This paper develops a distributed stochastic subgrandient-based support vector machine algorithm when training data to train support vector machines are distributed in the *** this situation,all the data are decentralized stored and unavailable to all agents and each agent has to make its own update based on its computation and communication with *** mild connectivity conditions,we show the convergence of the proposed algorithm even though the network topology is *** rate is also given for the proposed ***,we provide numerical simulations on a real classification training set to illustrate the effectiveness of the fully distributed algorithm.

Developing novel instruments and technologies for spatio-temporal and dynamic meas-urements of the intricate cellular effects involving molecular translocation, signal transduction, and molecular interactions inside living cells is essential for the cell and molecular biology science. For the purpose of monitoring and investigating molecular events in living cells at real-time, the surface plasmon resonance based cytosensor (SBCS) for cell cultur-ing and signal monitoring was established, and on the basis of it, the corresponding technology was also established by monitoring and analyzing SPR re-sponses induced in rat C6 glioma cells by phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA). The SPR signals induced by PMA in living C6 cells were significantly different from those groups without cells. These re-sponses were strongly dependent on and saturable to the concentrations of PMA, and could be sup-pressed by the specific and potent PKC inhibitors, which indicated that the measured signal could be the reflection of the redistribution of intracellular components near the cell membrane triggered by the activation of PKC. This research provides a quantita-tive and non-invasive technique to study the spa-tio-temporal characteristics of the cellular effects in living cells at real-time. Furthermore, this technology could also be widely used in the basic research as well as applied realms, such as space effects evaluation, environmental safety assessment, bio-logical weapon detection, cellular and molecular re-search, and drug screening.

Significant attenuation and overheating, caused by the absorption of the excitation band （980 nm） in water, are the major obstacles in the in vivo application of lanthanide-doped upconversion nanoparticles （UCNPs）. Therefore, appropriately- structured Nd3^＋-doped UCNPs with 808 nm excitation could be a promising alternative. Herein, we developed core-shell-shell structured Nd3^＋-sensitized UCNPs as imaging agents, and decorated them onto the surface of polydopamine （PDA） to construct a novel multifunctional core/satellite nanotheranostic （PDA@UCNPs） for in vivo imaging guidance photothermal therapy using single 808 nm laser irradiation. The core-shell-shell structured design enabled outstanding upconversion luminescence properties and strong X-ray attenuation, thereby making the nanocomposites potential candidates for excellent upconversion luminescence/computed tomography dual modal imaging. In addition, the PDA core not only provides high photothermal conversion efficiency and outstanding antitumor effect, but also endows the platform with robust biocompatibility owing to its natural features. Therefore, this multifunctional nanocomposite could be a promising theranostic in future oncotherapy, with high therapeutic effectiveness but low side effects. This study would stimulate interest in designing bio- application-compatible multifunctional nanocomposites, especially for cancer diagnosis and treatment in vivo.

The emission of coumarin 6（C-6） doped in opal polymethylmethacrylate（PMMA） photonic crystal（PC） was effectively manipulated. Meanwhile the energy transfer（ET） of C-6 in PCs, which are infiltrated with sulforho- damine B（S-B）, was influenced by the concentration of energy acceptor in solution, the size of PMMA micro- sphere（SM） and the photonic stop band（PSB）. The results should be beneficial to people to further understand the potential application of PCs in optoelectronic fields.

The morphology dependent of migration and recombination kinetics of charge carriers in the polymersolar cell based on poly {2,7′-9,9-dioctyfiuorene-alt-5-diethylhexyl-3,6-bis（5-bromothiophen-2-yl）pyrrolo[3,4-c]-pyrrole-1,4-dione}（PDPP-F） was investigated with photo-induced charge carrier extraction by linearly increasingvoltage technique. The recombination coefficient of charge carriers decreased and the mobility of charge carriersincreased, after the mass ratio of [6,6]-phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester（PCBM） increased from 3：2 to 2：***, both of them were sensitive to the applied electric field and could be together responsible for theimprovement of voltage performance of polymer solar cell.

Chiral metal nanoclusters(MNCs)are competitive candidates for fabricating circularly polarized light-emitting diodes(CPLEDs),but the device performance is greatly limited by the poor emission of MNCs in solid thin ***,host molecule enhanced aggregation induced emission(AIE)of MNCs is demonstrated for fabricating highly efficient ***,on the basis of the AIE effect of atomically precise enantiomeric(R/S)-4-phenylthiazolidine-2-thione capped silver(R/S-Ag_(6)(PTLT)_(6))NCs in solid thin films,1,3-bis(carbazol-9-yl)benzene(mCP)is introduced as a host molecule to control the orientation and packing arrangements of R/S-Ag_(6)(PTLT)_(6) NCs throughπ–πinteractions with the R/S-Ag_(6)(PTLT)_(6) NCs and further enhance the *** as-fabricated Ag_(6)(PTLT)_(6) NC/mCP hybrid solid thin film shows a high photoluminescence quantum yield of 71.0%close to that of Ag_(6)(PTLT)_(6) NC single *** the hybrid films are employed as the active emission layers of CPLEDs,mCP also suppresses the triplettriplet annihilation and balances the charge ***,the CPLEDs exhibit a maximum brightness of 3,906 cd/m^(2),peak external quantum efficiency of 10.0%,electroluminescence dissymmetry factors of−5.3×10^(−3)and 4.7×10^(−3).

As a typical contaminant in fossil fuels,vanadium has undergone dramatically increase due to the impacts from human *** excessive anthropogenic vanadium emissions have altered natural geochemical ***,research on vanadium geochemistry in the ocean,which is the major sink for vanadium mobilized on land,has lagged much behind relative to those of other *** we reconstruct historical patterns of vanadium in surface seawater utilizing a high-resolution temporal record(1984–2015 CE)of geochemical proxies(vanadium/calcium(V/Ca),δ^(18)O,δ^(13)C,etc.)in a Porites coral colony from an offshore non-estuarine island in the northern South China Sea(SCS).We find a close association between the surface winds and the temporal patterns of coral V/Ca ratios,revealing great potential for documenting prehistoric changes in tropical ***,the coral V/Ca record remarkably captured the temporal patterns of anthropogenic activities,offering a valuable and novel tool for testing the efficacy of specific legislation on pollution *** with the other reported coral vanadium data,we recovered the historical changes in vanadium emissions in the northern SCS and identified that changing industrial practices should be responsible for the differences in anthropogenic vanadium emissions at each *** results demonstrated that the coral V/Ca ratio at a high temporal resolution has great potential as a new and direct geochemical proxy for tropical cyclones after removing artificial disturbances in the ocean.

The effects of replacement on the optical properties of diketopyrrolopyrrole(DPP)-based polymers were discussed through replacing the thieno[3,2-b]thiophene units by thiophene *** is easy to see that the role of replacement would lead to blue shift of steady-state absorption spectrum when thieno[3,2-b]thiophene units is replaced by thiophene ***,the transient absorption data indicate that the role of replacement would not change the relaxation mechanism of polymer,but is able to adjust the photo-excitation relaxation rate of *** intensity-dependent dynamic curves show that the exciton-exciton annihilation(EEA)would participate in the relaxation process when the polymer is in the *** comparing the EEA data between the polymers,it is found that the role of replacement would change the spatial distribution of exciton.
