Recently, im.unoglobulins （Igs） w.re unexpectedly found to be expressed in epithelial cancers. Im.unoglobulin class sw.tching or class sw.tch recom.ination （CSR） is a natural biological process that alters a B cell＇s production of antibodies （im.unoglobulins） from.one class to another. How.ver, the m.chanism.of CSR of Iggenes in cancer is still unknow.. Here, w. confirm.d by detecting the hallm.rk of CSR that the Iga gene in cancer underw.nt CSR. Then w. focused on activation-induced cytidine deam.nase （AID）, a crucial factor for initiating CSR. Further studies using tum.r necrosis factor （TNF）-α stim.lation and specific inhibitor of NF-KB revealed that TNF-α could increase AID expression through NF-κB signaling. Finally, w. dem.nstrated that AID could co-localize w.th protein kinase A and bind to the sw.tching （Sα） region of the Igα gene. Overexpression of AID obviously enhanced Igα heavy chain expression and its binding ability to the Sa region. These findings indicated that TNF-α-induced AID expression is involved w.th CSR in cancer.

A m.jor clinical translational challenge in nanom.dicine is the potential of toxicity associated w.th the uptake and long-term.retention of non-degradable nanoparticles （NPs） in m.jor organs. The developm.nt of inorganic NPs that undergo renal clearance could potentially resolve this significant biosafety concern. How.ver, it rem.ins unclear w.ether inorganic NPs that can be excreted by the kidneys rem.in capable of targeting tum.rs w.th poor perm.ability. Glioblastom. m.ltiform., the m.st m.lignant orthotopic brain tum.r, presents a unique challenge for NP delivery because of the blood-brain barrier and robust blood-tum.r barrier of reactive m.croglia and m.croglia in the tum.r m.croenvironm.nt. Herein, w. used an orthotopic m.rine gliom. m.del to investigate the passive targeting of glutathione-coated gold nanoparticles （AuNPs） of 3 nm.in diam.ter that undergo renal clearance and 18-nm.AuNPs that fail to undergo renal clearance. Rem.rkably, w. report that 3-nm.AuNPs w.re able to target intracranial tum.r tissues w.th higher efficiency （2.3× relative to surrounding non-tum.r norm.l brain tissues） and greater specificity （3.0×） than did the larger AuNPs. Pharm.cokinetics studies suggested that the higher gliom. targeting ability of the 3-nm.AuNPs m.y be attributed to the longer retention tim. in circulation. The total accum.lation of the 3-nm.AuNPs in m.jor organs w.s significantly less （8.4×） than that of the 18-nm.AuNPs. m.croscopic im.ging of blood vessels and renal-clearable AuNPs show.d extravasation of NPs from.the leaky blood-tum.r barrier into the tum.r interstitium. Taken together, our results suggest that the 3-nm.AuNPs, characterized by enhanced perm.ability and retention, are able to target brain tum.rs and undergo renal clearance.

Nickel m.lybdate(Nim.O_(4))attracts superior hydrogen desorption behavior but noticeably poor for efficiently driving the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)in alkaline m.dia due to the sluggish w.ter dissociation ***,w. successfully accelerate the w.ter dissociation kinetics of Nim.O_(4)for prom.nent HER catalytic properties via sim.ltaneous in situ interfacial engineering w.th m.lybdenum.dioxide(m.O_(2))and doping w.th phosphorus(P).The as-synthesized P-doped Nim.O_(4)/m.O_(2)heterostructure nanorods exhibit outstanding HER perform.nce w.th an extraordinary low.overpotential of-23 m.V at a current density of 10 m.A cm.(-2),w.ich is highly com.arable to the perform.nce of the state-of-art Pt/C coated on nickel foam.NF)*** density functional theory(DFT)analysis reveals the enhanced perform.nce is attributed to the form.tion of m.O_(2)during the in situ epitaxial grow.h that substantially reduces the energy barrier of the Volm.r pathw.y,and the introduction of P that provides efficient hydrogen desorption of Ni m.O_(2).This present w.rk creates valuable insight into the utilization of interfacial and doping system. for hydrogen evolution catalysis and beyond.

This study aim. at versatile synthesis of 3-arm.ABC-type （A=poly（c-caprolactone）, PCL; B=poly（N-isopropylacrylam.de）, PNIPAm. C=poly（tert-butyl acrylate）, PtBA, or poly（acrylic acid）, PAA） m.ktoarm.star copolym.rs w.th a reducible disulfide linkage. Using 2-（（2-（（2-hydroxym.thyo-2-（（2-brom.-2-m.thyl）propionyloxy）m.thyl）propionyloxy）ethyl）disulfanyl）ethyl 4- cyano-4-（phenylcarbonothioylthio）pentanoate （HBCP） as a heterotrifunctional initiator, consecutive ring-opening polym.rization （ROP） of g-caprolactone （CL）, reversible addition-fragm.ntation chain transfer （RAFT） polym.rization of N-isopropy- lacrylam.de （NIPAm. and atom.transfer radical polym.rization （ATRP） of tert-butyl acrylate （tBA） afforded ABC1 star, and follow.d by a subsequent hydrolysis to give ABC2 star. IH nuclear m.gnetic resonance （IH Nm.） and gel perm.ation chrom.tography （GPC） analyses revealed the desired stars and their precursors had w.ll-controlled m.lecular w.ight and relatively low.polydispersity （PDI≤1. 12）. As confirm.d by GPC analysis, the disulfide linkage in ABCI star could be efficiently cleaved upon reductive stim.lus, during w.ich the topology w.s converted from.star terpolym.r to m.xtures of hom.polym.r （B） and diblock copolym.r （AC1）. In addition to acting as nanocarriers for stim.li-triggered drug delivery system., ABC stars w.th term.nal brom.de, dithiobenzoate and hydroxyl functionalities are expected to form.other reduction-cleavable m.lticom.onent copolym.rs such as （BC-graft-A）m.and dendritic graft copolym.rs via postpolym.rization m.dification. Our research affords a straightforw.rd ＂core-first＂ m.thod to construct m.ltifunctional star terpolym.rs w.th stim.li-responsive arm. and reduction-labile linkage.

Helicity is an im.ortant quantity that represents the topological interpretation of vortices;how.ver,helicity is not a Galilean *** this study,VR helicity density(HVR)is derived via taking the dot product of vorticity w.th the unit real eigen vector of the velocity gradient tensor w.en the com.lex eigenvalues *** analytical solution of HVR is derived to resolve it in a local pointw.se m.nner,and the Galilean invariance of HVR is *** leakage flow.structures in a direct num.rical sim.lation of a tip leakage flow.m.del and a delayed detached eddy sim.lation of a low.speed large-scale axial com.ressor rotor are extracted using helicity,eigen helicity density and HVR *** show.that the utilization of HVR perm.ts the identification and accentuation of concentrated *** identified by HVR appear in m.re connective *** in the case of helicity,the sign of HVR distinguishes betw.en prim.ry and secondary vortices,w.ile eigen helicity density *** norm.lized HVR is superior to the norm.lized helicity density in locating the vortex axis,especially for the induced vortex ***,HVR is a strong candidate to replace the helicity density,especially w.en Galilean invariance is required.

The objective of this study is to investigate critical velocity and sm.ke m.xim.m.tem.erature beneath the ceiling in the connected area of branch tunnel w.th varying fire *** fire sources w.re located in the divergent connected area of the branch tunnel,to im.tate traffic accidents near the branch point.A 1/20 scale m.del branch tunnel w.s built including m.in line before branch,m.in line after branch,and *** tests and num.rical sim.lations w.re perform.d to explore sm.ke m.vem.nt characteristics w.th longitudinal *** results show.d that the enlarged cross-sectional area in branch tunnel caused the shortening of the back-layering length,and a m.dified m.del of back-layering length w.s *** higher tunnel height in this w.rk affected the critical condition of large fire;it caused a larger transition point of dim.nsionless critical velocity.A revised m.del w.s proposed for the m.xim.m.tem.erature rise of tunnel fires in the connected area of branch *** critical velocity kept unchanged w.en the branch angle increased from.0°to 20°because there is little change in the longitudinal sm.ke *** the local tunnel w.dth of fire source w.s increased,the required critical velocity w.s increased w.ile the local effective velocity kept nearly the sam..
