In this paper, humic acid （HA） was ultra-filtered into different molecular weight sections and was characterized by multielement analysis, UV254/TOC, FT-IR and three-dimensional fluorescence spectrometric. Since humic acids of different molecular weights have different hydrophilic and molecular size, the maximum adsorption capacity of basic ion exchange resins appears on the humic acid whose molecular weight ranges from 6000 to 10,000 Da.

目的讨论具有饱和效应的控制措施对植物疾病传播过程的影响。方法建立了一类以移除感染植株和补种健康植株为控制措施的植物疾病模型,采用饱和函数刻画移除感染植株的数量。结果模型的无病平衡态和地方病平衡态均不稳定,不存在极限环。模型存在无穷远奇点,且不稳定。结论模型的解最终趋于连接3个奇点的异宿轨。

【目的】探究补肾祛瘀法对中、重度宫腔粘连的抗纤维化作用及经血中细胞外基质降解相关因子的影响。【方法】将124例肾虚血瘀证中、重度宫腔粘连并拟行宫腔镜宫腔粘连分离术(TCRA)的患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各62例。2组患者均给予TCRA治疗,对照组术后给予黄体酮+戊酸雌二醇片治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合补肾祛瘀方(以归肾汤加减)治疗,共治疗3个月经周期。观察2组患者治疗前后月经情况、阴道彩色多普勒超声检查指标、肾虚血瘀证评分和宫腔粘连评分的变化情况,检测2组患者治疗前后的血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、血小板源性生长因子(PDGF)、结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)以及基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)m RNA、基质金属蛋白酶抑制因子1(TIMP-1)mRNA、磷脂酰肌醇-3-羟激酶(PI3K)m RNA、Ⅰ型胶原A1蛋白(COL1A1)mRNA的表达水平,并评估2组患者的临床疗效和安全性。【结果】(1)疗效方面:治疗3个月经周期后,研究组患者的总有效率为93.55%(58/62),对照组为80.65%(50/62),组间比较,研究组的疗效明显优于对照组(P0.05),且经对症处理后,2组患者的不良反应症状均消失,同时研究过程中未见与服用中药相关的不良反应。【结论】补肾祛瘀方联合西药治疗宫腔粘连TCRA术后患者较单用西药治疗效果更佳,加用补肾祛瘀方可进一步促进患者月经恢复,改善子宫内膜血流循环,增加子宫内膜厚度,调节患者体内纤维化因子表达,并可上调PI3K、MMP-9 mRNA表达,恢复患者细胞外基质(ECM)平衡,预防宫腔再粘连,且临床使用安全。

Objective We aimed to evaluate the combined effects of a high body shape index(ABSI) and a high serum C-reactive protein(CRP) level on the incidence of ischemic stroke in a Mongolian population in China. Methods A prospective cohort study was conducted among 2,589 participants from June 2002 to July 2012 in Inner Mongolia, China. The participants were categorized into 4 groups according to their level of ABSI and CRP. Cox proportional hazards models were used to assess the hazard ratios(HRs) and 95% confidence intervals(CIs) for ischemic stroke among all groups. Results The multivariate adjusted HRs(95% CI) of ischemic stroke for high ABSI and high CRP level were 1.46(0.89-2.39) and 1.63(0.95-2.79), respectively. Compared with the low ABSI/low CRP level group, the multivariate adjusted HRs(95% CI) of ischemic stroke in the low ABSI/high CRP, high ABSI/low CRP, and high ABSI/high CRP groups were 1.04(0.46-2.35), 1.06(0.58-1.95) and 2.52(1.27-5.00), respectively. The HR of ischemic stroke for the high ABSI/high CRP level group was the highest and most statistically significant. Conclusion We found that participants with simultaneously high ABSI and high CRP levels had the highest risk of ischemic stroke in the Mongolian population. Our findings suggest that the combination of high ABSI and high CRP levels may increase the risk of ischemic stroke.

Automatic width control is a key issue in hot strip rolling process. The edge rolling has been widely used in the roughing stand of hot strip mill to control the width of the slab. However, the edge rolling and consequent hori- zontal rolling will cause a significant width change in the head part and tail part of the slab, which have to be trimmed before the finishing stands. Based on the width reduction deformation curve of the head and tail along the longitudinal direction of slab, the short stroke control （SSC） technology has been developed to overcome this problem. The finite element method has been used to simulate the unsteady edge rolling process. Three short stroke control curves have been compared in order to obtain the best width control result. The optimized short stroke control curve has been ap- plied to the automatic width control system of industrial hot rolling mill, and good performance is obtained.

针对采用呋喃自硬树脂砂、静压造型成形工艺生产的铸件在环状厚大部位中心处存在较严重的缩孔、缩松问题,提出了壳型精密成形工艺方案,基于高密度EPS雕刻白模,涂覆数层无机浆料和骨料,经烘干焙烧,制成强度高、内壁洁净、轮廓完整的壳型,埋置于陶粒砂中,在负压紧实状态下浇注金属液,提高金属液充型、凝固及补缩能力,得到了组织致密、外观光洁的精密铸件。壳型精密成形工艺采用物理条件控制和无粘结剂陶粒砂,过程易于控制,稳定可靠,循环使用,绿色环保,保证产品质量,综合效益显著。

Abstract Objective There is little knowledge on whether there is clustering of inflammatory biomarkers, such as C-reactive protein （CRP）, soluble intracellular adhesion molecule1-1 （slCAM-1）, and angiotensin It （Ang Ⅱ）, in individuals with hypertension in the Mongolian population. In the present study, we investigated this relationship in a Mongolian population in China. Methods A total of 2589 adult Mongolians, aged 20 years and older, were recruited as study participants. Data on demographics, lifestyle, family history of hypertension, blood pressure, and blood chemistry were collected, and inflammatory biomarkers were measured in all participants. Results The proportion of subjects with increased levels of two or three biomarkers was significantly higher in those with hypertension （21.0% and 6.0%, respectively） than in those with prehypertension （12.7% and 0.5%, respectively） or normotension （8.1% and 0.2%, respectively）. The multivariate adjusted odds ratios （95% confidence interval） of hypertension associated with increased levels of one, two or three biomarkers were 0.94 （0.72-1.22）, 1.42 （0.93-2.16）, and 11.08 （1.45-84.80）, respectively, compared with subjects with no increase in any biomarker. Conclusion Hypertension was associated with a cluster of inflammatory biomarkers in the Mongolian population.

Intracrustal low-velocity zones(LVZs)indicate a mechanically weak crust and are widely observed in the southeast margin of the Tibetan ***,their spatial distributions and formation mechanisms remain *** investigate their distribution and detailed morphology of the LVZs in the southeastern Tibetan Plateau,here we used teleseismic events and continuous waveform data recorded by 40 broadband seismic stations newly deployed in the Sichuan-Yunnan region from December 2018 to October 2020.A total of 12,924 high-quality P-wave receiver functions and 5–40 s fundamental Rayleigh surface wave phase velocity dispersion curves from ambient noise cross-correlation functions were *** Swave velocity model at a depth interval of 0–100 km in the study area was inverted by using the trans-dimensional Markov chain Monte Carlo strategy to jointly invert the complementary data of the receiver function waveform and Rayleigh surface wave phase velocity *** results show that there are two separate LVZs(~3.5 km/s)surrounding the rigid Daliangshan subblock at crustal depths of approximately 30–40 km,providing new constraints on the geometry of the LVZs in our study *** two LVZs obtained in this study may represent the middle crustal flow channels,through which the material in the center of the Tibetan Plateau extrudes to its southeast *** by the rigid Sichuan Basin and the spindle-like Daliangshan subblock,the material continues to flow southward through the mechanically weak middle crustal channels surrounding the Daliangshan *** addition,the existence of thin LVZs in the middle crust plays an important role in understanding the decoupling between the upper and lower crust in the study *** also provides new constraint on the complex tectonic deformation process of the southeastern margin of the Tibetan Plateau caused by the collision and compression of the Indian and the Eurasian plates.
