The scaling relation of central massive black holes(M_(bH)s)and their host galaxies is well-studied for supermassive bHs(SM_(bH)s,M_(bH)≥10^(6)M_(⊙)).However,this relation has large uncertainties in the mass range of the intermediate-mass bHs(IM_(bH)s,M_(bH)~10^(3)-10^(6)M_(⊙)).Since Green pea(GP)galaxies are luminous compact dwarf galaxies,which may be likely to host less massive SM_(bH)s or even IM_(bH)s,we systematically search for M_(bH)s in a large sample of 2190 GP galaxies at zwe report a newly discovered sample of 59 M_(bH) candidates with broad Hα*** sample has a median stellar mass of 108.83±0.11M_(⊙)and hosts M_(bH)s with single-epoch virial masses ranging from M_(bH)~10^(4.7)to 10^(8.5)M_(⊙)(median 105.85±0.64M_(⊙)).Among the 59 M_(bH) candidates,36 have black hole masses M_(bH)≤10^(6)M_(⊙)(IM_(bH) candidates),one of which even has M_(bH)■10^(5)M_(⊙).we find that the M_(bH)-M_(*)relation of our M_(bH) sample is consistent with the M_(bH)-M_(bulge)relation for SM_(bH)s,while is above the M_(bH)-M_(*)relation for M_(bH)s in dwarf galaxies in the same mass ***,we show that 25 M_(bH) candidates,including 4 IM_(bH) candidates,have additional evidence of black hole activities,assessed through various methods such as the broad-line width,bPT diagram,mid-infrared color,X-ray luminosity,and radio *** studies show that it is very promising to find IM_(bH)s in GP galaxies,and the bH sample so obtained enables us to probe the connection between the M_(bH)s and compact dwarf galaxies in the low-redshift Universe.

we report here the synthesis and characterization of two new members of the M2 E 12 family of endohe-dral Zintl clusters,[Fe_(2)Sn_(4)bi_(8)]^(3-)and[Cr_(2)Sb_(12)]^(3-),both of which contain open-shell metal dimers encap-sulated inside a triple-decker cluster of main-group *** 75-electron[Fe_(2)Sn_(4)bi_(8)]^(3-)cluster has a D4h-symmetric structure,while[Cr_(2)Sb_(12)]^(3-),despite having the same 75-electron count,is strongly dis-torted to a geometry that resembles a CrSb_(8)crown capped by a CrSb_(4)*** structural differences between the two are driven by the increasing availability of 3d electron density in the earlier transi-tion metal,which leads,ultimately,to different electronic configurations in the two *** trends precisely mirror those observed in the ME_(10)and ME_(12)families containing a single transition metal ion.

ρ-meson longitudinal leading-twist distribution amplitude revisited and the D→ρsemileptonic decay

Motivated by our previous study[***.D 104(1),016021(2021)]on the pionic leading-twist distribution amplitude(DA),we revisit theρ-me son leading-twist longitudinal DAφ_(2;ρ)^(‖)(x,μ)in this study.A model proposed by Chang based on the DYyson-Schwinger equations is adopted to describe the behavior ofφ_(2;ρ)^(‖)(x,μ).However,theξ-moments ofφ_(2;ρ)^(‖)(x,μ)are calculated with the QCD sum rules in the framework of the background field *** sum rule formulas for these moments are *** accurate values for the first five nonzeroξ-moments at the typical scaleμ=(1.0,1.4,2.0,3.0)GeV are given,e.g.,atμ=1 GeV,(ξ^(2))>_(2;ρ)^(‖)=0.220(6),(ξ^(4))>_(2;ρ)^(‖)=0.103(4),(ξ^(6))>_(2;ρ)^(‖)=0.066(5),(ξ^(8))>_(2;ρ)^(‖)=0.046(4),and(ξ^(10))>_(2;ρ)^(‖)=0.035(3).by fitting these values with the least squares method,the DSE model forφ_(2;ρ)(x,μ)is *** taking the left-handed current light-cone sum rule approach,we obtain the transition form factor in the large recoil region,i.e.,A_(1)(0)=0.498_(-0.012)^(+0.014),A_(2)(0)=0.460_(-0.047)^(+0.055),and V(0)=0.800_(-0.014)^(+0.015),and the ratio r_(2)=0.923_(-0.119)^(+0.133),rV=1.607_(-0.071)^(+0.071).After extrapolating with a rapidly converging series based on z(t)-expansion,we present the|V_(cd)|-independent decay width for the semileptonic decays D→ρ^(l+)v_(l).Finally,the branching fractions are b(D^(0)→ρ^(-)e+v_(e))=1.825_(-0.162)^(+0.170)±0.004,b(D^(+)→ρ^(0)e+v_(e))=2.299_(-0.204)^(+0.214)±0.011,b(D^(0)→ρ^(-)μ^(+)v_(μ))=1.816_(-0.160)^(+0.168)±0.004,and b(D^(+)→ρ^(0)μ+v_(μ))=2.288_(-0.201)^(+0.212)±0.011.

Development and validation of a novel non-invasive test for diagnosing nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in Chinese children

with the exploding prevalence of obesity,many children are at risk of developing nonalcoholic fatty liver *** anthropometric and laboratory parameters,our study aimed to develop a model to quantitatively evaluate liver fat content(LFC)in children with *** A well-characterized cohort of 181 children between 5 and 16 years of age were recruited to the study in the Endocrinology Department as the derivation *** external validation cohort comprised 77 *** assessment of liver fat content was performed using proton magnetic resonance *** and laboratory metrics were measured in all subjects.b-ultrasound examination was carried out in the external validation *** Kruskal-wallis test,Spearman bivariate correlation analyses,univariable linear regressions and multivariable linear regression were used to build the optimal predictive *** The model was based on indicators including alanine aminotransferase,homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance,triglycerides,waist circumference and Tanner *** adjusted R^(2)of the model was 0.589,which presented high sensitivity and specificity both in internal[sensitivity of 0.824,specificity of 0.900,area under curve(AUC)of 0.900 with a 95%confidence interval:0.783–1.000]and external validation(sensitivity of 0.918 and specificity of 0.821,AUC of 0.901 with a 95%confidence interval:0.818–0.984).Conclusions Our model based on five clinical indicators was simple,non-invasive,and inexpensive;it had high sensitivity and specificity in predicting LFC in ***,it may be useful for identifying children with obesity who are at risk for developing nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.

baicalin Prevents Colon Cancer by Suppressing CDKN2A Protein Expression

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects and underlying mechanism of baicalin against colon ***:The effects of baicalin on the proliferation and growth of colon cancer cells MC38 and *** were observed and predicted potential molecular targets of baicalin for colon cancer therapy were studied by network ***,molecular docking and drug affinity responsive target stability（DARTS）analysis were performed to confirm the interaction between potential targets and ***,the mechanisms predicted by in silico analyses were experimentally verified in-vitro and ***:baicalin significantly inhibited proliferation,invasion,migration,and induced apoptosis in MC38 and CT26 cells（all Pbaicalin caused cell cycle arrest at the S phase,while the G0/G1phase was detected in the tiny portion of the *** network pharmacology analysis identified 6 therapeutic targets associated with baicalin,which potentially affect various pathways including 39 biological processes and 99 sugnaling *** addition,molecular docking and DARTS predicted the potential binding of baicalin with cyclin dependent kinase inhibitor 2A（CDKN2A）,protein kinase b（AKT）,caspase 3,and mitogen-activated protein kinase（MAPK）.In vitro,the expressions of CDKN2A,MAPK,and p-AKT were suppressed by baicalin in MC38 and CT26 *** vivo,baicalin significantly reduced the tumor size and weight（all Pble minute 2 homolog signaling（all Pbaicalin suppressed the CDKN2A protein level to prevent colon cancer and could be used as a therapeutic target for colon cancer.

Dynamics of information diffusion and disease transmission in time-varying multiplex networks with asymmetric activity levels

while the interaction between information and disease in static networks has been extensively investigated,many studies have ignored the characteristics of network *** this study,we construct a new two-layer coupling model to explore the interactions between information and *** upper layer describes the diffusion of disease-related information,and the lower layer represents the disease *** then use power-law distributions to examine the influence of asymmetric activity levels on dynamic propagation,revealing a mapping relationship characterizing the interconnected propagation of information and diseases among partial nodes within the ***,we derive the disease outbreak threshold by using the microscopic Markov-chain approach(MMCA).Finally,we perform extensive Monte Carlo(MC)numerical simulations to verify the accuracy of our theoretical *** findings indicate that the activity levels of individuals in the disease transmission layer have a more significant influence on disease transmission compared with the individual activity levels in the information diffusion ***,reducing the damping factor can delay disease outbreaks and suppress disease transmission,while improving individual quarantine measures can contribute positively to disease *** study provides valuable insights into policymakers for developing outbreak prevention and control strategies.
