Credit risk prediction for small and medium enterprises(SMEs)has long posed a complex research *** approaches have primarily focused on enterprise-specific variables,but these models often prove inadequate when applied to SMEs with incomplete *** this innovative study,we push the theoretical boundaries by leveraging data from adjacent enterprises to address the issue of data *** strategy involves constructing an intricate network that interconnects enterprises based on shared managerial teams and business *** this network,we propose a novel relational graph attention network(RGAT)algorithm capable of capturing the inherent complexity in its topological *** doing so,our model enhances financial service providers'ability to predict credit risk even in the face of incomplete data from target *** experiments conducted using China's SMEs highlight the predictive proficiency and potential economic benefits of our proposed *** approach offers a comprehensive and nuanced perspective on credit risk while demonstrating the advantages of incorporating network-wide data in credit risk prediction.

Electrochemical water splitting plays a crucial role in storing sustainable energy into H2 as an ideal fuel,in which the anodic oxygen evolution reaction(OER)is the ***,Fe-doped NiOOH(Ni_(1−x)Fe_(x)OOH)is a promising OER catalyst under alkaline ***,the specific active sites responsible for their good performances remain ***,we identify a nickel-oxygen radical(Ni–O·)and an iron-oxo(Fe=O)group as two essential states for adsorbed ***,both thermochemical O–O coupling and electrochemical OER elementary steps are considered on the Ni_(1−x)Fe_(x)OOH *** mechanistic studies with a combined density functional theory simulation and experimental analysis unravel that both the Ni and Fe centers can act as the active sites for the defective Ni_(1−x)Fe_(x)OOH to catalyze OER,depending on the nature of the *** presence of Fe can benefit the stabilization of the defective surface and influence the electronic property of the nearby Ni *** work not only identifies the intrinsic active sites of Ni_(1−x)Fe_(x)OOH,but also illustrates the essential roles of defects in catalysis,which sheds light on the design of more efficient OER catalysts in the future.

为了解H9N2亚型禽流感病毒(avian influenza virus,AIV)的分子变化特征及其跨物种传播的可能性,对实验室保存的6株H9N2亚型AIV的8个基因片段进行了序列测定及遗传演化分析,并且对6株病毒与选取的代表毒株进行了HA和NA同源性及关键氨基酸位点分析。结果显示,分离的6株病毒均为欧亚系,其中3株为G57基因型;4株病毒的HA蛋白发生了Q226L突变,2株病毒的HA发生了A190V突变。HA和NA均有增加或缺失的潜在糖基化位点。6株病毒的NA茎部均有62~64位的缺失,红细胞结合位点431~433较为保守,而368和369位变化较大。综上,6株病毒为低致病性AIV,HA和NA均含有哺乳动物适应性突变,增大了其跨宿主传播的风险。研究结果为我国H9N2亚型AIV的进化提供了参考依据,为其综合防控提供了理论指导。

Environmental issues associated with the aviation industry are getting more attention as air traffic *** standards are imposed for fuel consumption and pollution emissions for next-generation *** electrical propulsion aircraft(SEPA)have been seen as an efficient way to achieve this ***-temperature superconducting(HTS)devices are extensively used in the power system to supply enormous *** is distributed to the different loads via a DC distribution ***,it will generate an inrush current over ten times higher than the rated current in short-circuit state,which is very harmful to the ***,it is essential to adopt an appropriate protection *** paper discusses one protection scheme that combines DC vacuum circuit breakers(DC VCB)and resistive superconducting current limiters(RSFCL)for superconducting aircraft *** problems of cost and loss,the auxiliary capacitor is pre-charged by system voltage,and mechanical elements extinguish the ***,combined with RSFCL,the interrupting environment is fully *** limits fault current,and then the VCB breaks this limited current based on creating an artificial current zero(ACZ).The prospective rated power is 8MW,rated voltage and current are 4 kV and 1 kA,*** this paper,we discuss and simulate switching devices that protect *** interrupting performance of the circuit breaker is analysed in the DC short-circuit fault that occurs on the transmission ***,the residual energy consumption of different situations is calculated.A comparison is made between using RSFCL with metal oxide varistor(MOV)and just using *** scheme with RSFCL shows a significant advantage in energy consumption.

The right bank of the Amu Darya Basin enjoys abundant natural gas resources,on which the Callovian-Oxfordian strata in the middle of Block B serve as the major horizons for natural gas ***,the characteristics and distribution patterns of the sedimentary microfacies in these strata are yet to be further *** on the analysis of data on drilling,logging,cores,and thin sections from 29 typical wells,as well as the regional sedimentary background,this study inferred that the middle of Block B evolved from the Callovian ramp platform into the Oxfordian rimmed ***,this study determined that the inner-ramp intertidal-subtidal shallow-water subfacies mainly developed during the Callovian and transitioned into the shallow shelf subfacies during the *** study identified eight sedimentary microfacies,namely reef knoll,reef-shoal complex,bioclastic shoal,psammitic shoal,bioherm,lime mud mound,intershoal(intermound),and static-water *** on research into the high-precision sequence-sedimentary microfacies framework,this study built a geological model for the development of sedimentary microfacies in the study *** to this geological model,the sedimentary microfacies in the study area are characterized by vertical alternation of reef-shoal complex,bioclastic(psammitic)shoal,bioherm,and intershoal ***,they show the development of reef knoll,reef-shoal complex,bioclastic(psammitic)shoal,and bioherm(or lime mud mound)laterally from west to east,with the physical properties of the reservoirs deteriorating from west to east *** microfacies of reef-shoal complex and the bioclastic(psammitic)shoal predominate in the study area,and their deposition and development are controlled by sequence boundaries and are also affected by *** Oxfordian reef-shoal complexes were largely inherited from the Callovian uplifts and show lateral seaward progradation.
