The conversion between anamorphoses of the dihydrated glycine complex was studied by means of B3LYP/6-31＋＋G^＊＊. It was found that proton transfer was accompanied by hydrogen bond transfer in the process of conversion between different kinds of anamorphoses. With proton transfer, the electrostatic action was notably increased and the hydrogen-bonding action was evidently strengthened when the dihydrated neutral glycine complex converts into dihydrated zwitterionic glycine complex. The activation energy required for hydrogen bond transfer between dihydrated neutral glycine complexes is very low （6.32 kJ·mol^-1）; however, the hydrogen bond transfer between dihydrated zwitterionic glycine complexes is rather difficult with the required activation energy of 13.52 kJ·mol^-1 due to the relatively strong electrostatic action. The activation energy required by proton transfer is at least 27.33 kJ·mol^-1, higher than that needed for hydrogen bond transfer. The activation energy for either hydrogen bond transfer or proton transfer is in the bond-energy scope of medium-strong hydrogen bond, so the four kinds of anamorphoses of the dihydrated glycine complex could convert mutually.

This paper proposes and makes a study of a new model(called the 3/2 plus jumps model) for VIX option pricing. The model allows the mean-reversion speed and volatility of volatility to be highly sensitive to the actual level of VIX. In particular, the positive volatility skew is addressed by the 3/2 plus jumps model. Daily calibration is used to prove that the proposed model preserves its validity and reliability for both in-sample and out-of-sample *** results show that the models are capable of fitting the market price while generating positive volatility skew.

本文在介绍高斯射线束原理和正演的基础上,从叠后偏移开始分析了高斯射线束偏移的基本原理,并给出了优化的思路和具体的算法流程.高斯射线束是波动方程集中于射线附近的高频近似解,高斯射线束法将射线理论和波动方程方法紧密结合在一起,利用高斯束替代普通射线方法中的射线进行波场正演和延拓,既保持了射线方法的高效性和灵活性,又保留了波场的动力学特征,不仅克服了普通射线方法的一些缺点,而且由于无需两点试射,因而效率非常高.将高斯射线束法引入偏移,利用高斯射线束的性质,可以解决基尔霍夫方法的多值走时问题.模型试算表明,本文介绍的高斯射线束偏移方法能够充分利用高斯射线束的优势,既具有较高的效率又能够获得较好的成像效果.

目的:用有氧加热处理阳极氧化膜以进一步提高纯钛的耐腐蚀性。材料和方法:6片直径9 mm厚2 mm的纯钛片经阳极氧化处理24 v 10 min后置于烤瓷炉,在有氧环境中加热至400℃(A)、420℃(B)、450℃(C)、500℃(D)、700℃(E)、915℃(F),分别维持40 min,用X线衍射和电化学法检测氧化膜的微观结构和耐腐蚀性,再将样本A和E在上述条件下分别在加热40 min,重复以上检测。结果:加热400℃维持40 min的阳极氧化样品的耐腐蚀性最好,过高的加热温度和加热时间都会破坏氧化膜的耐腐蚀性。结论:阳极氧化结合有氧加热处理是一种较好的提高纯钛氧化膜的耐腐蚀性的方法。

This paper investigates the prescribed-time tracking control problem for a class of multi-input multi-output(MIMO)nonlinear strict-feedback systems subject to non-vanishing uncertainties. The inherent unmatched and non-vanishing uncertainties make the prescribed-time control problem become much more nontrivial. The solution to address the challenges mentioned above involves incorporating a prescribed-time filter, as opposed to a finite-time filter, and formulating a prescribed-time Lyapunov stability lemma(Lemma 5). The prescribed-time Lyapunov stability lemma is based on time axis shifting time-varying yet bounded gain, which establishes a novel link between the fixed-time and prescribed-time control method. This allows the restriction condition that the time-varying gain function must satisfy as imposed in most exist prescribed-time control works to be removed. Under the proposed control method, the desire trajectory is ensured to closely track the output of the system in prescribed time. The effectiveness of the theoretical results are verified through numerical simulation.

Vascular Damages in Rats Immunized by α_1-Adrenoceptor Peptides

Autoantibodies against the α1-adrenoceptor which had agonist activity as norepinephrine might play roles in the progression of hypertension, but whether the autoantibodies could induce vascular remodeling as norepinephrine is not clear. In this paper, the models with antibodies against the α1-adrenoceptor were made by immunizing Wistar rats with the synthesized the second extracellular loop of α1-adrenoceptor peptides. The homo-age male Wistar rats received BSA in the same immunizing manner and male spontaneous hypertensive rats （SHR） were used as control. All the rats were raised for one year. The blood pressure and morphological changes of arteries were measured. In the end, despite the systolic blood pressure of immunized rats had no difference with normal control, the media thickness of aortas and ratio of media to lumen in the third-order arteries of mesenteric vasculature were increased in immunized rats. The observation with electron microscope showed that the mitochondria of vascular smooth muscle cells （VSMCs） had notable hyperplasia, and the interstitial collagen fibril was increased too. The effects of purified antibodies against α1-adrenoceptor on the proliferation of cultured VSMCs, and the expressions of c-jun, c-fos and α1-adrenoceptor were detected. The results showed that the antibodies could promote the proliferation of cultured VSMCs, and enhance the expression of c-jun both in vitro and in vivo. So we concluded that antibodies against the α1-adrenoceptor could contribute to vascular damages in rats by stimulating the growth of VSMCs which might be caused by the increased c-jun expression, and might play particular roles in the pathological changes of hypertension.

Invasive inflammation and excessive scar formation are the main reasons for the difficulty in repairing nervous tissue after spinal cord *** and astrocytes play key roles in the spinal cord injury micro-environment and share a close ***,the mechanisms involved remain *** this study,we found that after spinal cord injury,resting microglia(M0)were polarized into pro-inflammatory phenotypes(MG1 and MG3),while resting astrocytes were polarized into reactive and scar-forming *** expression of growth arrest-specific 6(Gas6)and its receptor Axl were significantly down-regulated in microglia and astrocytes after spinal cord *** vitro experiments showed that Gas6 had negative effects on the polarization of reactive astrocytes and pro-inflammatory microglia,and even inhibited the cross-regulation between *** further demonstrated that Gas6 can inhibit the polarization of reactive astrocytes by suppressing the activation of the Yes-associated protein signaling ***,in turn,inhibited the polarization of pro-inflammatory microglia by suppressing the activation of the nuclear factor-κB/p65 and Janus kinase/signal transducer and activator of transcription signaling *** vivo experiments showed that Gas6 inhibited the polarization of pro-inflammatory microglia and reactive astrocytes in the injured spinal cord,thereby promoting tissue repair and motor function ***,Gas6 may play a role in the treatment of spinal cord *** can inhibit the inflammatory pathway of microglia and polarization of astrocytes,attenuate the interaction between microglia and astrocytes in the inflammatory microenvironment,and thereby alleviate local inflammation and reduce scar formation in the spinal cord.

A novel autoantibody in patients with primary hypertension： antibody against L-type Ca^2＋ channel

Background Recently, it has been proposed that the autoantibodies against various cardiovascular receptors play a role in the pathogenesis of primary hypertension. In this study, we aimed to identify whether or not there are autoantibodies against cardiovascular L-type Ca^2＋ channels in patients with primary hypertension. Methods A peptide corresponding to the sequence 2-16 of the alc-subunit of L-type Ca^2＋ channel was used as an antigen to screen the autoantibodies from 90 patients with primary hypertension and 45 healthy controls by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. The clinical data of 90 hypertensive patients were compared between patients with and without these autoantibodies. Results Serum from 3 （6.7%） of the 45 healthy controls, 33 （36.7%） of 90 hypertensives showed positive responses in ELISA （P 〈0.01）. The prevalence of such autoantibodies in two subgroups of hypertensives with coronary heart disease （9/21, 57.14%, P 〈0.05） and left ventricular diastolic dysfunction （28/63, 44.4%, P 〈0.05） was higher than in those without the corresponding complications. And the patients with such autoantibodies had lower E/A than patients without such autoantibodies （0.803±0.191 vs 1.004±0.322, P=0.002）. Conclusion There are autoantibodies against vascular L-tyPe Ca^2＋ channels in patients with primary hvnertension.
