we report the properties of more than 600 bursts(including cluster-bursts)detected from the repeating fast radio burst(FRB)source FRB 20201124A with the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope during an extremely active episode on UTc 2021 September 25–28,in a series of four *** observations were carried out in the band of 1.0–1.5 GHz by using the center beam of the L-band 19-beam *** monitored the source in sixteen1 hr sessions and one 3 hr session spanning 23 *** the bursts were detected during the first four *** this first paper of the series,we perform a detailed morphological study of 624 bursts using the two-dimensional frequencytime“waterfall”plots,with a burst(or cluster-burst)defined as an emission episode during which the adjacent emission peaks have a separation shorter than 400 *** duration of a burst is therefore always longer than 1 ms,with the longest up to more than 120 *** emission spectra of the sub-bursts are typically narrow within the observing band with a characteristic width of~277 *** center frequency distribution has a dominant peak at about 1091.9 MHz and a secondary weak peak around 1327.9 *** bursts show a frequencydownwarddrifting *** on the drifting patterns,we classify the bursts into five main categories:downward drifting(263)bursts,upward drifting(3)bursts,complex(203),no drifting(35)bursts,and no evidence for drifting(121)*** are introduced based on the emission frequency range in the band(low,middle,high and wide)as well as the number of components in one burst(1,2,or multiple).we measured a varying scintillation bandwidth from about 0.5 MHz at 1.0 GHz to 1.4 MHz at 1.5 GHz with a spectral index of 3.0.

BAcKGROUND A dual therapy regimen containing amoxicillin is a common treatment option for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori(***).while substantial research supports the efficacy and safety of vonoprazan and amoxicillin(VA)dual therapy in the general population,there is still a lack of studies specifically focusing on its safety in elderly *** To evaluate efficacy and safety of VA dual therapy as first-line or rescue treatment for *** in elderly *** As a real-world retrospective study,data were collected from elderly patients aged 60 years and above who accepted VA dual therapy(vonoprazan 20 mg twice daily+amoxicillin 1000 mg thrice daily for 14 days)for *** eradication in the Department of Gastroenterology at Peking University First Hospital between June 2020 and January *** status was evaluated by^(13)c-urease breath test 6 weeks after *** adverse events(AEs)during treatment were *** In total,401 cases were ***-one cases were excluded due to loss to follow-up,lack of re-examination,or unwillingness to take *** total of 380 included cases comprised 250 who received VA dual therapy as first-line treatment and 130 who received VA dual therapy as rescue *** was successfully eradicated in 239 cases(95.6%)in the first-line treatment group and 116 cases(89.2%)in the rescue treatment *** overall incidence of AEs was 9.5%for both ***,9.2%of patients experienced an AE in the first-line treatment group and 10.0%in the rescue treatment *** patients discontinued treatment due to AE,with a discontinuation rate of 1.3%.No serious AE *** The VA dual therapy regimen as a first-line treatment and a rescue therapy was effective and safe for elderly patients aged 60 and older.

Microstructure,texture,and mechanical properties of the extruded Mg-2.49Nd-1.82Gd-0.2Zn-0.2Zr alloy were investigated at different extrusion temperatures(260 and 320℃),extrusion ratios(10:1,15:1,and 30:1),and extrusion speeds(3 and 6 mm/s).The experimental results exhibited that the grain sizes after extrusion were much finer than that of the homogenized alloy,and the second phase showed streamline distribution along the extrusion direction(ED).with extrusion temperature increased from 260 to 320℃,the microstructure,texture,and mechanical properties of alloys changed *** dynamic recrystallization(DRX)degree and grain sizes enhanced as the extrusion ratio increased from 10:1 to 30:1,and the strength gradually decreased but elongation(EL)*** the extrusion speed increased from 3 to 6 mm/s,the grain sizes and DRX degree increased significantly,and the samples presented the typical-rare-earth(RE)*** alloy extruded at 260℃ with extrusion ratio of 10:1 and extrusion speed of 3 mm/s showed the tensile yield strength(TYS)of 213 MPa and EL of 30.6%.After quantitatively analyzing the contribution of strengthening mechanisms,it was found that the grain boundary strengthening and dislocation strengthening played major roles among strengthening *** results provide some guidelines for enlarging the industrial application of extruded Mg-RE alloy.

Although solar steam generation strategy is efficient in desalinating seawater,it is still challenging to achieve continuous solar-thermal desalination of seawater and catalytic degradation of organic ***,dynamic regulations of hydrogen bonding networks and solvation structures are realized by designing an asymmetric bilayer membrane consisting of a bacterial cellulose/carbon nanotube/co_(2)(OH)_(2)cO_(3)nanorod top layer and a bacterial cellulose/co_(2)(OH)_(2)cO_(3)nanorod(BcH)bottom ***,the hydrogen bonding networks inside the membrane can be tuned by the rich surface–OH groups of the bacterial cellulose and co_(2)(OH)_(2)cO_(3)as well as the ions and radicals in situ generated during the catalysis ***,both SO_(4)^(2−)and HSO_(5)−can regulate the solvation structure of Na^(+)and be adsorbed more preferentially on the evaporation surface than cl^(−),thus hindering the de-solvation of the solvated Na^(+)and subsequent nucleation/growth of ***,the heat generated by the solar-thermal energy conversion can accelerate the reaction kinetics and enhance the catalytic degradation *** work provides a flow-bed water purification system with an asymmetric solar-thermal and catalytic membrane for synergistic solar thermal desalination of seawater/brine and catalytic degradation of organic pollutants.
