波浪能是重要的可再生资源之一,提高波浪能装置的能量捕获率是波浪能规模化利用的关键。本文对波浪能的能量转换装置进行了研究,针对装置于不同摇荡条件下的最大平均输出功率、最优阻尼系数及相关参数进行演化分析及求解。利用牛顿定律及质心系、转动惯量等建立二自由度、四自由度波浪能转换装置耦合运动模型,基于时间离散化的差分原理求解,同时采用模拟退火算法降低时间复杂度,提出了改良的粒子群算法,得到较为准确的结果,为实际工程中波浪能的高效采集提供思路和途径。

提出引致联合噪声驱动下耦合记忆阻尼Rayleigh振子族的单节律性(monorhythmicity)、双节律性(birhythmicity)及三节律性(trirhythmicity)振态模式过渡的参数设计方案.应用多尺度扩展、随机平均等方法分析耦合记忆阻尼的随机Rayleigh振子族(8阶、6阶及4阶变体)的振荡响应,利用振幅、联合相态及其投影与截面概率密度以及最可能振幅及其反解的参数关系等多元化方式定性评价并定量测算振子族的过渡行为,初步辨识Rayleigh阻尼变体系数、记忆阻尼重要参数引致节律模式过渡行为的数量关系.注意到8阶Rayleigh阻尼振子振态出现三节律性模式,获得优化的记忆阻尼模型的振态反馈因子、广义弹性模量与Rayleigh阻尼变体系数及随机载荷参数联合有效控制不稳定振态的样本方案.同步采用Runge-Kutta数值技术展示该随机Rayleigh振子族的相态时空演化序列,可观察到间歇现象,进一步揭示吸引子变化规律.模拟振态概率密度以说明解析方法的可靠性,并得到联合噪声对振子的影响机制.基于振态概率密度集成Shannon熵,分别关于Rayleigh变体系数、记忆阻尼重要参数、随机载荷参数测算Shannon熵、熵变化率及熵-熵变化率联合指标,发现这些熵指标(尤其熵变化率及关联指标)值发生显著变化时可以指示振子族过渡行为的临界态,同时不再局限于单点估测而提供引致节律模式过渡的参数的参考设计范围.文章的探索方法及路径为相关工程交叉应用场景的振动控制及所需的振态模式设计发展了新的改进思路.

目的总结巨噬细胞介导的骨免疫在股骨头坏死(osteonecrosis of the femoral head,ONFH)中的作用及其机制研究进展。方法广泛查阅近年国内外有关巨噬细胞介导的骨免疫在ONFH中的作用及其机制的研究,归纳巨噬细胞分类和功能,总结其对ONFH中慢性炎症的骨免疫调控作用,从骨免疫学层面阐述骨坏死病理生理机制,为ONFH治疗提供新思路。结果巨噬细胞是参与炎症反应的重要免疫细胞,可分化为经典活化型(M1型)和选择活化型(M2型),发挥特定功能参与并调节机体的生理病理过程。研究表明,巨噬细胞介导的骨免疫失衡会引起局部慢性炎症并导致ONFH进展。因此,调控巨噬细胞极化是潜在的ONFH治疗策略,包括在慢性炎症免疫微环境中,抑制巨噬细胞向M1型极化可促进局部炎症消退,有效延缓ONFH进展;调控巨噬细胞向M2型极化,构建局部利于骨修复的骨免疫微环境,在一定程度上利于坏死组织再生修复。结论目前研究已明确巨噬细胞介导慢性炎症免疫微环境是ONFH进展的重要机制,后续需要对ONFH中各种免疫细胞的亚型、各种免疫细胞之间以及各种免疫细胞与巨噬细胞之间的相互作用进行研究,有利于开发ONFH潜在治疗手段。

Sulfurized polyacrylonitrile(SPAN)cathode exhibits improved cycling stability in carbonate electrolytes due to the existent of-S_(x)^(2-)-(2≤n≤4)***,it is still challenging for SPAN to achieve higher sulfur content,superior conductivity,and faster polysulfide conversion kinetics in ether ***,polyacrylonitrile(PAN),2-morpholinothiobenzothiazole(MBS),and FeCl_(3)coated reduced graphene oxide(rGO)were used to fabricate advanced sulfur cathode through electrospinning technology to address these *** PAN sulfuration reactions,the MBS with abundant unsaturated bonds served as the vulcanization accelerator to facilitate the formation of longer chain sulfur species(-S_(3)-/-S_(4)-)and increase the sulfur content in the SPAN electrode ***,Fe_(1-x)S is in situ converted from FeCl_(3),which acts as the electrocatalyst to promote Li_(2)S nucleation and decomposition *** a result,the Fe_(1-x)S/SPAN/rGO electrode with high sulfur loading of 2.0 mg·cm^(-2)delivers a reversible capacity of 1122 mAh·g^(-1)at 0.1 A·g^(-1).Notably,at a large current density of 5.0 A·g^(-1),the Fe_(1-x)S/SPAN/rGO electrode still displays a high specific capacity of 924 mAh·g^(-1)with an ultra-stable cycling life over 2000 *** present work provides new insights into designing of high-performance electrode materials for long-lasting Li-S batteries.

为阐明白木香结香前后根际细菌群落差异,并探讨与土壤理化性质的相关性。本研究采用高通量测序技术和生物信息学相关手段,对海南省3个种植地(海口市文山村、临高东光农场、乐东抱伦农场)白木香结香前后根际土壤细菌群落组成和多特征进行分析,并结合冗余分析对根际土壤理化性质与细菌群落进行相关性分析。结果表明:3个样地间共获得7944402条序列,隶属于51个门,151个纲,380个目,637个科,1296个属,2649个种;样地内结香前后细菌群落和多样性差异性不大,样地间存在显著差异。3个样地根际土壤细菌丰富度和多样性上均呈现为:LDJX>LDWJ>LGWJ>LGJX>WSWJ>WSJX。在群落结构上,乐东样地与文山和临高样地群落结构存在显著差异。在门水平上,乐东样地的优势细菌门为浮霉菌门(Planctomycetota)、绿弯菌门(Chloroflexi)、疣微菌门(Verrucomicrobiota);文山和临高样地的菌门为厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)、拟杆菌门(Bacteroidota)、变形菌门(Proteobacteria)。在属水平上,文山和临高的优势属为拟杆菌属(Bacteroides)、uncultured_bacterium_f Muribaculaceae、粪杆菌属(Faecalibacterium);乐东优势属为未确定属(g_uncultured_f__Gemmataceae)、Candidatus_Udaeobacter和拟杆菌属(Bacteroides)。对RDA分析发现,不同样地间白木香根际土壤细菌群落受土壤理化因子的影响具有一定差异。全磷与细菌种群差异和多样性呈显著负相关,pH与细菌种群差异和多样性呈显著正相关。该研究结果对白木香根际微生物互作关系研究具有参考价值,对海南沉香产业发展具有指导意义。

The corrosion and weaker interaction with metal catalysts of common carbon supports during electrocatalysis push the development of alternative supports materials. Titanium oxide-based materials have been widely explored as electrocatalysts supports in consideration of their chemical stability, strong interactions with metal catalyst and wider applications in electrocatalytic reactions as well as the improved electronic conductivity. This review summarizes recent research advances in engineering titanium oxide-based supports for the catalysts in electrocatalysis field to provide guidance for designing high performance non-carbon supported electrocatalysts. Typically, the titanium oxide-based supports are classified into shaped TiO_(2), doped TiO_(2), titanium suboxide and TiO_(2)-carbon composites according to the modification methods and corresponding preparation methods. Then the engineering strategies and electrocatalytic applications are discussed in detail. Finally, the challenges, future research directions and perspectives of titanium oxide-based supports for electrocatalysis are presented for practical applications.

Element doping induced microstructural engineering enhancing the lithium storage performance of high-nickel layered cathodes

The high-nickel layered cathodes Li[Ni_(x)Co_(y)Mn_(1-x-y)]O_(2)(x≥0.8)with high specific capacity and long cycle life are considered as prospective cathodes for lithium-ion ***,the microcrack formation and poor structural stability give rise to inferior rate performance and undesirable cycling ***,we propose a dual modification strategy combining primary particle structure design and element doping to modify Li[Ni_(0.95)Co_(0.025)Mn_(0.025)]O_(2) cathode by tungsten and fluorine co-doped(W-F-NCM95).The doping of W can convert the microstructure of primary particles to the unique rod-like shape,which is beneficial to enhance the reversibility of phase transition and alleviate the generation of microcracks.F doping is conducive to alleviating the surface side ***,due to the synergistic effect of W,F codoping,the obtained W-F-NCM95 cathodes deliver a high initial capacity of 236.1 mA h g^(-1) at 0.1 C and superior capacity retention of 88.7%over 100 cycles at 0.5 ***,the capacity still maintains73.8%after 500 cycles at 0.5 C and the texture of primary particle is *** work provides an available strategy by W and F co-doping to enhance the electrochemistry performance of high-nickel cathodes for practical application.
