The electroreduction of CO2 to valuable chemicals and fuels offers an effective mean for energy *** CO2 has been efficiently converted into C1 products(e.g.,carbon monoxide,formic acid,methane and methanol),its convention into high value-added multicarbon hydrocarbons with high selectivity and activity still remains *** we demonstrate the formation of multi-shelled CuO microboxes for the efficient and selective electrocatalytic CO2 reduction to *** a structure favors the accessibility of catalytically active sites,improves adsorption of reaction intermediate(CO),inhibits the diffusion of produced OH−and promotes C-C coupling *** to these unique advantages,the multi-shelled CuO microboxes can effectively convert CO2 into C2H4 with a maximum faradaic efficiency of 51.3%in 0.1 M *** work provides an effective way to improve CO2 reduction efficiency via constructing micro-and nanostructures of electrocatalysts.

A new kind of polytriazoleimide containing bisphenyl-l,2,3-triazole （BPT） was synthesized by copper-catalyzed 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of azides and alkynes （CuAAC） and polycondensation. The thermal stability and degradation mechanism of the polytriazoleimide were investigated. The results show that the structure of BPT in polytriazoleimide transforms to phenylindole after thermal treatment, accompanying the release of NE.

Mikania micrantha Kunth is an invasive alien weed and known as a plant killer around the *** and rapidly identifying *** in the wild is important for monitoring its growth status,as this helps management officials to take the necessary steps to devise a comprehensive strategy to control the invasive weed in the identified ***,this approach still mainly depends on satellite remote sensing and manual *** cost is high and the accuracy rate and efficiency are *** acquired color images of the monitoring area in the wild environment using an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)and proposed a novel network-MmNet-based on a deep Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)to identify *** in the *** network consists of AlexNet Local Response Normalization(LRN),along with the GoogLeNet and continuous convolution of VGG inception *** training and testing,the identification of 400 testing samples by MmNet is very good,with accuracy of 94.50%and time cost of 10.369 ***,in quantitative comparative analysis,the proposed MmNet not only has high accuracy and efficiency but also simple construction and outstanding *** with recently popular CNNs,MmNet is more suitable for the identification of *** in the ***,to meet the challenge of wild environments,more *** images need to be acquired for MmNet *** addition,the classification labels need to be sorted in more ***,this research provides some theoretical and scientific basis for the development of intelligent monitoring and early warning systems for *** and other invasive species.

Influence of Si Content on Properties of Ti1-xSixN Coatings

To investigate the evolution of microstructure and wear behavior of TiSiN coatings with the variation of Si in targets and lays the foundation for its controllable mass production, Ti1-xSixN composite coatings were deposited onto Si(100) and cemented carbide substrates using TiSi targets with different Si content by cathodic arc ion plating. The influences of Si on the microstructure and mechanical properties were studied. Nano-amorphous composite structure appeared in the Ti1-xSixN coatings when Si content in TiSi target was higher than 5 at%. However, further increase of Si content in TiSi target exhibited a negligible effect on the microstructure of Ti1-xSixN coatings. Hardness and deformation resistance were correlated to the content of Si in TiSi targets. Maximum hardness was obtained as the Si content in target increased up to 20 at%. Friction coefficient and wear rate significantly decreased with addition of Si in TiN coating, and then dually increased with the increase of Si content in targets.

Invasive alien species(IAS) are species whose introduction to areas outside of their native range cause harm to economics, biodiversity, and the environment. Understanding the genetic basis of invasiveness is critical for preventing invasion by an alien species and managing IAS with eco-friendly control methods. In addition, uncovering the genomic features of IAS is essential for accurately predicting invasiveness. However, even though increasing efforts have been devoted to sequencing the genomes of IAS, there is still not an integrated genome database for the invasive biology community. Here, we first determined a list of invasive plants and animals by mining references and databases. Then, we retrieved the genomic and gene data of these IAS, and constructed a database, Invasion DB. Invasion DB encompasses 131 IAS genomes, 76 annotated IAS assemblies, and links these data to conventional functions such as searching for gene coding sequences and Pfam, KEGG, NR annotations, BLAST server, JBrowse, and downloads services. Next, we analyzed 19 invasivenessrelated gene families which confer invasiveness in insects. To study the roles of noncoding RNA in invasiveness, we also annotated 135 494 mi RNAs, 89 294 r RNAs, and 2 671 941 t RNAs from these IAS. In summary, Invasion DB is useful for studying the invasiveness at the genomic level, and thus helps to develop novel management strategies to control IAS.

Microstructure Evolution of T91 Heat-Resistant Steels after Long-Time Aging

To investigate the evolution of microstructure damage degree and the precipitated phases of heat-resistant metal in power plant under high temperature and stress environment, the high- temperature aging tests were conducted to investigate the aging behavior of T91 steel at different temperatures and stress. The optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and transmis- sion electron microscopy were used to investigate the structure and precipitated phases, the results showed that the orientation characteristics of tempered martensite was dispersed, and the grain size is obviously increased. The density of dislocation decreased with increasing temperature and stress. The important strengthen- ing phase of M23C6 （M=Fe, Cr） was coarsened by the diffusion of main alloying elements Cr, while the smaller size MX （M=Nb,V; X=C, N） phase distributed in the grain is relatively stable in the aging.

Real-time quantitative PCR(qPCR)is a reliable and widely used technique for analyzing the expression profiles of target genes in different species,and reference genes with stable expressions have been introduced for the normalization of the ***,stability evaluation should be considered as the initial step for qPCR *** fall armyworm Spodoptera frugiperda(***)(Lepidoptera:Noctuidae)is a polyphagous pest that consumes many plant species and seriously threatens corn production around the ***,no studies thus far have examined the stability of reference genes in this *** this study,the expression profiles of the eight candidate reference genes of Actin,elongation factor 1 alpha(EF1α),elongation factor 2(EF2),glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase(GAPDH),ribosomal protein L3(RPL3),ribosomal protein L13(RPL13),alpha-tubulin(α-TUB),and beta-1-tubulin(β-1-TUB)were obtained from *** in different samples and the stability was evaluated byΔCt,BestKeeper,geNorm,NormFinder,and RefFinder *** results of pairwise variation(V)calculated by GeNorm indicated two reference genes could be selected for ***,the combinations of the most stable reference genes for different experimental conditions of *** were shown as follows:EF2 and RPL13 for developmental stages,RPL3 andβ-1-TUB for larval tissue samples,EF2 and EF1αfor the larval samples treated with different temperatures,RPL3 and EF1αfor the larval samples under starvation stress,and RPL13 and EF1αfor all the *** results lay the foundation for the normalization of qPCR analyses in *** and could help guarantee the accuracy of subsequent research.

目的基于广东省与江苏省工业设计产业发展的实践现状,以提升工业设计产业发展竞争力,提出未来发展应对对策。方法通过实地考察、桌面研究与访谈法等,从政策、经济两个维度对广东省与江苏省的工业设计产业发展现状实施调研、数据收集;借助比较法,比较了两省出台工业设计产业发展政策内容的共性与异性,还比较了两省工业设计产业发展经济GDP指数、产业结构与产业基础。结论结合两省工业设计产业发展的政策与经济现状,提出了相应策略:在政策层面,引导企业科学理解并采纳设计全生命周期管理作为发展战略,注重打造“设计+”产业链供应链,充分发挥各类平台的服务作用;在经济层面,应聚焦工业设计为产业集群赋能,不断扩大产业规模,将原创力、设计力和创新驱动力转化为企业的竞争力,同时打造新的服务和伙伴关系。
