Rice bacterial blight is a devastating disease worldwide,causing significant yield *** how plants defend against microbial infection is critical for sustainable crop *** this study,we show that ALEX1,a previously identified pathogen-induced long noncoding RNA,localizes to the nucleus and directly binds AUXIN RESPONSE FACTOR 3(ARF3).we showed that ARF3 forms the condensates in the nucleus via its intrinsically disordered middle region(MR),and that these ARF3 condensates display solid-like *** further revealed that ALEX1 directly binds the MR of ARF3 to regulate ARF3 condensate dynamics and promote ARF3 *** dispersed,dimeric form of ARF3,referred to as its functional phase state,enhances its ability to transcriptionally repress the expression of downstream target genes such as JAZ13,thereby modulating the jasmonic acid signaling pathway and enhancing pathogen resistance in ***,this study reveals the role of a long noncoding RNA in regulating protein condensation and complex assembly,thus contributing to plant pathogen resistance.

基于车用电机扩速拓矩的性能需求设计了一种采用永磁体分段结构的优化反凸极永磁同步电机。介绍了反凸极电机的结构和设计原则;以扩宽恒功率转速范围和提升电磁拓矩为目标,以凸极率为约束,利用粒子群算法(PSO)对电机进行多目标优化,并对比分析优化前后电机的性能。有限元仿真分析结果表明:结构优化后,相比于优化前转矩提升了16%,转速范围由5:1提升到6.5:1,验证了优化电机提升转矩和扩宽转速范围的有效性。

BACKGROUND Gastric cancer is a growing clinical challenge,particularly due to the increased risk of postoperative gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)following surgical *** Chinese medicine(TCM),including acupuncture and herbal medicine,has been proposed as an adjunctive therapy to promote gastrointestinal recovery and alleviate GERD *** To retrospectively study the clinical efficacy of modified Lou Bei Er Chen decoction combined with acupuncture in treating patients with GERD after radical gastrectomy due to gastric *** A retrospective study was conducted,including patients with gastric cancer or malignant tumors of the stomach from January 2019 to December 2023 in the Affiliated Taizhou People’s Hospital of Nanjing Medical *** with a TCM diagnosis of qi depression and phlegm obstruction(n=128)were selected on the basis of prescription and treatment *** were then divided into a control group(n=61)and an observation group(n=67).The control group received treatment with western medicine *** observation group were treated with Lou Bei Er Chen decoction orally,with acupuncture at specific RESULTS The observation group showed significantly shorter times for first flatus,defecation,bowel sound recovery,and initiation of nasogastric enteral nutrition than the control group(Pwo groups demonstrated a significant reduction in gastrointestinal dysfunction scores,with a more significant reduction in the observation group(Pq scores significantly decreased after 8 weeks of treatment in the two groups(Pwith a significant reduction in the observation group(Pwith *** TCM syndrome scores significantly decreased after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment in the two groups(Pwith a significant reduction in the observation group(Pweeks of treatment was significantly higher than t

The manual selection of environment parameters during welding simulation will bring a significant error to the simulation result of welding temperature field. By a combination of finite element method （FEM） and infrared thermography, these environment parameters were inversed mathematically in place of previous manual selection. First, FEM model of the welding process was constructed, and the temperature field was computed with initial environment parameters. Then, a real welding process was conducted and the temperature field was measured by infrared thermography. Last, the simulation and measurement results were compared, and the environment parameters were adjusted continuously with the genetic algorithm （ GA ） until the simulation matched the measurement best. Parameters according to the best-matched simulation results were considered as the most appropriate parameters.

文章设计了一种基于虚拟仿真平台的电梯调试实训系统,旨在提升电梯调试与故障诊断实训的效率与安全性。通过构建虚拟电梯模型,模拟电梯的运行控制、故障检测、门控制及楼层显示等模块,该系统提供了一个高效、安全、低成本的训练平台。实验结果表明,虚拟仿真平台在调试时间、故障响应时间、故障恢复时间、错误率及任务完成率等方面均优于传统物理电梯调试系统,证明了虚拟仿真平台在电梯调试实训课程中的应用价值与前景。

为了促进氢能与综合能源系统中其他能源的耦合,提高能源利用灵活性,减少系统碳排放,提出了一种氢耦合电-热综合能源系统(HCEH-IES)的运行优化方法。对HCEH-IES的各设备进行数学建模,并深入阐述深度强化学习算法的基本原理及双延迟深度确定性策略梯度(TD3)算法的流程;将HCEH-IES的不确定性优化调度问题转化为马尔可夫决策过程,并采用TD3算法将优化目标以及约束条件转换为奖励函数进行连续状态空间和动作空间下的动态调度决策,形成合理的能源分配管理方案;采用历史数据对智能体进行训练,并对比深度q学习网络和深度确定性策略梯度算法获得的调度策略。结果表明,相较于深度q学习网络和深度确定性策略梯度算法,基于TD3算法的调度策略具有更好的经济性,其结果更接近于CPLEX日前优化调度方法的经济成本且更适用于解决综合能源系统动态优化调度问题,有效地实现了能源灵活利用,提高了综合能源系统的经济性和低碳性。

在直流微电网中,为了保证直流母线与负载之间能量流动的稳定性,解决在能量流动中不确定因素产生的扰动问题。在建立DC-DC变换器数学模型的基础上,设计了一种基于深度强化学习的DC-DC变换器自抗扰控制策略。利用线性扩张观测器对总扰动的估计补偿和线性误差反馈控制特性对自抗扰控制器结构进行简化设计,并结合深度强化学习对其控制器参数进行在线优化。根据不同工况下的负载侧电压波形,分析了DC-DC变换器在该控制策略、线性自抗扰控制与比例积分控制下的稳定性、抗扰性和鲁棒性,验证了该控制策略的正确性和有效性。最后,在参数摄动下进行了蒙特卡洛实验,仿真结果表明该控制策略具有较好的鲁棒性。
