Singular spectrum analysis for the time-variable seasonal signals from GPS in Yunnan Province

Studying the seasonal deformation in GPS time series is important to interpreting geophysical contributors and identifying unmodeled and mismodeled seasonal *** seasonal signal extraction used the least squares method,which models seasonal deformation as a constant seasonal amplitude and ***,the seasonal variations are not constant from year to year,and the seasonal amplitude and phase are *** order to obtain the time-variable seasonal signal in the GPS station coordinate time series,singular spectrum analysis(SSA)is conducted in this *** firstly applied the SSA on simulated seasonal signals with different frequencies 1.00 cycle per year(cpy),1.04 cpy and with time-variable amplitude are *** was found that SSA can successfully obtain the seasonal variations with different frequencies and with time-variable amplitude ***,SSA is carried out on the GPS observations in Yunnan *** results show that the time-variable amplitude seasonal signals are ubiquitous in Yunnan Province,and the timevariable amplitude change in 2019 in the region is extracted,which is further explained by the soil moisture mass loading and atmospheric pressure *** removing the two loading effects,the SSA obtained modulated seasonal signals which contain the obvious seasonal variations at frequency of 1.046 cpy,it is close with the GPS draconitic year,1.040 ***,the time-variable amplitude changes in 2019 and the seasonal GPS draconitic year in the region could be discriminated successfully by SSA in Yunnan Province.

Bone defects caused by diseases or surgery are a common clinical *** are devoted to finding biological mechanisms that accelerate bone defect repair,which is a complex and continuous process controlled by many *** members of transcriptional costimulatory molecules,Yes-associated protein(YAP)and transcriptional co-activator with PDZ-binding motif(TAZ)play an important regulatory role in osteogenesis,and they affect cell function by regulating the expression of osteogenic genes in osteogenesis-related *** are an important group of cells whose function is regulated by YAP/***,the relationship between YAP/TAZ and macrophage polarization has attracted increasing *** bone tissue,YAP/TAZ can realize diverse osteogenic regulation by mediating macrophage *** polarize into M1 and M2 phenotypes under different stimuli.M1 macrophages dominate the inflammatory response by releasing a number of inflammatory mediators in the early phase of bone defect repair,while massive aggregation of M2 macrophages is beneficial for inflammation resolution and tissue repair,as they secrete many anti-inflammatory and osteogenesis-related *** mechanism of YAP/TAZ-mediated macrophage polarization during osteogenesis warrants further study and it is likely to be a promising strategy for bone defect *** this article,we review the effect of Hippo-YAP/TAZ signaling and macrophage polarization on bone defect repair,and highlight the regulation of macrophage polarization by YAP/TAZ.

A new species of Leptobrachella is described from Sichuan Province and Chongqing Municipality,*** phylogenetic analyses based on mitochondrial and nuclear gene sequences indicated that the new species is genetically divergent from its *** could be identified from its congeners by a combination of followings characters:body size of male 29.1-34.1 mm(n=14),female 34.1-34.9 mm(n=4);dorsal skin rough with large tubercles in size of humeral glands,without conical spines;fringes on toes narrow;ventral body basically floral white with deep grey pigments all over;dorsal body deep greyish brown with smoky black markings;iris gold above,gradually silver bellow;tibia-tarsal articulation reaches the level of the middle of the eye when leg being stretched forward;the main call type with dominant frequency4.08 ± 0.16 kHz(14.1-14.9℃),call duration 170.35± 15.19ms,the number of pulses for the first note in a call 3.50±0.89,and the number of pulses for the second note in a call 5.08±0.77.

Surface Deposition of Ni(OH)_(2) and Lattice Distortion Induce the Electrochromic Performance Decay of NiO Films in Alkaline Electrolyte

NiO,an anodic electrochromic material,has applications in energy-saving windows,intelligent displays,and military ***,its electrochromic mechanism and reasons for its performance degradation in alkaline aqueous electrolytes are complex and poorly understood,making it challenging to improve NiO thin *** studied the phases and electrochemical characteristics of NiO films in different states(initial,colored,bleached and after 8000 cycles)and identified three main reasons for performance ***,Ni(OH)_(2)is generated during electrochromic cycling and deposited on the NiO film surface,gradually yielding a NiO@Ni(OH)_(2)core-shell structure,isolating the internal NiO film from the electrolyte,and preventing ion ***,the core-shell structure causes the mode of electrical conduction to change from first-to second-order conduction,reducing the efficiency of ion transfer to the surface Ni(OH)_(2)***,Ni(OH)_(2)and NiOOH,which have similar crystal structures but different b-axis lattice parameters,are formed during electrochromic cycling,and large volume changes in the unit cell reduce the structural stability of the thin ***,we clarified the mechanism of electrochromic performance degradation of NiO films in alkaline aqueous electrolytes and provide a route to activation of NiO films,which will promote the development of electrochromic technology.

Sedimentary Facies of Marine Shale Gas Formations in Southern China： The Lower Silurian Longmaxi Formation in the Southern Sichuan Basin

Sedimentary facies is an important factor influencing shale gas accumulation. It not only controlls hydrocarbon generation, but also affects reservoir characteristics and distribution. This paper discusses the Lower Silurian Longmaxi Formation in the south of the Sichuan Basin. Outcrop, core, drilling and logging data identify the sedimentary facies of the formation as continental shelf facies, which is divided into two subfacies： an inner shelf and an outer shelf subfacies. These two subfacies can be further divided into seven microfacies： muddy silty shallow shelf, calcareous silty shallow shelf, muddy limy shallow shelf, storm flow, muddy deep shelf, silty muddy deep shelf and contour current microfacies. Vertical and horizontal distribution of microfacies establishes a sedimentation model of the continental shelf facies. Combined with analization or calculation of geochemical, mineralogical, physical and gas-bearing properties of samples, sedimentary microfacies is evaluated using nine parameters： total organic carbon content, effective shale continuous thickness, vitrinite reflectance, kerogen type, mineral components, porosity, permeability, water saturation and gas content. The evaluation revealed that the most favorable facies for shale gas exploration and development are the muddy deep shelf and part of the silty muddy deep shelf microfacies, with TOC more than 2%, siliceous component over 50%, clay less than 30%, porosity more than 3%, water saturation lower than 40%, gas content greater than 2 m3/t. These results provide a theoretical basis for deciston-making on the most promising areas for shale gas exploration in the Sichuan Basin and for marine shale gas exploration and development in South China.

Indoor field strength prediction based on FMM

In this article, the fast multipole method （FMM） is applied to analgze the field strength of an ultra-wideband （UWB） signal. Small coverage of UWB communication systems and high efficiency of the algorithm make it possible to calculate the amplitude of electric field accurately. A homogeneous dielectric body and a multilayered dielectric object are studied. The computational results obtained by applying the FMM agree well with those obtained by applying the method of moments （MoM）.

Zircon U-Pb-Hf isotopic and geochemical characteristics of the Xierzi biotite monzogranite pluton,Linxi,Inner Mongolia and its tectonic implications

The opening, subduction and final closure of the Paleo-Asian Ocean led to the formation of the Central Asian Orogenic Belt. Controversy has long surrounded the timing of final closure of the Paleo-Asian Ocean. Here we present zircon U-Pb ages and petrological, geochemical and in situ Hf isotope data for the Xierzi biotite monzogranite pluton, Linxi, SE Inner Mongolia. U-Pb dating of zircon by LA-ICP-MS yields a middle Permian emplacement age(268.7 ± 2.3 Ma) for the Xierzi pluton that is dominated by biotite monzogranites with high SiO_2(71.2-72.8 wt.%),alkali(Na_2 O + K_2 O =8.05-8.44 wt.%), Al_2 O_3(14.4-15.2 wt.%) and Fe_2 O_3~T relative to low MgO contents, yielding Fe_2 O_3~T/MgO ratios of 2.87-3.44, and plotting within the high-K calc-alkaline field on a SiO_2 vs. K_2 O diagram. The aluminum saturation indexes(A/CNK) of the biotite monzogranites range from 1.06 to 1.19, corresponding to weakly to strongly peraluminous. They are enriched in rare earth elements(REE), high field strength elements(HFSEs; Zr,Hf). and large ion lithophile elements(LILEs; Rb, U, Th). The LREEs are enriched relative to the HREEs,with a distinct negative Eu anomaly in a chondrite-normalized REE diagram. Geochemically, the Xierzi biotite monzogranite is classified as an aluminous A-type granite, with all samples plotting within the A2-type granite field on a Y/Nb vs. Rb/Nb diagram. Zircon ε_(Hf)(t) values and two-stage modal ages of the zircons within the pluton range from +4.80 to +13.65 and from 983 to 418 Ma, respectively, indicating that the primary magma was generated through partial melting of felsic rocks from juvenile ***, these results demonstrate that the Xierzi pluton formed under the post-orogenic extensional setting after arc-continent collision in the middle Permian.
