New sour pools have recently found in the Lower Triassic Feixianguan Fm carbonate reservoirs in the East Sichuan Basin in China with hS up to 17.4%by volume.A recent blowout from a well drilled into this formation killed hundreds of people as a result of the percentage concentrations of *** order to assess the origin of fatal hS as well as the cause of petroleum alteration,hS concentrations and the isotopes,δS andδC have been collected and measured in gas samples from ***,pyrite and elemental sulphurδS values have been measured for *** high concentrations of hS gas are found to occur at depths>3000 m(temperature now at～100℃) in evaporated platform facies oolitic dolomite or limestone that contains anhydrite nodule occurrence within the *** hS concentrations are greater than 10%itsδS values lie between +12.0 and +13.2‰*** is within the range of anhydriteδS values found within the Feixianguan Fm(+11.0 to + 21.7‰;average 15.5±3.5‰CDT).Thus hS must have been generated by thermochemical sulphate reduction(TSR) locally within the *** history analysis and fluid inclusion data reveal that the temperature at which TSR occurred was greater than about 130-140℃,suggesting that the present depth-temperature minimum is an artifact of post-TSR *** methane and ethane were actively involved in TSR since the petroleum became almost totally dry(no alkanes except methane) and methaneδC values become significantly heavier as TSR ***δC difference thus reflects the extent of TSR. while it is tempting to use a present-day depth control(>3000 m) to predict the distribution of hS in the Feixianguan Fm,this is an invalid approach since TSR occurred when the formation was buried some 1000-2000 m deeper than it is at *** likelihood of differential uplift across the basin means that it is important to develop a basinal understanding of the thermal history of the Feixianguan Fm so that it is possible to de

Background and Aims:Recurrent infection of hepatitis C virus (hCV) in liver transplant (LT) recipients is universal and associated with significant morbidity and ***:we retrospectively evaluated the safety and efficacy of ledipasvir/sofosbuvir with and without ribavirin in LT recipients with recurrent genotype 1 hepatitis ***:Eighty-five LT recipients were treated for recurrent hCV with ledipasvir/sofosbuvirwith and without ribavirin for 12 or 24 *** mean (± standard deviation [SD]) time from LT to treatment initiation was 68 (±71) *** mean (± SD) age of the cohort was 63 (±8.6) years *** recipients were male (70%).Baseline alanine transaminase,total bilirubin,and hCV ribonucleic acid (RNA) values (± SD) were 76.8 (±126)mg/dL,0.8 (±1.3) U/L,and 8,010,421.9 (±12,420,985)IU/mL,*** of 43 recipients who were treated with ribavirin required drug cessation due to side effects,with 4 of those being anemia *** recipient discontinued the ledipasvir/***-one percent of recipients had undetectable viral levels at 4 weeks after starting therapy,and all recipients had complete viral suppression at the end of *** sustained viral response at 12 weeks after completion of therapy was 94%.Conclusion:Ledipasvir and sofosbuvir with and without ribavirin therapy is an effective and well-tolerated interferon-free treatment for recurrent hCV infection after *** is not uncommon in LT recipients receiving ribavirin.

Src homology 2 domain-containing inositol-5-phosphatase 1 （ShIP1） negatively regulates TLR4-mediated LPS response primarily through a phosphatase activity- and PI-3K-independent mechanism

Src homology 2 (Sh2) domain containing inositol 5 phosphatase 1 (ShIP1) plays important roles in negatively regulating the activation of immune cells primarily via the phosphoinositide 3 kinase (PI-3K) pathway by catalyzing the PI-3K product Ptdlns-3,4,5P3 (phosphatidylinositol 3,4,5-triphosphate) into Ptdlns-3,4P2. however, the role of ShIP1 in Toll-like receptor 4 (T1.R4)-mediated lipopolysaccharide (LPS) response remains unclear. here we demonstrate that ShIP1 negatively regulates ***-induced inflammatory response via both phosphatase activity-dependent and -independent mechanisms in macrophages. ShIP1 becomes tyrosine phosphorylated and up-regulated upon LPS stimulation in RAw264. 7 macrophages. ShIPl- specific RNA-interfering and ShIP1 overexpression experiments demonstrate that ShIP1 inhibits ***-induced tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-alpha) and interleukin 6 (IL-6) production by negatively regulating the LPS-induced combination between T1.R4 and myeloid differentiation factor 88 (myD88) ; activation of Ras (p21^ras protein), PI-3K, extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1/2 (ERK1/2), p38, and c-Jun Nh2-terminal klnase (JNK) ; and degradation of lkappaB-alpha. ShIP1 also significantly inhibits *** induced mitogen-activated protein kinase (mAPK) activation in TLR4-reconstitited COS7 cells. Although ShIPl-mediated inhibition of PI-3K is dependent on its phosphatase activity, phosphatase activity-disrupted mutant ShIP1 remains inhibitory to LPS-induced TNF-alpha production. Neither disrupting phosphatase activity nor using the PI-3K pathway inhibitor I.Y294002 or wortmannin could significantly block Sh1P1-mediated inhibition of LPS-induced ERK1/2, p38, and JNK activation and TNF-alpha production, demonstrating that ShIP1 inhibits LPS-induced activation of mAPKs and cytokine production primarily by a phosphatase activity- and PI-3K-independent mechanism.

To achieve high quality InGaAsN solar cell, impurities that originated by N precursor in GaAsN thin films were studied. The films are grown on GaAs(001) substrates by chemical beam epitaxy (CBE) method using monomethylhydrazine (mmh) or 1,1-dimethylhydrazine (Dmh) as nitrogen precursor. The reaction of N precursors on the substrates was observed by temperature program desorption (TPD) and concentration of impurities were measured by secondary ion mass spectroscopy (SImS). From the measurements of TPD, mmh reaction path on a substrate surface is considered as follows: at first N-N bond breaks, then Nh and Nh(Ch) absorb on the surface. Nh and Nh(Ch) desorbs from the surface at 430 and 280°C, respectively. The shoulder of Nh(Ch) desorption peak extended to 380°C. This reaction model is consistent with C and N concentrations in the films measured by SImS. By using Dmh as N precursor, C incorporation can be reduced because N(Ch) desorbs from the surface at lower temperature than Nh(Ch).

＜正＞Ionization or ionic dissociation of chlorosulfonic acid （hSO3Cl） in the clusters hSO3Cl-（h2O）n （n=1-3） and hSO3Cl-Nh3-（h2O）n （n=0,1） is investigated by density functional theory and ab initio molecular orbital theory. The equilibrium structures, binding energies, and harmonic frequencies are calculated using the hybrid density functional （B3LYP） method with the 6-311++G** basis sets and the second order mφller-Plesset approximation （mP2） method with the 6-311++G** basis set.

Introduction: malnutrition is a pathological state resulting from the relative deficiency or excess of one or more essential nutrients, whether manifested clinically or detected only by biochemical, anthropometric or physiological analyses. The overall objective was to assess the quality of management of acute malnutrition in children aged 0 - 24 months at the Boulbinet health center. methodology: This was a prospective descriptive study lasting six (06) months from may 5 to October 5, 2018. The study included all children aged 0 to 24 months. Results: Acute malnutrition in children aged 0 - 24 months accounted for 2.11% of cases. The sex ratio was 1.41 in favor of males. The mean age of our patients was 5 months 7 days, with extremes of 1 month and 6 months. The majority came from Ra toma (40.24%). Exclusive breastfeeding was most common (54.02%). The main clinical signs were: pallor 49.42%, diarrhea 46.67, oral lesions37.96%. SAm represented 89.66% and mAm 10.34%. most associated pathologies: anemia 49.42% and oral candidiasis 37.93%. In terms of outcome, we recorded 56.32% cures, 20.69% deaths, 18.39% dropouts and 4.60% cures. Conclusion: Improving the quality of care for malnourished children aged 0 - 24 months requires raising awareness among mothers and the general public of the consequences of malnutrition.
