Biological scaffolds have been widely employed in wound healing applications,while their practical efficiency is compromised by insufficient oxygen delivery to the 3-dimensional constructs and inadequate nutrient supply for the long-term healing ***,we present an innovative living Chinese herbal scaffold to provide a sustainable oxygen and nutrient supply for promoting wound *** a facile microfluidic bioprinting strategy,a traditional Chinese herbal medicine(Panax notoginseng saponins[PNS])and a living autotrophic microorganism(microalgae Chlorella pyrenoidosa[MA])were successfully encapsulated into the *** encapsulated PNS could be gradually released from the scaffolds,which promoted cell adhesion,proliferation,migration,and tube formation in *** addition,benefiting from the photosynthetic oxygenation of the alive MA,the obtained scaffolds would produce sustainable oxygen under light illumination,exerting a protective effect against hypoxia-induced cell *** on these features,we have demonstrated through in vivo experiments that these living Chinese herbal scaffolds could efficiently alleviate local hypoxia,enhance angiogenesis,and thereby accelerate wound closure in diabetic mice,indicating their great potential in wound healing and other tissue repair applications.

In recent years,the addition of Ni has been widely acknowledged to be capable of enhancing the mechanical properties of Al-Si ***,the effect of Ni on the wear behaviors of Al-Si alloys and Al matrix composites,particularly at elevated temperat-ures,remains an understudied *** this study,Al-Si-Cu-Mg-Ni/20wt%SiC particles(SiCp)composites with varying Ni contents were prepared by using a semisolid stir casting *** effect of Ni content on the dry sliding wear behavior of the prepared compos-ites was investigated through sliding tests at 25 and 350℃.Results indicated that theθ-Al_(2)Cu phase gradually diminished and eventually disappeared as the Ni content increased from 0wt%to 3wt%.This change was accompanied by the formation and increase inδ-Al_(3)CuNi andε-Al_(3)Ni phases in *** hardness and ultimate tensile strength of the as-cast composites improved,and the wear rates of the composites decreased from 5.29×10^(−4)to 1.94×10^(−4)mm^(3)/(N∙m)at 25℃and from 20.2×10^(−4)to 7×10^(−4)mm^(3)/(N∙m)at 350℃with the increase in Ni content from 0wt%to 2wt%.The enhancement in performance was due to the presence of strengthening network structures and additional Ni-containing phases in the ***,the wear rate of the 3Ni composite was approximately two times higher than that of the 2Ni composite due to the fracture and debonding of theε-Al_(3)Ni *** wear,delamination wear,and oxidation wear were the predominant wear mechanisms of the investigated composites at 25℃,whereas delamination wear and oxid-ation wear were dominant during sliding at 350℃.

Porous materials are widely used in the field of protection because of their excellent energy absorption *** this work,a series of polyurethane microscopic models are established and the effect of porosity on the shock waves is studied with classical molecular dynamics ***,shock Hugoniot relations for different porosities are obtained,which compare well with the experimental *** pores collapse and form local stress wave,which results in the complex multi-wave structure of the shock *** microstructure analysis shows that the local stress increases and the local velocity decreases gradually during the process of pore collapse to complete ***,it leads to stress relaxation and velocity *** shock stress peaks can be fitted with two exponential functions,and the amplitude of attenuation coefficient decreases with the increase of ***,the pore collapse under shock or non-shock are discussed by the entropy increase rate of the *** energy is dissipated mainly through the multiple interactions of the waves under *** energy is dissipated mainly by the friction between atoms under non-shock.

Effects of two silicone resin coatings on performance of FeSiAl magnetic powder cores

Two silicon resins with excellent thermal stability,JH1123 and JH7102,are used as the insulated agents and binders for the gas-atomized FeSiAl powder,and corresponding magnetic powder cores(MPCs)are *** insulation capability and application prospects of the two silicon resins are evaluated by comparing the magnetic properties of the coated powder and *** scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy results show that uniform insulation layers are both formed on the powder ***1123 has stronger binding ability,and the JH1123-coated powder exhibits severe agglomeration,with d50(average particle size)approximately twice that of the JH7102-coated *** as-prepared MPCs exhibit outstanding soft magnetic ***,the permeability of FeSiAl@JH1123 is up to 74.0,which is 35.5%higher than that of FeSiAl@JH7102 because JH1123 can further improve the density of the *** for FeSiAl@JH7102,it has better direct current bias and lower core loss of 716.9 mW cm^(−3) at 20 mT and 1000 kHz due to its lower coercivity and greater anti-magnetic saturation ability.A comprehensive comparison shows that FeSiAl@JH1123 is suitable for medium and high frequency applications,while FeSiAl@JH7102 is more suitable for high frequency *** indicates that the use of JH1123 and JH7102 silicon resins for binding and insulated coating not only simplifies the preparation process of MPCs,but also enables the controlled production of MPCs for different applications.
