Neutron resonance imaging(NRI)has recently emerged as an appealing technique for neutron *** complexity surpasses that of conventional transmission imaging,as it requires a high demand for both a neutron source and ***,the progression of NRI technology has been sluggish since its inception in the 1980s,particularly considering the limited studies analyzing the neutron energy range above *** white neutron source(Back-n)at the china Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS)provides favorable beam conditions for the development of the NRI technique over a wide neutron energy range from eV to ***-sensitive microchannel plates(MCP)have emerged as a cutting-edge tool in the field of neutron detection owing to their high temporal and spatial resolutions,high detection efficiency,and low *** this study,we report the development of a 10B-doped MCP detector,along with its associated electronics,data processing system,and NRI experiments at the *** heavy elements such as gold,silver,tungsten,and indium can be easily identified in the transmission images by their characteristic resonance peaks in the 1–100 eV energy range;the more difficult medium-weight elements such as iron,copper,and aluminum with resonance peaks in the 1–100 keV energy range can also be *** particular,results in the neutron energy range of dozens of keV(Aluminum)are reported here for the first time.

Neutron-sensitive microchannel plates(nMCPs)have applications in neutron detection,including energy spectrum measurements,neutron-induced cross sections,and neutron imaging.10B-doped MCPs(B-MCPs)have attracted significant attention owing to their potential for exhibiting a high neutron detection efficiency over a large neutron energy *** spatial and temporal resolutions are useful for neutron energy-resolved ***,their practical applications still face many technical *** this study,a B-MCP with 10 mol%10B was tested for its response to wide-energy neutrons from eV to MeV at the Back-n white neutron source at the china Spallation Neutron *** neutron detection efficiency was calibrated at 1 eV,which is approximately 3.0 times that of an ordinary MCP and indicates the success of 10 B *** factors that caused the reduction in the detection efficiency were simulated and *** neutron energy spectrum obtained using B-MCP was compared with that obtained by other measurement methods,and showed very good consistency for neutron energies below tens of *** response is more complicated at higher neutron energy,at which point the elastic and nonelastic reactions of all nuclides of B-MCP gradually become *** is beneficial for the detection of neutrons,as it compensates for the detection efficiency of B-MCP for high-energy neutrons.

In this study,high density electric current pulse(ECP)treatment was introduced instead of the conventional solution treatment,and theγ′phase was completely dissolved under the ECP treatment within only several milliseconds at 1148°*** to the extremely short treatment time and high cooling rate,the growth ofγ-phase matrix grain andγ′phase precipitate was effectively *** comparing with the conventional heat process,the grain size of ECP treated sample was controlled to about 15μm,the size of the re-precipitatedγ′phase reduced from 65 to 3. nm,and the number density ofγ′precipitate increased from 1.46×108 to 3.03.108/*** Vickers hardness,ultimate tensile strength and yield strength of the ECP treated sample were significantly *** to the theoretical derivation of kinetics,the ECP treatment introduces an extra electrical free energy which promoted the dissolution ofγ′*** ECP treatment may provide a new method for solution treatment of the Ni-based superalloy.

X-ray emission is an important indicator of stellar *** this paper,we study stellar Xray activity using the XMM-Newton and LAMOST data for different types of *** provide a sample including 1259 X-ray-emitting stars,of which 1090 have accurate stellar parameter *** sample size is much larger than those used in previous *** find a bimodal distribution of the X-ray to optical flux ratio(log(fX/fV)) for G and K *** interpret that this bimodality is due to two subpopulations with different coronal heating ***,using the full widths at half maxima calculated from Hα and Hβ lines,we show that these stars in the inactive peaks have smaller rotational *** is consistent with the magnetic dynamo theory that presumes stars with low rotational velocities have low levels of stellar *** also examine the correlation between log(fX/fV) and luminosity of the excess emission in the Hα line,and find a tight relation between the coronal and chromospheric activity indicators.

Chronic liver injury leads to progressive liver fibrosis and ultimately cirrhosis,a major cause of morbidity and mortality ***,there are currently no effective anti-fibrotic therapies available,especially for latestage patients,which is partly attributed to the major knowledge gap regarding liver cell heterogeneity and cellspecific responses in different fibrosis *** reveal the multicellular networks regulating mammalian liver fibrosis from mild to severe phenotypes,we generated a single-nucleus transcriptomic atlas encompassing 49919nuclei corresponding to all main liver cell types at different stages of murine carbon tetrachloride(CCl_(4))-induced progressive liver *** analysis distinguished the sequential responses to injury of hepatocytes,hepatic stellate cells and endothelial ***,we reconstructed the cell-cell interactions and gene regulatory networks implicated in these *** integrative analyses uncovered previously overlooked aspects of hepatocyte proliferation exhaustion and disrupted pericentral metabolic functions,dysfunction for clearance by apoptosis of activated hepatic stellate cells,accumulation of pro-fibrotic signals,and the switch from an anti-angiogenic to a pro-angiogenic program during CCl_(4)-induced progressive liver *** dataset thus constitutes a useful resource for understanding the molecular basis of progressive liver fibrosis using a relevant animal model.

There is considerable potential for integrating transarterial chemoembolization(TACE),programmed death-(ligand)1(PD-[L]1)inhibitors,and molecular targeted treatments(MTT)in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).It is necessary to investigate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of TACE combined with PD-(L)1 inhibitors and MTT in real-world *** this nationwide,retrospective,cohort study,826 HCC patients receiving either TACE plus PD-(L)1 blockades and MTT(combination group,n=3.6)or TACE monotherapy(monotherapy group,n=450)were included from January 2018 to May *** primary endpoint was progression-free survival(PFS)according to modified *** secondary outcomes included overall survival(OS),objective response rate(ORR),and *** performed propensity score matching approaches to reduce bias between two *** matching,228 pairs were included with a predominantly advanced disease *** PFS in combination group was 9.5 months(95%confidence interval[CI],8.4-11.0)versus 8.0 months(95%CI,6.6-9.5)(adjusted hazard ratio[HR],0.70,P=0.002).OS and ORR were also significantly higher in combination group(median OS,19.2[16.1-27.3.vs.15.7 months[13.0-20.2];adjusted HR,0.63.P=0.001;ORR,60.1%vs.3..0%;P3.4 adverse events were observed at a rate of 15.8%and 7.5%in combination and monotherapy groups,*** results suggest that TACE plus PD-(L)1 blockades and MTT could significantly improve PFS,OS,and ORR versus TACE monotherapy for Chinese patients with predominantly advanced HCC in real-world practice,with an acceptable safety profile.

多巴胺能正电子发射断层扫描(PET)脑显像是目前诊断帕金森病的重要依据,但其对帕金森综合征的鉴别能力有限。葡萄糖代谢PET显像中不同的脑代谢模式为进一步鉴别诊断提供可能。文中在前期PET脑显像相关技术操作和临床应用专家共识的基础上,对开展多巴胺能联合葡萄糖代谢显像进行系统梳理,征求专家意见后形成本专家共识。旨在规范帕金森综合征患者的多巴胺能显像及葡萄糖代谢显像的技术操作,为医生提供报告解读建议,进一步指导多巴胺能与葡萄糖代谢PET脑显像联合应用在帕金森相关疾病中的临床实践流程。
