This paper addresses the problems of input-to-state stabilization and integral input-to-state stabilization for a class of nonlinear impulsive delayed systems subject to exogenous *** the information of plant’s states,time delays,and exogenous disturbances is often hard to be obtained,the key design challenge,which we resolve,is the construction of a state observer-based *** this purpose,we firstly propose a corresponding observer which is independent of time delays and exogenous disturbances to reconstruct(or estimate)the plant’s *** then based on the observations,we establish an observer-based control design for the plant to achieve the input-to-state stability(ISS)and integral-ISS(iISS)*** the help of the comparison principle and average impulse interval approach,some sufficient conditions are presented,and moreover,two different linear matrix inequalities(LMIs)based criteria are proposed to design the gain ***,two numerical examples and their simulations are given to show the effectiveness of our theoretical results.

An Optimal Feed Interpolator Based on G^2 Continuous Bézier Curves for High-Speed Machining of Linear Tool Path

A numerical control (NC) tool path of digital CAD model is widely generated as a set of short line segments in machining. However, there are three shortcomings in the linear tool path, such as discontinuities of tangency and curvature, huge number of line segments, and short lengths of line segments. These disadvantages hinder the development of high speed machining. To smooth the linear tool path and improve machining efficiency of short line segments, this paper presents an optimal feed interpolator based on G^2 continuous Bézier curves for the linear tool path. First, the areas suitable for fitting are screened out based on the geometric characteristics of continuous short segments (CSSs). CSSs in every area are compressed and fitted into a G^2 Continuous Bézier curve by using the least square method. Then a series of cubic Bézier curves are generated. However, the junction between adjacent Bézier curves is only G^0 continuous. By adjusting the control points and inserting Bézier transition curves between adjacent Bézier curves, the G^2 continuous tool path is constructed. The fitting error is estimated by the second-order Taylor formula. Without iteration, the fitting algorithm can be implemented in real-time environment. Second, the optimal feed interpolator considering the comprehensive constraints (such as the chord error constraint, the maximum normal acceleration, servo capacity of each axis, etc.) is proposed. Simulation and experiment are conducted. The results shows that the proposed method can generate smooth path, decrease the amount of segments and reduce machining time for machining of linear tool path. The proposed research provides an effective method for high-speed machining of complex 2-D/3-D profiles described by short line segments.

A critical pathway towards enhancing pulp mill biorefineries is to integrate the extraction and utilization of hemicelluloses into the pulping ***,an industrial pre-extraction strategy for hemicelluloses targeting eucalyptus kraft pulping process was *** solution or pulping white liquor was used to pre-extract hemicelluloses before the actual pulping *** response surface methodology(RSM)technique was applied to investigate the most suitable conditions to maximize the yield of these hemicelluloses while simultaneously minimizing the damage to pulp yields and ***(105 to 155℃),alkali concentration(3%to 8%),sulfidity(20%to 30%)and retention time(19 to 221 min)were combined to evaluate their effects on hemicellulose yields and chemical *** optimal pre-extraction conditions identified in this work(5.75%NaOH concentration,25%sulfidity at 135℃for 60 min)successfully allowed recovering 4.8%of hemicelluloses(based on the wood dry mass)and limited damages to pulp yields and *** cellulose content in pulp can even be increased by about 10%.Hemicellulose emulsification properties were also evaluated,which were comparable to synthetic *** study provides an industrial pathway to effectively separate and utilize wood hemicelluloses from the pulping process,which has the potential to improve the economy and material utilization of pulp and paper mills.

There is a large amount of information in the network data that we canexploit. It is difficult for classical community detection algorithms to handle network data with sparse topology. Representation learning of network data is usually paired with clustering algorithms to solve the community detection ***, there is always an unpredictable distribution of class clusters outputby graph representation learning. Therefore, we propose an improved densitypeak clustering algorithm (ILDPC) for the community detection problem, whichimproves the local density mechanism in the original algorithm and can betteraccommodate class clusters of different shapes. And we study the communitydetection in network data. The algorithm is paired with the benchmark modelGraph sample and aggregate (GraphSAGE) to show the adaptability of ILDPCfor community detection. The plotted decision diagram shows that the ILDPCalgorithm is more discriminative in selecting density peak points compared tothe original algorithm. Finally, the performance of K-means and other clusteringalgorithms on this benchmark model is compared, and the algorithm is proved tobe more suitable for community detection in sparse networks with the benchmarkmodel on the evaluation criterion F1-score. The sensitivity of the parameters ofthe ILDPC algorithm to the low-dimensional vector set output by the benchmarkmodel GraphSAGE is also analyzed.

Herein,we designed Comp.1 to simultaneously respond to two enzymes:alkaline phosphatase and matrix metalloproteinase 2,which is commonly found in highly malignant cancer cell lines containing B16-F10 murine melanoma cells and CT26 murine colon carcinoma *** used the regional differences in the expression levels of dual-markers to accurately release immune molecule IND into tumor microenvironment for the activation of anti-tumor related immune effects,while in-situ self-assembly *** dual-enzyme response process can further regulate the peptide precursors’self-assembly in the form of short rod-shaped nanofibers,enabling the delivery of the loaded chemotherapeutic drug HCPT into the cancer cells and further allowing the peptide assemblies to escape from lysosomes and return to cytoplasm in the form of tiny nanoparticles to induce apoptosis of cancer *** process does not occur in the single-positive breast cancer cell line MCF-7 or the normal hepatocytes cell line LO2,indicating the selectivity of the cancer cells exhibited using our *** vivo studies revealed that Comp.1 can effectively cooperate with chemotherapy to enhance the immunotherapy effect and induce immune responses associated with elevated pro-inflammatory cytokines in vivo to inhibit malignant tumors *** dual-enzyme responsive chemo-immunotherapy strategy feasible in anti-tumor treatment,provides a new avenue for regulating peptide self-assembly to adapt to diverse tumor properties and may eventually be used for the development of novel multifunctional anti-tumor nanomedicines.

Adsorption of Basic Dyes Using Walnut Shell-based Biochar Produced by Hydrothermal Carbonization

Hydrothermal carbon（HC） was prepared from walnut shells, which are abundant in Northeastern China. The prepared HC was used as a precursor to produce mtric acid modified carbon（MC）. The hydrothermal carbonization included dehydration and decarboxylation processes wherein the hemicellulose was completely decomposed and the celhilose was partly decomposed, with some oxygen-containing functional groups being produced. The aromati- city, specific surface area and pore content of the HC increased, but its polarity decreased. With 6 mol/L nitric acid and a modification time of 15 min, the specific surface area and pore content decreased, but the proportion of oxy- gen-containing fimctional groups on the surface increased significantly, thereby improving the dye adsorption performance. The adsorption of methylene blue and malachite green was best desclibed by the pseudo-second-order kinetic and Langmuir isotherm models. The adsorption capacity of MC was determined to be much larger than that of HC.
