Reducing the process variation is a significant concern for resistive random access memory(RRAM).Due to its ultrahigh integration density,RRAM arrays are prone to lithographic variation during the lithography process,introducing electrical variation among different RRAM *** this work,an optical physical verification methodology for the RRAM array is developed,and the effects of different layout parameters on important electrical characteristics are systematically *** results indicate that the RRAM devices can be categorized into three clusters according to their locations and lithography *** read resistance is more sensitive to the locations in the array(~30%)than SET/RESET voltage(lication of the optical proximity correction technique can help to reduce the variation to less than 10%,whereas it reduces RRAM read resistance by 4×,resulting in a higher power and area *** such,we provide design guidelines to minimize the electrical variation of RRAM arrays due to the lithography process.

Ultra-high nickel material is considered to be a promising cathode ***,with the increase of nickel content,the interfacial side reactions between the cathode and electrolyte become increasingly ***,an atomically controllable ionic conductor li_(3)PO_(4)(LPO)coating is deposited on the liNi_(0.90)Co_(0.06)Mn_(0.04)O_(2)(NCM9064)based electrode by the atomic layer deposition *** results shows that the LPO coating is uniformly and densely covered on the surface of secondary particles of NCM9064,helping to prevent the direct contact between the electrolyte and cathode during the chargingdischarging *** addition,the coating layer is electrochemically *** a result,the interfacial side reactions during the long cycle are effectively suppressed,and the solid electrolyte interphase layer at the interface is *** electrode with 20 layers of LPO deposition(ALD-LPO-20)exhibits an excellent capacity retention of 81%after 200 cycles in 2.8-4.3 V at 25℃,which is 18%higher than the unmodified material(ALD-LPO-0).Besides,the moderate LPO coating improves the rate capability and high temperature cycling performance of *** study provides a method for the modification of ultra-high nickel cathode materials and corresponding electrodes.

Here,a facile strategy is proposed for the preparation of lithiated graphdiyne quantum dots(GDY-li QDs)with conjugated sp-and sp2-hybridized carbons by the self-assembly technique ofπ–πstacking of lithiated hexaethynylbezene under mild *** as-prepared GDY-li QDs,containing stacked multialkynyl aromatic backbone and abundant lithium(li),show an average diameter of about 2.6 nm and good dispersion in the *** distinctive structures endow GDY-li QDs with superior properties that cannot be matched by traditional QDs,such as strong ion adsorption,li-ion self-concentration,high li-ion conductivity,the nanoconfinement effect,and ion solvation *** from these features,GDY-li QDs can stabilize limetal anodes to effectively suppress li-dendrite growth and significantly improve its li plating/stripping coulombic efficiency(99.3%in the carbonate electrolyte).The full cells with GDY-li QDs protected li-metal anodes,and liNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn^(0.1)O_(2)cathodes delivered high capacity and excellent cycling stability at high rates,which demonstrates the great potential of GDY-li QDs for application in fast-charging li-metal batteries.

The sluggish lithium-ion(li-ion)transport kinetics in graphite anode hinders its application in fast-charging li-ion batteries(liBs).Here,we develop an ionpumping interphase(IPI)on graphdiyne(GDY)/graphite heterojunction anodes to boost the ionic transport kinetics and enable high-performance,fast-charging *** IPI changed the ion solvation/desolvation environment by covalent/non-covalent interactions with li ions or solvents to optimize solid-electrolyte interphase(SEI)and regulate li-ion transport *** studied the in situ growth of few-layer GDY on graphite surface(GDY/graphite)as the IPI and found that the strong interaction between GDY and li ions enabled surface-induced modification of the ion solvation behavior and surface-assisted desolvation effect to accelerate the li-ion desolvation process.A functional anion-derived SEI layer with improved li-ion conductivity was *** with the generated built-in electric field at GDY/graphite hetero-interface self-pumping li ions to intercalate into the graphite,the li-ion transport kinetics was significantly enhanced to effectively eliminate li plating and large voltage polarization of the graphite anodes.A fast li intercalation in GDY/graphite without li oversaturation at the edge of the graphite was directly *** superior performance with high capacity(139.2 mA h g^(-1))and long lifespan(1650 cycles)under extremely fast-charging conditions(20 C,1 C=372 mA g^(-1))was achieved on GDY/graphite *** at low temperatures(-20℃),a specific capacity of 128.4 mA h g^(-1) was achieved with a capacity retention of 80%after 500 cycles at a 2 C rate.

To develop pure aluminum alloys with high conductivity and strength, Al-0.2Ce and Al-0.2Ce-0.1Y alloys were prepared by rolling and annealing processes in this study. The effects of trace rare earth elements on the strength and electrical conductivity of the pure aluminum alloys were investigated. It is revealed that the addition of Ce and Y to pure aluminum can effectively enhance the strength and electrical conductivity of the alloys. In Al-0.2Ce, the addition of Ce can effectively refine the grain size of a-Al, with an average grain size of 90.68 μm in the as-cast state. The grain size of the alloy is further reduced to 87.55 μm by the simultaneous addition of Y. The synergistic addition of Ce and Y changes the properties of the alloy. The addition of Ce and Y also produces the Al_(11)Ce_(3) and Al_(3)Y second phases, which have coherent relationship with a-Al. The two-dimensional mismatch degree was calculated to be only 4.43%and 0.85%, respectively, which can provide a certain amount of nucleation substrate for a-Al in the incubation stage. The interfacial match between the L1_(2)structure of Al_(3)Y and a-Al was calculated using first-principles simulations. The results indicate that Al_(3)Y has a strong bonding effect with a-Al. Nanoscale second phases at grain boundaries can be effective in reducing resistivity due to dislocation *** second phases with better matching interfaces to the substrate have no positive effect on the scattering motion of electrons.

Thermally conductive polymer nanocomposites integrated with lightweight,excellent flexural strength,and high fracture toughness(KIc)would be of great use in many ***,achieving all of these properties simultaneously remains a great *** by natural nacre,here we demonstrate a lightweight,strong,tough,and thermally conductive boron nitride nanosheet/epoxy layered(BNNEL)*** of the layered structure and enhancing the interfacial interactions through hydrogen bonding and Si–O–B covalent bonding,the resulting nacre-inspired BNNEL nanocomposites show high fracture toughness of~4.22 MPa·m^(1/2),which is 7 folds as high as pure ***,the BNNEL nanocomposites demonstrate sufficient flexural strength(~168.90 MPa,comparable to epoxy resin),while also being lightweight(~1.23 g/cm^(3)).Additionally,the BNNEL nanocomposites display a thermal conductivity(κ)of~0.47 W/(m·K)at low boron nitride nanosheet loading of 2.08 vol.%,which is 2.7 times higher than that of pure epoxy *** developed nacre-inspired strategy of layered structure design and interfacial enhancement provides an avenue for fabricating high mechanical properties and thermally conductive polymer nanocomposites.

Understanding the topographic patterns of the seafloor is a very important part of understanding our *** the science involved in bathymetric surveying has advanced much over the decades,less than 20%of the seafloor has been precisely modeled to date,and there is an urgent need to improve the accuracy and reduce the uncertainty of underwater survey *** this study,we introduce a pretrained visual geometry group network(VGGNet)method based on deep *** apply this method,we input gravity anomaly data derived from ship measurements and satellite altimetry into the model and correct the latter,which has a larger spatial coverage,based on the former,which is considered the true value and is more *** obtaining the corrected high-precision gravity model,it is inverted to the corresponding bathymetric model by applying the gravity-depth *** choose four data pairs collected from different environments,i.e.,the Southern Ocean,Pacific Ocean,Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea,to evaluate the topographic correction results of the *** experiments show that the coefficient of determination(R~2)reaches 0.834 among the results of the four experimental groups,signifying a high *** standard deviation and normalized root mean square error are also evaluated,and the accuracy of their performance improved by up to 24.2%compared with similar research done in recent *** evaluation of the R^(2) values at different water depths shows that our model can achieve performance results above 0.90 at certain water depths and can also significantly improve results from mid-water depths when compared to previous ***,the bathymetry corrected by our model is able to show an accuracy improvement level of more than 21%within 1%of the total water depths,which is sufficient to prove that the VGGNet-based method has the ability to perform a gravity-bathymetry correction and achieve outstanding results.

Emerging evidence has indicated the linkage of traffic noise with cardiovascular diseases,However,there’s a lack of extensive studies exploring the linkage of traffic noise with cardiometabolic risk factors such as ***,the role of diet in the associations remains *** aim is to prospectively examine the linkage of road traffic noise with obesity,especially by focusing on evaluating the impact of *** recruited in the UK Biobank with at least one repeated measurement of obesity indicators including body mass index(BMI),waist circumference(WC),waist-to-hip ratio(WhR),and waist-to-height ratio(WhtR)were *** Common Noise Assessment Methods of the simplified version were used to estimate road traffic noise *** were categorized into“less meat intake”and“more meat intake”based on the median of meat intake,assessed by the frequency of unprocessed red meat and processed meat *** Poisson regression models were employed to evaluate the linkage of road traffic noise with ***,the modification effects of meat intake on this relationship were *** incidence risk ratios(IRRs)and 95%confidence interval(CI)of overall obesity,WC-based central obesity,WhR-based central obesity,and WhtR-based central obesity were 1.11(1.02,1.21),1.09(1.03,1.14),1.06(1.02,1.10),and 1.08(1.02,1.13),respectively,for every 10 dB(A)increase for *** with individuals with lower meat intake,those with higher meat intake exhibited a stronger linkage of road traffic noise with central *** prospective study demonstrates a linkage of road traffic noise with obesity,emphasizing the significance of diet on traffic noise-related obesity risk.
