The establishment of reactive oxygen species(ROS) elimination sites in iron-nitrogen-carbon(Fe-N-C) electrocatalysts to achieve durable proton-exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFCs) performance has attracted broad interest. However, realizing ROS removal efficiency and oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) activity within a single system represents a significant challenge to date. Herein, we demonstrate uniform ROS elimination sites and ORR centers through an electrochemical reconstruction method on the parallel sites of Fe@Ce NC electrocatalyst for durable PEMFC. During the reconstruction process, the Fe sites can retain their original configuration. Meanwhile, the pristine Ce clusters will evolve into more efficient, highly dispersed ***, the reconstructed Fe and Ce sites exhibit favorable energy barriers for the ORR and ROS elimination pathways,respectively, thereby maintaining ORR activity and achieving high ROS tolerance. Consequently, the PEMFC assembled with our catalyst shows only a 2% decay in power density after the accelerated durability test. We anticipate that this parallel structure design will provide new insight into the development of more durable electrocatalysts for PEMFCs.

Objective:The open-label,phase II RATIONALE-209 study evaluated tislelizumab(anti-programmed cell death protein 1 antibody)as a tissue-agnostic monotherapy for microsatellite instability-high(MSI-H)/mismatch repair-deficient(dMMR)***:Adults with previously treated,locally advanced unresectable or metastatic MSI-H/dMMR solid tumors were *** received tislelizumab 200 mg intravenously every 3 *** response rate(ORR;primary endpoint),duration of response(DoR),and progression-free survival(PFS)were assessed by independent review committee(Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors v1.1).Results:Eighty patients were enrolled and treated;75(93.8%)patients had measurable disease at *** had metastatic disease and received at least one prior therapy for advanced/metastatic disease(n=79;98.8%).At primary analysis(data cutoff July 8,2021;median follow-up 15.2 months),overall ORR[46.7%;95%confidence interval(95%CI),35.1−58.6;one-sided Plizumab vs.a prespecified historical control ORR of 10%;five(6.7%)patients had complete *** DoR,PFS,and overall survival were not reached with long-term follow-up(data cutoff december 5,2022;median follow-up 28.9 months).Tislelizumab was well tolerated with no unexpected safety ***-related adverse events(TRAEs)of grade≥3 occurred in 53.8%of patients;7.5%of patients discontinued treatment due to ***:Tislelizumab demonstrated a significant ORR improvement in patients with previously treated,locally advanced unresectable or metastatic MSI-H/dMMR tumors and was generally well tolerated.

Wood,an essential natural resource in human civilization,remains widely used despite advances in technology and material *** surge in greenhouse gas emissions and environmental concerns accentuates the need for optimizing wood *** flow analysis is a powerful tool for tracking material flows and stocks,aiding resource management and environmental ***,the full extent of its methodological dimensions,particularly within the context of the wood supply chain,remains relatively *** this study,we delve into the existing literature on wood flow analysis,discussing its primary objectives,materials involved,temporal and spatial scales,data sources,units,and conversion ***,data uncertainty,data reconciliation and crucial assumptions in material flow analysis are highlighted in this *** findings reveal the significance of wood cascading and substitution effects by replacing non-wood materials,where they can reduce greenhouse gas emissions more than the natural carbon sink of forests and wood *** immediate impact of short-term wood cascading might not be as robust as the substitution effect,with energy substitution showcasing better results than material ***,it's crucial to note that these conclusions could experience significant reversal from a long-term and global *** for improving wood efficiency involve maximizing material use,advancing construction technologies,extending product lifespans,promoting cascade use,and optimizing energy recovery *** study underscores the need for standardized approaches in wood flow analysis and emphasizes the potential of wood efficiency strategies in addressing environmental challenges.

Two europium-bearing organic frameworks,termed as EuTPO-1 and EuTPO-2(H_(3)TPO=tris(4-carboxylphenyI)-phosphineoxide),are reported in this work.A series of characterizations of EuTPO-1and EuTPO-2,such as X-ray crystallography and photoluminescence spectroscopy,was performed to expatiate their structure and physicochemical *** of them are constructed by dimers of the europium-oxygen subunit of [Eu_(2)O_(16)] and TPO *** from high X-ray stopping attenuation and excellent luminescence efficiency,they emit sufficient luminescence when irradiated with ***,they possess stable light outputs when exposed to high humidities and strong radiation dose,outperforming the commercial scintillator CsI:*** result paves the way for developing new scintillator and enriches the compound of europium-bearing organic framework with X-ray scintillating luminescence.

Background:Alpha/beta hydrolase domain-containing protein 17C(ABHD17C)is a depalmitoylation enzyme that removes the S-palmitoylation of targeted *** hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)cells SNU449 and Hep3B use ABHD17C as an oncogene;however,the exact mechanism of this action is yet ***:The expression of ABHD17C in liver cancer tissues was analyzed by bioinformatics,and the expression of ABHD17C in clinical liver cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues was ***,the proliferative viability of HCC cells after overexpression or knockdown of ABHD17C was examined,and pyroptosis and apoptosis proteins were ***:ABHD17C was overexpressed in human HCC tissues as well as numerous HCC cell *** of ABHD17C caused reduced viability,cell cycle arrest,and defective invasion and migration in HCC cells,while overexpression of ABHD17C exhibited the opposite ***,we discovered that the knockdown of ABHD17C resulted in enhanced apoptotic and pyroptotic phenotypes of HCC cells,whereas overexpression of ABHD17C attenuated such ***:It suggests that ABHD17C contributes to HCC carcinogenesis,making it a promising target for medication treatment.

Motivated by experiments with interacting quantum gases across high partial wave resonance,we investigate the thermodynamic properties and single-particle spectra of Bose gases in normal phase for different interaction strengths for both p-and d-wave *** equation of state,contact density,momentum distributions and self-energies of single-particle Green’s functions are obtained in the spirit of ladder diagram *** radio-frequency(RF)spectrum,as an important experimental approach for detecting Feshbach molecules or the interaction effect,is calculated at different temperatures.A reversed temperature dependence on the Bose–Einstein condensation side and Bardeen–Cooper–Schrieffer side is identified for both p-and d-wave *** estimate for the signal of RF spectra under typical experimental conditions is also provided.
