Background:Interleukin 13 receptor subunit alpha 2(IL13RA2)plays an essential role in the progression of many ***,the role of IL13RA2 in infantile haemangioma(IH)is still *** and Methods:IL13RA2 expression in IH tissues was analyzed using western blot,qRT-PCR,and *** role of IL13RA2 in haemangioma-derived endothelial cells(HemECs)was determined following knockdown or overexpression of IL13RA2 using CCK-8,colony formation,apoptosis,wound healing,tubule formation,Transwell,and western ***:IL13RA2 expression was upregulated in IH ***13RA2 overexpression promoted proliferation,migration,and invasion of HemECs and induced glycolysis,which was confirmed with a glycolysis ***,IL13RA2 interacted withβ-catenin and activated the wnt/β-catenin pathway in HemECs,which were involved in the above-mentioned effects of ***:these findings revealed that targeting IL13RA2 is a potential therapeutic approach for IH.

1 Project overview the“Beishan No.1”,the world’s first-ever hard rock Tunnel Boring machine(TBM)tailored for high-gradient spiral tunnels,constitutes a pivotal element within the Beishan Underground Research Laboratory(URL)initiative in *** URL,the first URL for geological disposal of high level radioactive waste(HLw)in China,is a national key construction project listed in the“13th Five-Year Plan”.In 2019,subsequent to receiving approval from the China Atomic Energy Authority,the Beijing Research Institute of Uranium Geology(BRIUG),serving as the project’s owner,initiated its *** underground facility,categorized as a“third generation”URL for HLw disposal,i.e.,area-specific URL,was located in Beishan,Jiuquan City,Gansu Province,China,following more than three decades of rigorous research on site selection.

INTRODUCTION Japan’s first successful lunar landing mission,Smart Lander for Investigating Moon(SLIM),was landed on the Moon on January 19th,*** made a precise landing within 100 m of the targeted landing zone(central coordinates 13.316°S,25.251°E),which is located around the Shioli crater(D=270 m,central coordinates as 13.33°S,25.23°E)in the southwestern ejecta of the theophilus crater(D=98.6 km,central coordinates as 11.45°S,26.28°E).

wideband high power amplifier(PA) with poor harmonic suppression will degrade the performance of the active electronically scanned array(AESA) due to its harmonic products falling into the operating bandwidth of a wideband T/R module. In view of this, a compact reconfigurable harmonic suppress circuit(HSC) is proposed to achieve low in-band harmonic for compact T/R module with multiple octaves under TX-mode operation. the HSC consists of eight microstrip resonant stubs with high impedance and multiple p-i-n switches. By controlling the p-i-n switches, the HSC can work in three states. when six of the used p-i-n switches are “ON” state, the corresponding microstrip resonant stubs are loaded onto the 50 Ω transmission line, which performs a bandstop filter(BSF). For verification, the HSC with bandwidth of 12–15 GHz/15–18 GHz is designed to apply to a 6–18 GHz T/R module. As a result, the second harmonic of 6–9 GHz transmitting signal can be suppressed below 32 d Bc when compared to the PA's fundamental output. while the p-i-n switches are “OFF” state, the HSC is almost the same as a 50 Ω transmission line, which will have a little effect on the 9–18 GHz transmitting signal. the measurement results approximately agree with the calculated results and simulated results, which demonstrate the validity of the proposed HSC.

To resolve the issue of rotary kiln agglomeration during the sodium carbonate roasting of dolomite rare earth ore,this study introduces an oxidation-sodization pellet roasting method for decomposing mixed rare earth *** focus of this paper lies in understanding the bonding and roasting mechanism of sodium polyacrylate as a binder to dolomite ore and examining the process index of Na_(2)CO_(3)pellets roasting-acid leaching using X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning ele ctron microscopy with energy dispersive spectroscopy(SEM-EDS),and zeta potential analysis,the results indicate that sodium polyacrylate facilitates the bonding of sodium carbonate to monazite via adsorption of positive and negative charges,and upon roasting at 750℃for 1.5 h to obtain rare earth *** conditions of a hydrochloric acid(HCl)concentration of 9 mol/L,a reaction for 60 min,a solid-to-liquid ratio(g:mL)of 1:5,and reaction temperature of 90℃,the leaching rates of rare earth elements and thorium(th)reached maxima of 85.14%and 95.53%,*** process results in a yield of 47.61%for fluorine(F)and89.25%for phosphorus(P).this research forms a foundation for the sodium carbonate roasting decomposition of mixed rare earth concentrates.

Extremely small-sized iron oxide nanoparticles(IONPs) are of great interest in magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) due to their biosafety as an alternative to clinical gadolinium(Ⅲ) complexes-based contrast *** when the particle size is less than 10 nm,it has strong diffusion ability and deep penetration distance in tumor *** doping can significantly enhance the T_(1)contrast effect of nanoparticles by regulating the surface exposed ***,the nucleation and growth processes of multi-component synthesis systems are complex and difficult to be accurately controlled,leading to great challenges in the synthesis of ultra-small-sized nanoparticles with different components and ***,extremely smallsized superparamagnetic gadolinium-doped iron oxide nanoparticles(GdIONPs,Gd_(x)Fe_(3-x)O_(4) NPs) with adjustable doping amount and controllable size in the range of 3.5-7.5 nm were synthesized by thermal ***,as-synthesized GdIONPs were surface modified with a highly water-soluble and biocompatible carboxyl-polyethylene glycol-phosphoric acid ligand with high binding ***_(0.65)Fe_(2.35)O_(4) NPs exhibited very high r_(1) relaxivity of 10.6 mmol^(-1)·L·s^(-1) in terms of all metal concentrations and 49.0 mmol^(-1)·L·s^(-1) in terms of gadolinium alone,respectively,3 and 14 times higher than clinical T_(1) contrast agents(Gd-DTPA).GdIONPs can continuously obtain high resolution images of blood vessels,and can be used as an efficient and multifunctional contrast agent for MR T_(1)*** stable and efficient doping strategy provides an easy and effective method to individually optimize the magnetic properties of complex oxides and their relaxation effects for a variety of biomedical applications.

Basalts from the Late Carboniferous to Early Permian are extensively developed in the central Lhasa subterrane, southern Tibet. Studying the petrogenesis of these rocks may have implications for the late Paleozoic arc magmatism along the central Lhasa subterrane uncovering more of the evolution of the Sumdo Paleo-Tethys Ocean and its dynamic mechanism. Basalt samples from the Luobadui Formation in the Leqingla area, Nw of Linzhou City in the central Lhasa subterrane, southern Tibet exhibit arc-like geochemical signatures in a subduction-zone tectonic setting characterized by high Al_(2)O_(3) and low TiO_(2) contents, fractionated REE patterns with low Nb/La ratios and high LREE concentrations, and negative HFSE anomalies. Based on their higher th/Ce, Nb/Zr, and lower Ba/th, Pb/Nd ratios, slightly negative to positive ε_(Nd)(t) values, and the relatively high Sr-Pb isotopic compositions, these samples were probably derived from partial melting of a depleted mantle source of garnet + spinel lherzolite, metasomatized by subducted sediments around 297 ma. Modeling of the trace elements indicates that these basalts experienced fractional crystallization of olivine, clinopyroxene and minor plagioclase during magma ascent and eruption. It is proposed that these Late Carboniferous–Early Permian basalts are associated with the northward subduction of the Sumdo Paleo-Tethys Ocean seafloor along the southern margin of the central Lhasa subterrane.
