The ground-state mass excess of the T_(z)=−2 drip-line nucleus ^(22)Al is measured for the first time as 18103(10)keV using the newly-developed Bρ-defined isochronous mass.s.ectrometry method at the cooler storage ring in *** new mass excess value allowed us to determine the excitation energies of the two low.l.ing 1+states in ^(22)Al with significantly reduced uncertainties of 51 *** compared to the analogue states in its mirror nucleus ^(22)F,the mirror energy differences of the two 1^(+)states in the ^(22)Al-^(22)F mirror pair are determined to be−625(51)keV and−330(51)*** excitation energies and mirror energy differences are used to test the state-of-the-art ab initio valence-space in-medium similarity renormalization group calculations with four sets of interactions derived from the chiral effective field *** mechanism leading to the large mirror energy differences is investigated and attributed to the occupation of theπs_(1/2) orbital.

Construction of Mediated Amperometric Bienzyme Glucose sensor

A bienzyme glucose sensor with 1, 1' -dimethylferrocene(DMFc) as an electron transfer mediator is described. Using nafion, DMFc was coated on a glassy carbon electrode (GCE ) surface, horseradish peroxidase (HRP) and glucose oxidase (GOD) were then immobilized on the DMFc/Nafion film, forming a GOD/HRP/DMFc/Nafion-modified electrode. The characteristics of the sensor can be shown by cyclic voltammetry and constant potential measurements. The sensor responded fast to glucose, the time required to reach 95 % of the steady.s.ate current was less than 30s. The sensor displays a sensitive catalytic current response to glucose and could be operated at a potential range in which the oxidation of common interfering species.s.ch as ascorbic acid and uric acid, does not occur. The sensor is.s.able for 31 days and detection limit is 2 μmol/l.

Regulating effect of Chinese herbal medicine on the peritoneal lymphatic stomata in enhancing ascites absorption of experimental hepatofibrotic mice

AIM: To observe the regulatory effect of Chinese herbal medicine on peritoneal lymphatic stomata and its.s.gnificance in treating ascites in liver fibros.s.model mice. METHODs: Two Chinese herbal composite prescriptions were used separately to treat the carbon tetrachloride-induced mouse model of liver fibros.s. The histo-pathologic changes of the liver sections (HE and VG stainings) were observed. The peritoneal lymphatic stomata was detected by.s.anning electron microscopy and computer image processing. The changes of urinary volume and sodium ion concentration were measured. REsUlTs: In the model group, lots of fibrous tissue formed in liver and extended into the hepatic lobules to separate them incompletely. In the treated and prevention groups, the histo-pathologic changes of liver was rather milder, only.s.owed much less fibrous tissue proliferation in the hepatic lobules. The peritoneal lymphatic stomata enlarged with increased density in the experimental groups (diameter: PA, 3.07 +/- 0.69 microm; PB, 2.82 +/- 0.37 microm; TA, 3.25 +/- 0.82 microm and TB, 2.82 +/- 0.56 microm; density: PA, 7.11 +/- 1.90 stomata.1000 microm(-2); PB, 8.76 +/- 1.45 stomata.1000 microm(-2); TA, 6.55 +/- 1.44 stomata.1000 microm(-2)and TB, 8.76+/-1.79 stomata.1000 microm(-2)), as compared with the model group (diameter: 2.00+/-0.52 microm density: 4.45+/-1.05 stomata.1000 microm(-2)). After treatment, the urinary volume and sodium ion excretion increased in the experimental groups (PA, 231.28+/-41.09 mmol.l(-1); PB, 171.69 +/- 27.48 mmol.l(-1) and TA, 231.44 +/- 34.12 mmol.l(-1)), which were significantly different with those in the model group (129.33 +/- 36.75 mmol.l(-1)). CONClUsION: Chinese herbal medicine has marked effects in alleviating liver fibros.s. regulating peritoneal lymphatic stomata, improving the drainage of ascites from peritoneal cavity and causing increase of urinary volume and sodium ion excretion to reduce the water and sodium retention, and thus have favora

Aim:To investigate whether the circadian expression of central clock genes andangiotensin Ⅱ type 1 (AT1) receptors was altered in sinoaortic-denervated (sAD)***:Male sprague-Dawley rats underwent sinoaortic denervation or asham operation at the age of 12 *** weeks after the operation,bloodpressure and heart period were measured in the conscious.s.ate in a group ofsham-operated (n=10) and sAD rats (n=9).Rest sAD and sham-operated ratswere divided into 6 groups (n=6 in each group).The suprachiasmatic nuclei (sCN)tissues were taken every 4 h throughout the day from each group for the determi-nation of the mRNA expression of clock genes (Per2 and Bmal1) and the AT1receptor by RT-PCR;the protein expression of Per2 and Bmal1 was determined bywestern ***:Blood pressure levels in the sAD rats were similar tothose of the sham-operated ***,blood pressure variabilities.s.gnifi-cantly increased in the sAD rats compared with the sham-operated *** variation of clock genes in the sCN of the sham-operated rats was char-acterized by a marked increase in the mRNA and protein expression during ***2 and Bmal1 mRNA levels were significantly lower in the sAD rats,especially during dark *** blot analys.s.confirmed an attenuation ofthe circadian rhythm of the 2 clock proteins in the sCN of the sAD ***1receptor mRNA expressions in the sCN were abnormally upregulated in the lightphase,changed to a 12-h cycle in the sAD ***:The circadian varia-tion of the 2 central clock genes was attenuated in the sAD *** baroreflexdysfunction also induced a disturbance in the expression of AT1 receptors in thesCN.

The sensor displays a sensitive catalytic current response to hydrogen peroxide and can be operated at a potential range in which the oxidation of common interfering species.s.ch as ascorbic acid and uric acid,does not occur. The sensor is.s.able for 20 days and its detection limit is 1 μmol/l.

Gleeble1500 thermo-mechanical simulation machine is considered to be the first grade equipment in materials' research. However, it is.s.ldom used in superplastic research. Perhaps this is because its.s.ecimen's heating method is not suitable to get large elongation. Elongation is an important parameter to evaluate superplasticity, but some other parameters.s.ch as the relationship between stress and strain rate are more important than elongation-it is an essential property to superplasticity. The stress.s.rain rate relationship can be very easily and very accu- rately got with Gleeble machine than with some other simlar equipment, and the relationship between microstructure and superplastic deformation is more easily examined with Gleeble. Present authors have got some new achievement in anisotropy, heterogeneity of superplastic deformation, and first put forward the regulation of dynamic equilibrium in microstructural evolution during superplastic deformation. All of these have been concluded from the experimental results mainly through Gleeble as w.l. as the microstructural *** research work has got the support of National Natural science Foundation and some international cooperation. some theoretic and experimental results have been used in the practice of superplastic forming. Obvious effect of reducing cost and improving quality of formed parts has been achieved.

＜正＞Certain instabilities are usually encountered with edge-based finite element（FEM） implementations of the vector wave *** a result,properties of the finite element coefficient matrix are significantly deteriorated and poor convergence is found when solving with iterative *** address this issue,an A-V formulation employing edge-based finite elements for the vector potential A and node shape functions for the scalar potential V is utilized,and a diagonally perturbed incomplete Cholesky preconditioning scheme is applied to the conjugate gradient method（CG） for solving this large sparse A-V finite element s.s.em of *** compared with several other preconditioning techniques,the efficiency of the suggested approach.

Parallel Driving with Big Models and Foundation Intelligence in Cyber-hysical-ocial spaces

Recent years have witnessed numerous technical breakthroughs in connected and autonomous vehicles (CAVs). On the one hand, these breakthroughs have significantly advanced the development of intelligent transportation s.s.ems (ITss);on the other hand, these new traffic participants introduce more complex and uncertain elements to ITss from the social space. Digital twins (DTs) provide real-time, data-driven, precise modeling for constructing the digital mapping of physical-world ITss. Meanwhile, the metaverse integrates emerging technologies.s.ch as virtual reality/mixed reality, artificial intelligence, and DTs to model and explore how to realize improved s.s.ainability, increased efficiency, and enhanced safety. More recently, as a leading effort toward general artificial intelligence, the concept of foundation model was proposed and has achieved significant success, showing great potential to lay the cornerstone for diverse artificial intelligence applications across different domains. In this article, we explore the big models embodied foundation intelligence for parallel driving in cyber-physical-social spaces, which integrate metaverse and DTs to construct a parallel training space for CAVs, and present a comprehensive elucidation of the crucial characteristics and operational mechanis.s. Beyond providing the infrastructure and foundation intelligence of big models for parallel driving, this article also discuss.s.future trends and potential research directions, and the ?s?goals of parallel driving.
