Traditional large-scale multi-objective optimization algorithms(LSMOEAs)encounter difficulties when dealing with sparse large-scale multi-objective optimization problems(SLM-OPs)where most decision variables are *** a result,many algorithms use a two-layer encoding approach to optimize binary variable Mask and real variable Dec ***,existing optimizers often focus on locating non-zero variable posi-tions to optimize the binary variables ***,approxi-mating the sparse distribution of real Pareto optimal solutions does not necessarily mean that the objective function is *** data mining,it is common to mine frequent itemsets appear-ing together in a dataset to reveal the correlation between *** by this,we propose a novel two-layer encoding learning swarm optimizer based on frequent itemsets(TELSO)to address these *** mined the frequent terms of multiple particles with better target values to find mask combinations that can obtain better objective values for fast ***-mental results on five real-world problems and eight benchmark sets demonstrate that TELSO outperforms existing state-of-the-art sparse large-scale multi-objective evolutionary algorithms(SLMOEAs)in terms of performance and convergence speed.

Knowing methane desorption characteristics is essential to define the contribution of adsorbed gas to gas well *** evaluate the synthetic effect of a clay stabilizer solution on methane desorption kinetics and isotherms pertaining to Longmaxi shale,an experimental setup was designed based on the volumetric *** objective was to conduct experiments on methane adsorption and desorption kinetics and isotherms before and after clay stabilizer *** experimental data were a good fit for both the intraparticle diffusion model and the Freundlich isotherm *** analyzed the effect of the clay stabilizer on desorption kinetics and *** show that clay stabilizer can obviously improve the diffusion rate constant and reduce the methane adsorption ***,we analyzed the desorption efficiency before and after treatment as well as the adsorbed methane *** results show that a higher desorption efficiency after treatment can be observed when the pressure is higher than 6.84 ***,the adsorbed methane content before and after treatment all increase when the pressure decreases,and clay stabilizer can obviously promote the adsorbed methane to free gas when the pressure is lower than 19 *** can also be applied to the optimization formulation of slickwater and the design of gas well production.

Currently,manufacturing enterprises face increasingly fierce market competition due to the various demands of customers and the rapid development of economic ***,they have to extend their production mode into distributed environments and establish multiple factories in various geographical ***,distributed manufacturing systems have been widely adopted in industrial production *** recent years,many studies have been done on the modeling and optimization of distributed scheduling *** work provides a literature review on distributed scheduling problems in intelligent manufacturing *** summarizing and evaluating existing studies on distributed scheduling problems,we analyze the achievements and current research status in this field and discuss ongoing *** regarding prior works are discussed to uncover future research directions,particularly swarm intelligence and evolutionary algorithms,which are used for managing distributed scheduling problems in manufacturing *** work focuses on journal papers discovered using Google *** reviewing the papers,in this work,we discuss the research trends of distributed scheduling problems and point out some directions for future studies.

Sparse large-scale multi-objective optimization problems(SLMOPs)are common in science and ***,the large-scale problem represents the high dimensionality of the decision space,requiring algorithms to traverse vast expanse with limited computational ***,in the context of sparse,most variables in Pareto optimal solutions are zero,making it difficult for algorithms to identify non-zero variables *** paper is dedicated to addressing the challenges posed by *** start,we introduce innovative objective functions customized to mine maximum and minimum candidate *** substantial enhancement dramatically improves the efficacy of frequent pattern *** this way,selecting candidate sets is no longer based on the quantity of nonzero variables they contain but on a higher proportion of nonzero variables within specific ***,we unveil a novel approach to association rule mining,which delves into the intricate relationships between non-zero *** novel methodology aids in identifying sparse distributions that can potentially expedite reductions in the objective function *** extensively tested our algorithm across eight benchmark problems and four real-world *** results demonstrate that our approach achieves competitive solutions across various challenges.

Most multimodal multi-objective evolutionary algorithms(MMEAs)aim to find all global Pareto optimal sets(PSs)for a multimodal multi-objective optimization problem(MMOP).However,in real-world problems,decision makers(DMs)may be also interested in local ***,searching for both global and local PSs is more general in view of dealing with MMOPs,which can be seen as generalized ***,most state-of-theart MMEAs exhibit poor convergence on high-dimension MMOPs and are unable to deal with constrained *** address the above issues,we present a novel multimodal multiobjective coevolutionary algorithm(Co MMEA)to better produce both global and local PSs,and simultaneously,to improve the convergence performance in dealing with high-dimension ***,the Co MMEA introduces two archives to the search process,and coevolves them simultaneously through effective knowledge *** convergence archive assists the Co MMEA to quickly approach the Pareto optimal *** knowledge of the converged solutions is then transferred to the diversity archive which utilizes the local convergence indicator and the-dominance-based method to obtain global and local PSs *** results show that Co MMEA is competitive compared to seven state-of-the-art MMEAs on fifty-four complex MMOPs.

Post-transplantation cyclophosphamide(PT-Cy)alone or in combination with other immunosuppressive drugs has emerged as a promising strategy in the setting of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell *** survival rate was reported in lymphoid malignancies following PT-Cy strategy compared with myeloid disease in non-myeloablative bone marrow transplant ***,we aimed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of PT-Cy combined with cyclosporine as graft-versus-host disease(GVHD)prophylaxis after myeloablative conditioning and T cell-replete peripheral stem cell transplantation in lymphoid *** single-arm phase Ⅱ clinical trial(NCT01435447)involving 31 adult patients was conducted from January 2013 to June *** donor-type neutrophil engraftment rate was 100%,and the overall incidence of grade Ⅱ to Ⅳ and grade Ⅲ to Ⅳ acute GVHD was 39%and 24%,*** cumulative incidence rates of chronic GVHD(35%),including moderate to severe forms(10%),were reduced compared with those of the historical group(P=0.03 and P=0.04,respectively).With a median follow-up of 18 months,the estimated 2-year overall and event-free survival was 64.8%(95%confidence interval:47.8%–86.7%)and 58.4%(95%CI:41.9%–81.7%),*** 2-year cumulative incidence rate of relapse was 19.5%(95%CI:9.0%–35.8%),whereas the non-relapse mortality rate was 21.8%(95%CI:11.3%–38.1%).These results demonstrated the feasibility of PT-Cy as GVHD prophylaxis in this clinical *** strategy could significantly reduce the incidence of chronic GVHD and its moderate to severe forms but not of acute GVHD and results in similar survival outcomes compared with the historical group.A prospective study with additional patients is warranted to confirm the role of PT-Cy in lymphoid malignancy.

Compound open channel flows appear in most natural rivers are of great importance in river management and flood *** this study,large eddy simulations were carried out to simulate the compound open channel flows with four different depth ratios(hr=0.10,0.25,0.50,and 0.75).The main flow velocity,secondary flow,Reynolds stress,and bed shear stress were obtained from numerical *** depth-averaged stream wise momentum equation was used to quantify the lateral momentum exchange between the main channel and *** instantaneous coherent structures were presented by the Q criterion *** impact of hr on flow structure and turbulence charac-teristics was *** results showed that with the increase of hr,the high velocity area in the main channel shifted to the floodplain,and the dip phenomenon became more obvious;the Reynolds stress largely contributed to the lateral momentum exchange within the flows near the side walls of floodplain;and the vortex structures were found to significantly increase in the floodplain region.
