Crystal defects formed in electroformed nickel liners of shaped charges

Two types of electroformed nickel liners of shaped charges were prepared by electroforming technique. X-ray diffraction （XRD）, transmission electron microscopy （TEM）, electron backscattering diffraction （EBSD） technique and high resolution electron microscopy （HREM） have been employed to investigate the crystal defects formed in electroformed nickel liners of shaped charges. The result shows that （100） fiber texture which is parallel to the grown direction exists in the electroformed nickel prepared by using direct current electroforming without any additives, and （111） fiber texture exists in the electroformed nickel prepared by using direct current electroforming with additives. The deposits prepared by using direct current electroforming possess columnar grain with an average grain size of 30 μm in width and 170 μm in length. The deposits prepared with additives are composed of a colony structures with grain size of about 29 nm, and a lot of crystal defects such as twins, antiphase boundaries and stacking faults have been observed in the electroformed nickel.

Two kinds of bank erosion mechanisms were analyzed, including fluvial and non-fluvial controlled mechanisms, and mechanical methods of simulating the erosion processes of cohesive, non-cohesive and composite riverbanks were improved. Then a two-dimensional numerical model of the channel deformation was developed, consisting of a 2D flow and sediment transport submodel and bank-erosion submodels of different soil riverbanks. In the model, a new technique for updating the bank geometry during the bed evolution was presented, which combines closely two kinds of submodels. The proposed model is capable of not only predicting the processes of flood routing and longitudinal channel deformation in natural rivers, but also simulating the processes of lateral channel deformation, especially the processes of lateral erosion and failure of cohesive, non-cohesive and composite riverbanks.

Osteoporosis is a metabolic dysregulation of bone that occurs mainly in postmenopausal women,and the hyperfunction of osteoclasts is the primary contributor to postmenopausal ***,the development of effective therapeutic drugs and precise delivery systems remains a challenge in the field of anti-absorption ***,we reported theα-cyperone(α-CYP)for anti-osteoporosis and developed a liposome-based nano-drug delivery system ofα-CYP,that specifically targets the bone resorption ***,we found that theα-CYP,one of the major sesquiterpenes of Cyperus rotundus L.,attenuated the progression of osteoporosis in ovariectomized(OVX)mice and down-regulated the expression of phosphorylated proteins of phosphoinositide 3-kinase(PI3K)and protein kinase B(Akt),causing down-regulation of osteoclast-related genes/proteins and curbing osteoclast ***,α-CYP reversed the activation of osteoclastic differentiation and enhanced osteoporosis-related proteins expression caused by PI3K/Akt agonist(YS-49).More importantly,we adopted the osteoclastic resorption surface targeting peptide Asp8 and constructed the liposome(lipαC@Asp8)to deliverα-CYP to osteoclasts and confirmed its anti-osteoporosis effect and enhanced osteoclast inhibition by blocking PI3K/Akt *** conclusion,this study demonstrated thatα-CYP inhibits osteoclast differentiation and osteoporosis development by silencing PI3K/Akt pathway,and the liposome targeting delivery systems loaded withα-CYP might provide a novel and effective strategy to treat osteoporosis.

Routers have traditionally been architected as two elements: forwarding plane and control plane through For CES or other protocols. Each forwarding plane aggregates a fixed amount of computing, memory, and network interface resources to forward packets. Unfortunately, the tight coupling of packet-processing tasks with network interfaces has severely restricted service innovation and hardware upgrade. In this context, we explore the insightful prospect of functional separation in forwarding plane to propose a next-generation router architecture, which, if realized, can provide promises both for various packet-processing tasks and for flexible deployment while solving concerns related to the above problems. Thus, we put forward an alternative construction in which functional resources within a forwarding plane are disaggregated. A forwarding plane is instead separated into two planes: software data plane(SDP) and flow switching plane(FSP), and each plane can be viewed as a collection of "building blocks". SDP is responsible for packet-processing tasks without its expansibility restricted with the amount and kinds of network interfaces. FSP is in charge of packet receiving/transmitting tasks and can incrementally add switching elements, such as general switches, or even specialized switches, to provide network interfaces for SDP. Besides, our proposed router architecture uses network fabrics to achievethe best connectivity among building blocks,which can support for network topology reconfiguration within one *** last,we make an experiment on our platform in terms of bandwidth utilization rate,configuration delay,system throughput and execution time.

Reduced magma generation and its implications for the Pulang giant porphyry Cu-polymetallic deposit in Northwest Yunnan,China

The Pulang giant porphyry Cu-Mo polymetallic deposit is located in the Zhongdian area in the center of the Sanjiang Tethys tectonic domain,which was formed by the westward subduction of the Garze-Litang oceanic slab beneath the Zhongza ***-pyrrhotite-pyritemolybdenite occurs as disseminations,veins,veinlets,and stockworks distributed in the K-silicate alteration zone in the monzonite porphyry,which is superimposed by *** chemical compositions of biotite and amphibole analyzed by electron probe microanalysis(EPMA)indicate that the ore-forming magma and exsolved fluids experienced a continuous decrease in the oxygen fugacity(fO_(2)).Primary amphibolite and biotite(type I)crystallized at relatively high temperatures(744-827°C)and low fO_(2)(log fO_(2)=−12.26 to−11.91)during the magmatic *** fluids exsolved from the magma have a relatively lower temperature(621-711°C)and fO_(2)(log fO_(2)=−14.36 to−13.32)than the original *** addition,the presence of a high abundance of pyrrhotite and an insufficiency of primary magnetite and sulfate in the ore(i.e.,anhydrite and gypsum)indicate that the deposit may be a reduced porphyry *** and fluid fO_(2)results,combined with previous research on magmatic fO_(2)at the Pulang deposit,indicate that the magma associated with the reduced Pulang ore assemblages was initially generated as a highly oxidized magma that was subsequently reduced by sedimentary rocks of the Tumugou Formation.

ApplianceBricks: A Scalable Network Appliance Architecture for Network Functions Virtualization

Network Functions Virtualization(NFV) is an attempt to help operators more effectively manage their networks by implementing traditional network functions embedded in specialized hardware platforms in term of virtualized software instances. But, existing novel network appliances designed for NFV infrastructure are always architected on a general-purpose x86 server, which makes the performance of network functions limited by the hosted single server. To address this challenge, we propose ApplianceB ricks, a novel NFV-enable network appliance architecture that is used to explore the way of consolidating multiple physical network functions into a clustered network appliance, which is able to improve the processing capability of NFV-enabled network appliances.

During system development,implementation and operation,vulnerability database technique is necessary to system security;there are many vulnerability databases but a lack of quality standardization and general evaluation method are *** paper summarized current international popular vulnerability databases,systematically introduced the present situation of current vulnerability databases,and found the problems of vulnerability database technology,extracted common metrics by analyzing vulnerability data of current popular vulnerability databases,introduced 4 measure indexes:the number scale of vulnerabilities,the independence level,the standardization degree and the integrity of vulnerability description,proposed a method for vulnerability database quantitative evaluation using SCAP protocol and corresponding standard,analyzed a large number of vulnerabilities in current popular vulnerability database,quantitative evaluated vulnerability database by the law of normal distribution,the experimental results show this method has strong versatility and science,and it is beneficial to improve the quality and standardization construction for vulnerability database development.

T-IP: A Self-Trustworthy and Secure Internet Protocol

IPsec has become an important supplement of IP to provide security protection. However, the heavyweight IPsec has a high transmission overhead and latency, and it cannot provide the address accountability. We propose the self-trustworthy and secure Internet protocol(T-IP) for authenticated and encrypted network layer communications. T-IP has the following advantages:(1) Self-Trustworthy IP address.(2) Low connection latency and transmission overhead.(3) Reserving the important merit of IP to be stateless.(4) Compatible with the existing TCP/IP architecture. We theoretically prove the security of our shared secret key in T-IP and the resistance to the known session key attack of our security-enhanced shared secret key calculation. Moreover, we analyse the possibility of the application of T-IP, including its resilience against the man-in-the-middle attack and Do S attack. The evaluation shows that T-IP has a much lower transmission overhead and connection latency compared with IPsec.
