This article introduces a consistency index for measuring the consistency level of an interval fuzzy preference relation（IFPR）.An approach is then proposed to construct an additive consistent IFPR from a given inconsistent *** using a weighted averaging method combining the original IFPR and the constructed consistent IFPR,a formula is put forward to repair an inconsistent IFPR to generate an IFPR with acceptable *** iterative algorithm is subsequently developed to rectify an inconsistent IFPR and derive one with acceptable consistency and weak *** proposed approaches can not only improve consistency of IFPRs but also preserve the initial interval uncertainty information as much as *** examples are presented to illustrate how to apply the proposed approaches.

Vertical distribution processes of sediment contaminants in water were studied by flume experiments. Experimental results show that settling velocity of sediment particles and turbulence characteristics are the major hydrodynamic factors impacting distribution of pollutants, especially near the bottom where particle diameter is similar in size to vortex structure. Sediment distribution was uniform along the distance, while contaminant distribution slightly lagged behind the sediment. The smaller the initial sediment concentration was, the more time it took to achieve a uniform concentration distribution for suspended sediment. A contaminants transportation equation was established depending on mass conservation equations. Two mathematical estimation models of pollutant distribution in the overlying water considering adsorption and desorption were devised based on vertical distribution of suspended sediment: equilibrium partition model and dynamic micro-diffusion model. The ratio of time scale between the sediment movement and sorption can be used as the index of the models. when this ratio was large, the equilibrium assumption was reasonable, but when it was small, it might require dynamic micro-diffusion model.

The rapid advances in the understanding of oncogenic process and the maturation of affordable precision diagnostic tools have enabled the development of targeted therapeutic agents,such as those targeting BCR-ABL,epithelial growth factor receptor L858R,EML4-anaplastic lymphoma kinase,and BRAF V600E,to treat cancers that harbor specific molecular ***,each targeted drug has been developed for a particular tumor type where such alteration is most frequently ***,the widespread adoption of next generation sequencing has led to an increase in the identification of rare and ultra-rare alterations,and,in some cases,the same rare alterations are found across multiple tumor *** rarity of these alterations makes clinical trials traditionally designed for specific tumor types *** a result,tissue-agnostic trials have been developed to study the efficacy of these treatments and increase patient *** review summarizes current successful cases of tissue-agnostic development,such as drugs targeting tropomyosin receptor kinase fusions,and proposes the next wave of potential tissue-agnostic targets,including fusions of ROS1,anaplastic lymphoma kinase,fibroblast growth factor receptor,and rearranged during *** addition,the advantages and the challenges of such approach are discussed in the context of clinical development and approval.

Cyclic oxidation behavior of Ni Cr Al YSi+Ni Al/c BN abrasive coating at 900°C and the mechanical properties of the coating-substrate system were *** indicated that elemental interdiffusion occurred between the coating and substrate,which caused the formation of interdiffusion zone(IDZ)and secondary reaction zone(SRZ)during aluminization,while their compositions and structures changed with *** N interfacial layer formed at c BN/metallic matrix interface during aluminization,while it transformed into multilayer oxides during *** to the microstructural evolution of these interfaces,the fracture behavior and bending toughness of the system changed greatly during three-point bending ***,the damage mechanisms were discussed.

The grain boundary character distribution(GBCD) optimization and its effect on the intergranular stress corrosion cracking(IGSCC) resistance in a cold-rolled and subsequently annealed Fe-18 Cr-17 Mn-2 Mo-0.85 N high-nitrogen nickel-free austenitic stainless steel were systematically *** results show that stacking faults and planar slip bands appearing at the right amount of deformation(lower than 10%) are beneficial cold-rolled microstructures to the GBCD *** proportion of special boundaries gradually increases in the subsequent stages of recrystallization and grain growth,accompanying with the growth of twin-related domain in the experimental *** this way,the fraction of low ∑ coincidence site lattice(CSL) boundaries can reach as high as 82.85% for the specimen cold-rolled by 5% and then annealed at 1423 K for 72 *** GBCD optimization,low ∑ CSL boundaries and the special triple junctions(J2,J3) of high proportion can greatly hinder the nitride precipitation along grain boundaries and enhance the capability for intergranular crack arrest,thus improving the IGSCC resistance of the experimental steel.

The hot corrosion behavior of the NiAl coating and the 5Hf-NiAl coating induced by mixed salt at 900℃was *** with the NiAl coating,the 5Hf-NiAl coating exhibited superior hot corrosion resistance because the addition of Hf promoted the formation of protective oxide scale and reduced the growth rate of oxide ***,internal sulfides were not present in the 5Hf-NiAl coating after hot corrosion for 140 *** exhibited different distribution in the two coatings since the addition of Hf changed the hot corrosion process of the *** and Ti in the 5Hf-NiAl coating trapped and captured sulfur,preventing the penetration of sulfur into the *** hot corrosion mechanism of the two coating and the effects of Hf on this process were discussed in this work.

Magnesium(Mg) alloys possess comparable physical and mechanical properties to bone, making them an outstanding candidate of implant materials for bone fracture treatment. In addition to the excellent biocompatibility, and bioactivity, the engagement of Mg alloys is key for a number of biological functionalities in the human body. The unique biodegradation nature of Mg alloy implants implies that it may not require a secondary removal procedure when the expected supporting tasks accomplish, as they may simply and safely "disappear" over time. Nonetheless, the demonstrated drawback of potentially rapid degradation, is an issue that must be addressed appropriately for Mg implants and is consequently given unique attention in this review article. Herein, the critical criteria and the state-of-the-art strategies for controlling the degradation process of Mg alloys are reported. Furthermore, future developments of biodegradable Mg and its alloys systems with satisfactory specifications for clinical trials and deployment,are discussed. This review aims to provide information to materials scientists and clinical practitioners in the context of developing practical biodegradable Mg alloys.

An AlSiY coating and two MCrAlY+AlSiY composite coatings with different thickness of MCrAlY interlayer were prepared by arc ion plating(AIP)and vacuum *** isothermal oxidation behavior of coatings at 1100℃ for 300 h was also investigated to characterize the microstructure evolution of coatings during *** composite coatings exhibited a better high-temperature oxidation resistance at 1100℃ .The reason is that the addition of MCrAlY layer can greatly contribute to prevent the diffusion of refractory elements to the outer *** inhibition of Al inward diffusion can be much stronger,as the Si content increases in the outer layer during annealing.
