The current study aimed to compare the effects of increasing concentrations of dietary threonine(Thr),tryptophan(Trp),and glycine(Gly)on growth performance,stress biomarkers,and intestinal function in broiler chickens under multiple stress *** hundred sixty broiler chickens at 21 d old were randomly allotted to 5 treatments with 8 *** in a positive control(PC)treatment were raised under low stock density(16.9 birds/m2 per cage)with recommended environmental conditions,whereas birds in 4 treatments were subjected to multiple stress conditions:a cyclic heat stress of 30±0.3°C for 10 h and 23±0.2°C for 14 h per day with high stock density(25.3 birds/m2 per cage).A basal diet was assigned to both PC and negative control(NC)*** additional diets were individually formulated to contain double concentrations of digestible Thr,Trp,or Gly+Ser compared with their concentrations in the basal *** experiment lasted for 14 *** showed that NC treatment had less growth performance(Phelial electrical resistance(TEER;Pher corticosterone(CORT)concentrations than PC *** treatment showed the least(Phad less(P=0.026)feather CORT concentrations,but had greater(Phan NC *** conclusion,increasing concentrations of dietary Thr,Trp,or Gly improve the growth performance and intestinal health in broiler chickens with decreasing stress response under multiple stress conditions.

This study explored how mental health professionals collaborate with peer supporters with mental disabilities in a community mental health *** January 19 to February 23,2021,three 60 min interviews were conducted with six mental health professionals working at a Korean community *** results were qualitatively analyzed and divided into four themes and eight *** four themes were the perceptions of and challenges in working with peer supporters with mental disabilities,conflict and confusion about working with peer supporters,forming partnerships with peer supporters,and policy support for peer supporters’job *** reported vague anxiety about working with a peer supporter and difficulties with the trial-and-error process of adjusting to the role as *** time,however,they realized that they needed to make an effort to develop meaningful relationships with peer supporters and mental health ***,through this study,we realized that there was a need to improve the system,such as building infrastructure for job stability for peer support workers and capacity building tailored to the mental *** peer supporters play various roles while working with mental health professionals,this study showed the possibility of mutual growth through communication and *** findings will help prepare systems necessary for collaboration between the two teams amidst the increasing institutionalization of peer support for mental disorders.

The quality of infant flours used during the weaning age is of great importance in that it conditions the nutritional health of infants and young children. This study aimed to assess the nutritional and sanitary quality of infant flours produced in the city of Ouagadougou. This was a cross-sectional study including 11 out of 25 infant flour production units that gave their consent to partake in the study. In total, 25 infant flour samples have been collected from July to September 2021. The physicochemical and microbiological parameters were determined according to standard methods. The ANOVA analysis of variance showed significant differences between the means of the physico-chemical and the means of the microbiological parameters respectively. The results showed that 60% of proteins and 80% of lipid and total carbohydrate contents were below the authorised limits. The energy values were below the authorised limit in 88% of the cases. All instant infant flours had microbiological loads compliant with Burkinabè standards. As for infant flour to be cooked, 63.64% and 81.82% had satisfactory numbers of total coliforms and faecal coliforms respectively. Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were detected in these samples with 86.36% of infant formulae having results below the recommended limit. These results show that the infant flours produced in Ouagadougou were somehow of acceptable quality. however, there is a need to improve the formulae for macronutrient contents, energy values and sanitary quality to comply with the recommendations.

The performance of the model algorithm control method is partially based on the accuracy of the system＇s model. It is difficult to obtain a good model of a nonlinear system, especially when the nonlinearity is high. Neural networks have the ability to ＂learn＂the characteristics of a system through nonlinear mapping to represent nonlinear functions as well as their inverse functions. This paper presents a model algorithm control method using neural networks for nonlinear time delay systems. Two neural networks are used in the control scheme. One neural network is trained as the model of the nonlinear time delay system, and the other one produces the control inputs. The neural networks are combined with the model algorithm control method to control the nonlinear time delay systems. Three examples are used to illustrate the proposed control method. The simulation results show that the proposed control method has a good control performance for nonlinear time delay systems.

Autonomous navigation of a mobile robot in an unknown environment with highly cluttered obstacles is a fundamental issue in mobile robotics research. we propose an adaptive network fuzzy inference system(ANFIS) based navigation controller for a differential drive mobile robot in an unknown environment with cluttered obstacles. Ultrasonic sensors are used to capture the environmental information around the mobile robot. A training data set required to train the ANFIS controller has been obtained by designing a fuzzy logic based navigation controller. Additive white Gaussian noise has been added to the sensor readings and fed to the trained ANFIS controller during mobile robot navigation, to account for the effect of environmental noise on sensor readings. The robustness of the proposed navigation controller has been evaluated by navigating the mobile robot in three different environments. The performance of the proposed controller has been verified by comparing the travelled path length/efficiency and bending energy obtained by the proposed method with reference mobile robot navigation controllers, such as neural network, fuzzy logic, and ANFIS. Simulation results presented in this paper show that the proposed controller has better performance compared with reference controllers and can successfully navigate in different environments without any collision with obstacles.

A machine learning-based prediction of the self-heating characteristics and the negative temperature coefficient(NTC)effect detection of nanocomposites incorporating carbon nanotube(CNT)and carbon fiber(CF)is *** CNT content was fixed at 4.0 wt.%,and CFs having three different lengths(0.1,3 and 6 mm)at dosage of 1.0 wt.%were added to fabricate the *** self-heating properties of the specimens were evaluated via self-heating *** on the experiment results,two types of artificial neural network(ANN)models were constructed to predict the surface temperature and electrical resistance,and to detect a severe NTC *** present predictions were compared with experimental values to verify the applicability of the proposed ANN *** ANN model for data prediction was able to predict the surface temperature and electrical resistance closely,with corresponding R-squared value of 0.91 and 0.97,*** ANN model for data detection could detect the severe NTC effect occurred in the nanocomposites under the self-heating condition,as evidenced by the accuracy and sensitivity values exceeding 0.7 in all criteria.

Phylogeny and infrageneric relationships were reconstructed for Korean Viola(Violaceae) using eight chloroplast sequences:the atpB-rbcL intergenic spacer,the atpF-h intergenic spacer,the matK gene,the psbA-trnh intergenic spacer,the psbK-I intergenic spacer,the rpl16 intron,the rpoC1 exon 2,and the trnL-trnF *** combined analyses of the eight chloroplast regions suggest that sections Dischidium and Chamaemelanium are monophyletic,whereas section Nomimium is paraphyletic;sections Dischidium and Chamaemelanium form a clade with subsections hypocarpae and Trigonocarpae of section Nomimium,but unresolved within the clade;two subsections(*** and Vaginatae) of section Nomimium form a clade and are placed between the stem and stemless species group;and subsection Patellares of section Nomimium is monophyletic,and Viola dissecta is diverged first in the clade with high support(BS = 100,PP = 100).Our present results support the subsectional grouping based on morphological characteristics,although discordance remained at the series level.
